Somos Superhosts en Airbnb con 5 estrellas y más de 50 reseñas. Nuestra acogedora cabaña de 1830 en 10 acres está justo bajando la carretera desde una vista impresionante sobre el Reino del Nordeste. Muy tranquilo, prácticamente sin tráfico, pero el cartero una vez al día. La casa es innegablemente rústica, pero encantadora y amueblada con antigüedades muy queridas. Plano de planta abierto: solo cuarto de baño con puerta. Niños 7 años + bienvenidos. Algunas reseñas de nuestra propiedad en Airbnb: "Qué espacio fantástico, genial y único para alojarse. Esta cabaña más antigua tiene una decoración y libros antiguos realmente interesantes, y me encantó la iluminación única; Realmente agregó a la sensación rústica de la casa. Los propietarios realmente pensaron en todo al diseñar el espacio y almacenar el espacio para los invitados, y realmente apreciamos los pequeños extras. Este es el espacio perfecto para parejas, y lo suficientemente fácil de encontrar ... ¡Y qué hermosa vista para despertar! The house was just as described, very cozy and old school. Nice amenities by the owners. The only semi-complaint was how far out it was in relation to our friends we were visiting. Lots of dirt roads - picturesque but not speedy to get anywhere.

The house was absolutely charming! It is very old with tons of character and so cozy. The string lights and many lamps made it so warm and inviting. It was spotless and had thoughtful amenities everywhere to anticipate your needs. The fridge was stocked with some basics which was fabulous because we arrived late and stores close early in the area. The space was bigger than I anticipated from seeing the online photos and had everything we needed. It is located in the country where it is so quiet and dark and peaceful but there is also a lovely village store just a few miles away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would love to stay again.

Cozy Cabin

Cute, historic cabin nestled in the beautiful hills of Vermont. We enjoyed the well appointed space with little homey touches throughout. The kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the outdoor area of this property. The host really made us feel welcome in this comfortable space. Easy to communicate with too!

Quiet & Convenient Cabin

Great place to use as a base for exploring the area, or just stay put, stretch out and relax. Has everything you need as well as accommodating hosts.

Nice cozy spot in Cabot and well stocked. Jennifer was very accommodating and communicative. I would definitely stay here again.

Vermont Cabin

The cabin was what one might expect in Vermont and it didn’t disappoint. The setting was on a dirt road as most of Vermont roads are. It was nicely packed and not dusty. Neighbors were not close by, it was very quiet. The cabin was clean and stocked well. The extra necessities were a pleasant surprise and appreciated. Communication from Jennifer, the owner was excellent. I recommend this Vermont Cabin!

Charming Country Cabin

I really enjoyed my stay. The cabin was very clean, and much more spacious than what I expected. This is the perfect cabin for a single person, a couple, or 2 people who know each other well as the sleeping areas do not close off from the rest of the cabin. I'll stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

Charming stay in a beautiful place

We were in town for a family event and found the cabin to be a lovely and interesting spot for our stay. It was a rainy weekend, but it cleared enough for a couple of beautiful walks down the country road. The host provided some a bit of food in the fridge, including some famous Cabot cheese!! Hope to visit again in the fall!

Perfect for us!

We LOVED this cabin! Quaint, quiet, and a bit quirky, it is a genuine antique cabin in a pretty spot on a dirt and gravel road, off the beaten path. We loved the vintage/antique touches, the beamed ceiling and the wide pine floorboards, worn down by age. It was more spacious than we expected, and was thoughtfully well supplied with everything we could possibly need. Jennifer, the host, was very responsive and all the information she supplied was accurate. We hope to be able to stay there again next summer!

Cozy cabin with beautiful fall views

Our stay at this charming cabin was truly unforgettable! The location was perfect surrounded by picturesque farms, grazing cows, and nearly no light pollution, giving us a breathtaking view of the stars each night. We took the host's recommendation for a sunset walk nearby, which offered incredible views of the surrounding area, and it was a highlight of our trip. The cabin itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described on the listing. The host was incredibly attentive, answering all of our questions within minutes and providing helpful suggestions throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

Fine for a couple only, maybe a small child, but it is small! Check your weather report—we knew there was no air conditioning, but unfortunately the week we were there was 90 and humid.

Very secluded

Very secluded property. Very much as described. Great communication from host. One helpul hint, bring a stand-alone GPS, or maps of the area. Unsure of other cell carriers, but Verizon had ZERO signal. Wifi calling setting was essential.

Very remote

The cabin itself was fantastic this was a charismas present for my fiancé. The property to the right had junk in yard old tires fallen down shed etc. etc.. To left of cabin was eye sore along with a lawn mower coved by very tall grass so was kind of embarrassed and disappointed from property keep up. If owners can just clean up yard some i feel it would be much better.

Visiting family in the area

Our visit was a combination of visiting with our son and partner when they were available and venturing out on our own when they were working. Arriving in the dark, the goggle map and Jennifer’s directions were perfect. The front porch light assured us we were in the right spot. Everything was as described in the listing; however, worries about being chilly never materialized and the bed was very comfy and warm. One big plus is the well stocked refrigerator with a full sized freezer. We tend to bring pre made meals frozen to meals to reheat and fill our cooler with frozen meat from the farmers markets for our 22 hour drive home. The cottage was a perfect base for day trips. We didn’t explore the immediate area, but the massive old trees (maples?) lining the road in both directions were magnificent. Favorites included the Village Restaurant in Hardwick for breakfast and Harry’s Hardware in Cabot for hanging out after the Montpelier farmers market-beer and great nibbles inside an old fashioned hardware store.

My family has owned this house since 2001. We love the house and the land and are so happy that others are able to enjoy it as well. It is a magical place! Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This cabin was built sometime around 1830. It has such a sense of history about it and we have even met a woman who lived there back in the 1930;s before it had electricity or running water!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The land and house are very private with very few cars passing all day and you can see more stars than you can imagine! There are two small family dairy farms at each end of our road and the views from those farms are famous, even for Vermont- almost every year, we find one of these views in a Vermont scenic calendar. We are near a lot of hiking, lakes and ponds, and various festivals, from beer to music, happen all summer, and cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing in the winter.
