La propiedad cuenta con 6 amplias habitaciones, todas con baños adjuntos, dos baños adicionales para invitados (un baño equipado para discapacitados) en el primer y segundo piso, una sala de billar con mesa de billar, dos salas familiares, comedor formal, tres chimeneas, desayuno informal Rincón con vista al océano y al área de lectura, junto con una cocina gourmet que te dejará sin aliento. Hay un ascensor en funcionamiento que da servicio a los tres pisos y, dependiendo del tamaño de su vehículo, el garaje puede acomodar hasta seis vehículos.

La gran casa es cómoda y cuenta con tecnología avanzada para mantenerlo caliente por la noche y fresco durante los meses de verano, junto con iluminación automática y televisores de alta definición, estéreo / Pandora / Spotify / iTunes en cada una de las habitaciones y en toda la propiedad junto con un Sistema avanzado de seguridad de video.

Ubicado en el muy solicitado Boardwalk-Peninsula de Long Beach, el acceso directo a la playa y ½ cuadra de la bahía hace que esta propiedad sea igualmente agradable tanto para adultos como para niños pequeños para disfrutar de forma segura de andar en bicicleta, kayak, paddle surf, windsurf, góndola. paseos alrededor de la isla de Nápoles o simplemente descansar. This home had everything we had hoped for, an incredible view of the ocean, beach front for easy access to the water, safe and quiet neighborhood, well decorated interior throughout the home and so much more. We had hired a photographer to do pictures for my son’s 40 th birthday and military retirement, she had us pose on the beautiful staircase in the home and the pictures came out perfect. We hope to rebook again soon!

The home is beautiful but the host is strange. We were accused (and attempted to be charged) for damages to the house that we did not do and accused of leaving things behind that we did not leave. Things that the previous guest obviously did especially considering many things were missing during our stay due to a previous guest that the host was unaware of. The guest constantly mentioned our race when accusing us of the issues. There is nothing for kids like dishwear, toys, books etc like they advertise. Also 1 bathroom and shower is out of order if you are looking to use them all. We had no trash can, no towels, multiple kitchen amenities missing. Great location with beautiful home but not worth the price.

A delightful week in a lovely home! Beautifully appointed interior. Spacious kitchen but needing a few simple items such as oven mitts, cutting knives, serving and mixing bowls and a working trash compactor. Comments were made about the windows needing cleaning and the sticky elevator door on the 3rd floor. Just minor things. Overall, a fun week for the family filled with memories to last forever!

Had a party for my wife's 50th B day. Party was during the day . The property had plenty of room on the bottom and 2nd floors for guest. Approx 70 people in attendance

Great Stay

We had a great see at this beachfront property. Enjoyed having plenty of room to hang out as a family and play games. The host was awesome to work with. Highly recommend.

Awesome Weekend !

Upon arrival the host was super welcoming and informative. By the time he left, we felt like old friends with lots of family common interests. The property was perfect for our home-away-from-home weekend with family and friends.

Wonderful Family Time

What a great stay for our whole family! So much space and the access to the beach (just a few steps away) as well as the marina (just a block or two) could not be better. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated and our two sons, their wives and children were situated over different floors which gave us all privacy when we wanted it and a place to gather when we were all together. The hosts were kind and gracious with great communication-I felt like we had made new friends! Would definitely come here again for a family weekend. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories together!

Seventy forth birthday celebration

The location was surreal. We enjoyed the view, the sound of the ocean and cleanliness of the house. The space was inviting. It was like being at home. The garages accommodated our cars perfectly. My guests enjoyed every moment, and are still thanking me for the invite. I would definitely consider using this property again.

Amazing House

We booked this place for a long weekend and it was the perfect size for our family. All the couples had their own rooms and extra bathrooms. loved the house we also came with (4) full size SUVs and they all fit in the garage. The only downside to staying here was the beach… We could walk out the back and we were on the beach, which was great. But the beach was full of trash..Anything you could think of was washed up all over the beach. Each day we had to clear a spot for the kids to play because you would find glass, plastic, and just about any kind of garbage you could think of. Loved the house, just not the beach it was on.

Great 4th of July

What an amazing house! Perfect location, especially for the 4th of July. We saw fireworks on both sides. There was so much space for the 7 of us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. The kitchen was incredible. The owners were very helpful and responsive. We wold definitely come back!

Amazing house

We loved this house so much! It’s huge and beautiful and amazing. It’s right on the beach, so my son and his friends swam, played soccer and football and rode bikes all the way up to shoreline village. There was so much space for everyone to relax and spread out. The boys played pool and the kitchen and dining area were great for big group meals. We will definitely be back!

We are a married couple with 4 kids and we recently built this home in 2017 and not able to find enough time to enjoy it thoroughly as our children are getting older and we are extremely busy with the two younger ones in sports/ school. As you can see, we have furnished the property for our personal use, and we are looking for individuals who will take better than average care of the property.

The home is Smart-Home that has advanced technology and security throughout. The property is located on "boardwalk" nestled between the ocean and the bay. We have water toys, kayak for three, two paddle boards and a few boogie boards. There are three adult life jackets and two youth life jackets.
