Esta hermosa villa de cinco estrellas está situado en el pequeño lugar Zaton que está a sólo 10-15 minutos en coche del centro histórico de Dubrovnik, pero de nuevo lo suficientemente lejos del ruido urbano.
Zaton es un noroeste pintoresca bahía situada de Dubrovnik. Zaton ha sido un lugar de vacaciones desde los primeros tiempos de la República de Ragusa en el siglo 15. Casi todas las familias Dubrovnik noble tenía su casa de verano construida en Zaton. Stunning location!

The pictures do not do this villa justice. Waking up to the view every day was a joy. All amenities for an excellent vacation are provided including a grocery store, marina and waterfront restaurants a short walk away. The old town is a short 20 minute drive which is perfect for a quiet getaway from the tourists. I highly recommend this site.

Beautiful Modern Property- Amazing Host

Absolutely has a fantastic stay in Zaton. The house was everything we could have asked for plus some. Perfect location for being close enough to Dubrovnik yet far enough away to not be subject to the hustle and bustle. Peter was a fantastic host with recommendations and answered all of our request! Would recommend to anyone coming for a visit.

A fabulous, modern Villa with a fantastic view.

With high expectations of this top end property we weren't disappointed. Right from the start Pedro (Peter), the owner, was a great host & full of helpful info at both the check in & via communication throughout our stay. We were blown away with the facilities at the Villa, its terrific location & view of the bay. Comfortable, relaxed & chilled in the Villa in addition to a full days boat trip & an evening meal cooked for us by Peter & his dad was a delight. A must stay for a group of friends or an extended family of all ages...it's perfect.

Dazzling in every way

We loved this spectacular villa, and we loved its spectacular location in Zaton. Villa is filled with light, and every room has a delightful view of the bay and surrounding neighborhoods. It is spacious, all bedrooms are terrific, and the property had everything possible to meet our needs. If we had a question (could you provide umbrellas for the pool?) Peter was incredibly responsive.For us, the location was unsurpassed. Walking distance to markets and restaurants and well, just walking. There is a charming waterside walk along the bay. Heaven.The one and only challenge was finding Villa initially. House number had not been provided. Of course, this is easily resolvable, and I’m confident will be in future.We could not recommend this Villa more highly, and extend our deepest thanks for a superb week.

Dream Wedding Celebration!

We had an absolutely spectacular time at this beautiful residence! We held our wedding ceremony and reception at the property and it was perfect! There is truly no other house like it in Zaton. The views are amazing! Peter was incredibly helpful, offered to help with catering and anything else we might need. He came by for a glass of wine and to congratulate us. Very, very nice guy! Pictures don’t do it justice, you have to experience it for yourself! Would definitely return. Thank you Peter! You made our special day very special!

Fantastic stay in Zaton

Have no hesitation in recommending Pero (Peter's) lovely Villa in Zaton. Villa is situated on a hill overlooking the bay so every morning you awake to stunning views. Property is clean and modern with plenty of space for everyone. 8 of us stayed for a week and we wish it could have been longer. Peter and the host Stijepo could not have been more helpful in arranging pick ups and drop offs to the Airport, a full days Boat trip around the Islands, Game of Throne Tours in Dubrovnik and recommendations and advice on local Restaurants. Peter also cooked us a lovely meal one evening. There is a small shop at the bottom of the hill (10 min walk) and this stocks all that you would need for your stay and the Villa has all the equipment you will need to cook your own meals should you need to do so. Nice Pool and Hot Tub and a separate games room for table tennis with a Sauna which is a nice addition. Plenty of sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas for shade and a gas Barbi if you want to do some outside cooking. Area is nice and quite and not too far from Dubrovnik (about 20 min drive) if you want to visit .Cannot really fault this Property, it really does have everything you need for a really memorable stay in Croatia.

Fabulous Stay!

We had a great time at the villa, the villa is even better than the pictures, great location, decor and has everything you need. Pero, the owner is very responsive and very helpful. He helped to arrange a surprise birthday party welcome and a great boat tour right from the villa. There also was a very large welcome package of fruit, snacks and drinks. We had asked for a chef for the last evening and Pero and his father cooked a wonderful multi course meal for our family. We would definitely recommend staying at this villa.

We had a brilliant stay in Zaton! The villa was stunning and had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday - lovely pool, large outdoor area, great living space and an incredible view! Stijepo was a very accommodating and helpful host, making us feel very welcome!

Wonderful villa!

We had the most amazing time her for my sisters big birthday! Pero greeted us with Prosecco fruit and snacks which was lovely! The pictures do not do the villa justice, it really is superb...and there is no bad room. Thanks you for helping to make her birthday so special! We will definitely be back!

What a fantastic location and beautiful villa. When we got there we were welcomed by Peter who explained all the local attractions etc... ordered us some pizza and watered us well !!! He was a great host👍 We stayed for 10 nights...4 adult and 5 teenagers.... the villa is amazing like having a little hotel all to yourself!!!! We hired a couple of boats for a couple of days which were amazing.. great caves and great islands to explore... Thanks peter for a great location 10 out of 10

Perfect location

Very well planned house with a perfect location overlooking the Zaton bay. A five-minute walk to the grocery store and and equally long drive to nice beaches. The house has a classy interior and the owners are really service minded. Do not miss out on the dinner they prepare upon request.

Stunning views and amazing hospitality

From beginning to end we had a great stay here - Peter greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco on ice and made us most welcome. The villa is beautiful, as is Croatia.. we fell in love 😍 The local restaurants were all very welcoming and provided great food/ service. We went out on a speed boat with Peter and this was a great experience for us and our 2 teenage sons as the sea was a bit rough!! Dubrovnik is beautiful and the many restaurants deliver quality food in our experience. Perfect holiday for us in a perfect villa... thanks Peter. We hope to return again soon 😎😎😎😎

Amazing villa in great location! Highly recommend -- 4 stars trending 5 ( minor tweaks recommended)

This villa was amazing in terms of construction and appointment -- comfortable beds, linens, furniture, smooth stone floors, Since all rooms have same bathrooms, king size beds and furniture, there was not a "bad" room in the place. Love how all the bedrooms are on top 2 floors away from the bottom living space. The views from every room were spectacular of the mountains and the bay. Welcome fruit, nuts stocked fridge and champagne were spectacular. The location is amazing -- a short 10 min Uber ride away from the old city Dubrovnik, very short walk to grocery store (shorter than I thought from other reviews) for everything from fresh baked bread, wines and spirits, suntan lotion and even inflatable pool toys!, and if you follow the same path, you reach the bay in a few more hops. We walked around the bay for a long walk one evening to have dinner at one of the restaurants recommended by Pero, the owner. It was spectacular -- both the dinner and the walk! Our stay was too short (only 3 nights). Given that our stay was short, the few shortcoming kept us from giving our review 5 stars -- as we would have if we had the few issues handled at the beginning of our stay rather than the middle of the 2nd day. On the 1st night, we texted Pero that the pool was too cold. No response until the next morning when he made some adjustments in a locked utility closet. Later that day, the pool was still cool though you could feel slightly warmer water coming through the 2 jets at the stairs of the pool. Kids wanted 28C/80F or warmer. The pool was holding steady at 26C which was too cold for my skinny kids. And, the hot tub was cold too! The temp was about the pool temp and any attempt to adjust temp settings was futile. We sent Pero another note indicating importance of having the pool and hot tub temp fixed -- this time with specific temp requirements rather than a generic "warmer". On the 1st morning, the coffee pot was broken. We uses the hot tea kettle and poured boiling water over the coffee. The 2nd morning the hot tea kettle was broken! Pero did finally show later that morning with a new coffee machine and hot tea kettle. By then, pool temp was ok. He fixed the hot tub. That day and the next morning was perfection. Wish we could have stayed longer. Other recs: add washcloths, conditioner and body lotion. We also used Stijepo's airport transfer which was super convenient. Pero and Stijepo were a pleasure to deal with. We have already recommended!

Outstanding vacation home!

We really enjoyed staying in this vacation home! The home is very well stocked. The kitchen has everything you would want and the quality of the cookware, as well as everything else in the home, is very high. The home was spotless and had everything you would want. The house is even better than the pictures! The views from all rooms are magnificent! The rooms are spacious and there's plenty of room for everyone. There is no shortage of things to do at the house. We enjoyed the ping-pong table, the sauna, the hot tub and, of course, the pool. We enjoyed dining outside for dinner and the house provides very nice shade in the evening. The home is close to Dubrovnik (about a 15 minute drive) and is in a peaceful setting. There's a small grocery close to the house that has most things that we needed. Pero, the homeowner, was wonderful! He greeted us the first night with a huge bowl of fruit and a bottle of champagne. He provided great recommendations and was very helpful and attentive throughout the week when we needed something. I highly recommend this home!

A beautifully appointed villa - really comfortable

A lovely villa, the only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the location isn't massively handy for a beach and is a £20 taxi ride from Dubrovnik. But service from Pero was excellent and his offer to cook a meal is well worth accepting.

Fantastic house, great location

This was a fantastic house. The highlights were the location and the view. The photos on the website do not do the view justice. It is really spectacular from pretty much every room in the house, and is different at different times of day. We couldn't get over it. The location is great. Dubrovnik is beautiful, but it is crowded and touristy. The house is a close 15 minute drive to Dubrovnik, so you can easily visit, but then you can get away from the crowds. The small harbor of Zaton Veliki is quite charming, and has a couple of very good restaurants, with beautiful views across the bay, and of the marina. I think you can arrange boat tours directly from the Zaton harbor, without having to drive to Dubrovnik. We arranged to have a water taxi pick us up at the harbor to have dinner on Kolocep Island at the Villa Ruza one night. I highly recommend that. There is a small grocery store right down the hill from the house. One day when our car battery died, we walked down to the grocery store. The hill is a bit steep, but we managed okay. The house itself is spectacular. It is quite new, and everything was immaculate. There are two huge master bedrooms on the third floor, and the other bedrooms are all spacious and quite well appointed. The bathrooms attached to each bedroom are nice, and all pretty much the same. Bathtub/shower combo, hair dryers etc. Upon arrival, the owner of the house, Pero met us and gave a very warm welcome. There was a large basked of fresh fruit and chips and crackers waiting for us when we arrived. The refrigerator was stocked with still and sparkling water, apple and orange juice, beer and a bottle of Pero's homemade grappa. Pero shared a glass of grappa with us before showing us around the house. We rent a lot of vacation homes, and this was the nicest welcome we have ever had, and we've never had a house so well-stocked. It was especially welcome because we arrived late, and all the stores were already closed. Pero was available for assistance throughout the trip, and could have arranged boat trips and catering. We were a group of 8. We were able to make up the bed in one room as two separate beds, which is good to know if you have people who do not necessarily want to share a bed. Stijepo and Homeaway were great for arranging the rental, responsive and helpful. You can't go wrong with this house.

Amazing views, fabulous villa and great services!

We spent a lovely family reunion where both kids, the parents and the grannies fully enjoyed. We can just recommend this fantastic place with such welcoming atmosphere and super facilities.
