Amplias y modernas casas a orillas del lago a pasos del agua en una tranquila cala

Nos encantaría compartir nuestra hermosa casa frente al lago con usted y su familia. Esta es una casa espaciosa con cuatro dormitorios completos y una habitación con literas extra para los niños. La propiedad puede dormir 11 cómodamente. La propiedad ofrece dos grandes salas de estar, una con chimenea y la otra con un enorme sofá para ver películas y una mesa de juego. También hay una cocina remodelada que camina hasta un patio cubierto con una hermosa vista del agua. El dormitorio principal y el baño principal están en el primer piso con acceso a la cubierta superior. Otros dos dormitorios grandes están en el nivel inferior con su propio acceso a la cubierta inferior. Hay un dormitorio loft adicional acogedor arriba del piso principal.

Hay dos cubiertas y un área de pozo de fuego con vistas al lago. También hay un amplio patio para juegos y el muelle está justo al lado de la casa con muy pocos pasos.

Dentro de la casa hay grandes espacios abiertos para reunirse, techos altos y ventanas de gran tamaño que proporcionan mucha luz natural. La cocina se abre al comedor, sala de estar y se proyecta en el porche.

La casa cuenta con su propio muelle privado que incluye áreas para colocar (con ventiladores) y un área cubierta para comer. El muelle también tiene una zona de bar con nevera y equipo de música. Los barcos son bienvenidos, pero deben estar amarrados al muelle ya que el propietario se encarga del deslizamiento.

La cala es muy tranquila y alejada del canal principal. Hay un montón de espacio para nadar y repartir. La cala es un paseo en barco fácil a varias estaciones de servicio y restaurantes en el agua. Hay una rampa de barco público a pocos minutos. Supermercados, restaurantes, gas, aparejos y tiendas de conveniencia están a unos 10-15 minutos en coche.

Este es un espacio de alquiler ideal para familias que tiene vecinos que son en su mayoría residentes de la misma época. Esto no es una cala de fiesta y estamos buscando inquilinos que comprendan el ambiente familiar que está presente en esta cala.

What a beautiful home. It was so nice to wake up and have so many choices of where to have your morning coffee. The screened in porch or the two decks. What comfortable furniture. It was very cozy to sit and relax and talk to my friends. The house is beautifully furnished and had every amenity that we needed to feel like home. I definitely would recommend this home for a family or friends weekend!

We stayed here for a girls trip. We had an amazing stay! The house is absolutely gorgeous and so roomy. Also, the house was well stocked with everything we needed. The dock was a huge hit and love that we were able to use the lily pad! Todd was great. He was super responsive and very nice to talk to. I highly recommend this home. We will be back!

This house provided the perfect backdrop for our family of 11. The house was exactly as described with everything you could need or want. The garage conversion with ping pong table, arcade games and tv were a hit with the kids, and the dock area is fantastic. The communication with Todd was terrific and we were provided all the information we needed. He also had some tips for our trip down that were really appreciated. The pizza from Calgaro’s in Cole Camp was fantastic.This vacation was a huge hit with all of my family, so much so we have already booked for next year. Thanks again Todd and Melissa!

Family Get-a-way

This lake house was the perfect place for our family get-a-way. The owners do such a great job of making you feel at home. They were responsive to all of my questions and made the reservation process easy. Their home is very comfortable with all the amenities you need to have a great vacation. We appreciate the use of their dock and swimming in their quiet cove.

We traveled from out of state to enjoy a wonderful week at the Frye's Modern Lake Home. We had 10 people stay there with plenty of room! We rented a boat and tied it to the amazing dock! The location of the house is great! It is near the end of the a really nice cove. The house is easy to get to, nice views, wonderful area and easy access to the water.The best part though is the dock! The cove is deep enough to jump off the high platform and ride kayaks and drive a boat. We lived on and off the dock!The Frye's were so nice and so helpful!I highly recommend this house and hope we come back to the area. If we do, we will stay here for sure!

Family time

Quiet neighborhood, clean , spacious, very well stocked with what you need for cooking and play time. I use vrbo regularly and this was one of the best.

A space for everyone

All our introverts loved the early morning solitude of the dock, screened porch, lower patio swing, and upper deck. Each had their own space for quiet study and reflection. Later in the evening, our party of nine had a blast playing board games around the oversized kitchen table. And with three refrigerators total, we could easily store all the perishables we had for the week.

When can we come back?

This house has it all. Plenty of comfy beds. A stocked kitchen and great outdoor grill. An amazing dock on a quiet cove. Great communication with host. Short drive to nearest restaurant. Convenience store near as well. Garage takes a bit to cool down so turn on a/c promptly. Can’t wait to come back!!!

Lake House

House was exactly what we wanted to enjoy a few days at the lake with family- weather didn’t cooperate every day but we still had a wonderful time- everything clean and just as advertised- having all the lake toys made it so much fun!! Grills were fantastic for making good summer favorites-enough space for everyone-We will definitely be back!!

The house was exactly what we needed with room to spread out. The dock was great and the kids swam like crazy. Communication with Todd was quick and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for our family lake trip.

Wonderful Lake House Experience

Our family had an amazing time at this beautiful lake house. It comfortably accommodated our family of five and our six additional extended relatives. As frequent visitors to the Lake of the Ozarks, we can confidently say that this is our favorite place to stay. The location on the quieter part of the lake was perfect for our younger family members who were learning to water ski. Having a boat ramp just minutes away made it convenient to put our jet ski in the water (the private ramp was even visible from the home). The dock was spacious and ideal for lounging, watching the kids play in the water, and fishing. Our children absolutely loved the water toys, including kayaks, a lily pad, diving platform, and paddle boards. Indoors, we enjoyed playing board games, retro video games, foosball, and ping pong. The screened sunroom and large deck provided a great spot to enjoy the lake view, rain or shine. The fire pit was a cozy addition after long days on the water. The kitchen was impressively large, and we especially enjoyed cooking on the Blackstone Griddle. Although we didn’t use it during this visit, the full-size grill will be on our list for future stays. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for all the guests. Lastly, the outstanding communication—from our initial inquiry to the check-out process—made our experience even better.

Relaxing Family Vacation

This house and the owners are absolutely amazing!!! The house is more stunning in person! The entire process from booking, paying, and communication with the owners was seamless. We had a total of 10 people 4 adults and 6 young adults and teens. The young adults loved the house, the dock, and the screened porch. The 2 teen boys had the best time sleeping in the converted garage, fishing in the kayaks, and jumping off the dock. Everything you need is at this home...from the kitchen, to the views in the living room, to the spacious bathrooms, the games in the garage...I could go on and on. Todd and Melissa were absolutely the best!!! Communication was never an issue, they are so generous and easy to ask questions, and so helpful. We plan on coming back to this house next year...we had the best time at this house and on the lake. When we get our lake hpuse, I hope its exactly like this one!!! Thank you Todd & Melissa!

Perfection every time

This is the third time we have stayed, and we will keep coming back. You don't need to wait till the summer to enjoy this home. It has everything and is beyond comfortable, no matter what you are doing. Todd is great to work with, very responsive if needed, and ensures you have everything you need for a good stay. Family birthday weekend

This home was beautiful, and our entire family enjoyed the beautiful setting and the many amenities! We loved the quiet vibe on the lake, the stone fireplace, and the secluded dock. We were too late in the season to enjoy swimming and boating, but we hope to come back in the summer! Everyone loved the game room, big and small kids alike! Thank you so much!

Family with lots of kids

Can’t say enough about our stay. Todd was SUPER responsive. The game room was a dream for the kids. The screened in porch allowed us to read and hear the cicadas. Kids swam and swam and swam off the dock. Caught lots of crappie and sunfish. The house really had everything you need and we barely left during our stay. Most relaxing trip ever. I would say this was one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at.

Family Vacation

We loved being right on the water and the kids loved the paddle boards and kayaks. All the water toys were perfect. The garage was a great place for all the kids to hang out. Great family vacation.

Friends Getaway

We stayed at Todd’s home for our annual friends getaway and it was the perfect place for relaxing, swimming and making memories. The home is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked, lots of games to play and water toys at the dock. We will definitely return for a future stay. J&B

Our primary purpose in providing this property was to create an amazing experience for families to create life long memories. It has about everything you would want for a family vacation/ get together. There are areas for lounging, play with activities for sunny and rainy days. There is room for people to spread out and spaces to come together. The house is beautifully decorated with every detail in mind. Also, being on the lake with a yard and minimal steps to the dock is a special find. We have tried to think of everything to make your time here something you will never forget. Our wonderful guests have confirmed this with consistent 5 star ratings.
