Mi casa está cerca del centro comercial Mega Tsawwassen Mills, BC Ferries, Splashdown Waterpark, playas oceánicas, campo de golf, 20 minutos al aeropuerto y 35 minutos a DT. Te encantará el amplio patio trasero, la limpieza, la luminosidad, la seguridad y todas las comodidades adicionales. Es ideal para parejas, viajeros de negocios, familias (con niños) y amigos peludos (mascotas). Vistas parciales desde la mini cubierta frontal y el patio trasero completo para barbacoa de patio trasero vallado de 1/4 acre, descanso y sol.

Wonderful Rental!

Lynn and Peter meet all the expectations of a "superhost". They went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous. On our next family get together we wont even look anywhere else.

July 2023 Vacation

A quiet and save location to stay in. It has all the amenities of a nice home. Lynn and Peter was very attentive, very communicative generous of their time, and kind. They offered helpful ideas/tips during our stay and generously made a welcome package for us once we arrived. We enjoyed our stay very much and appreciative of Lynn and Peter for making our trip the best.

Excellent and thoughtful host

Lynn went over and above what she needed to do to welcome us. Very thoughtful. Excellent backyard for the dogs to run around. We had no issues whatsoever. Would recommend this place highly.

Amazing Stay at Gem in Tsawwassen

Lynn was an amazing host. I have never had a VRBO host be so attentive and accommodating. Whatever we needed, Lynn had it ready upon our arrival. Wonderful welcome basket, bikes, helmets, golf clubs, basketballs, soccer balls, fully stocked home, etc… The home came as advertised and Lynn was always available (via text) if we needed anything or any additional information for our travels into Vancouver. Thank you Lynn for making our visit to BC most enjoyable.

Amazing house and host

The property is amazing, very clean and tidy. There are tons of amenities in the house that can satisfy all of my requirements. The yard is excellent. Lynn prepared the foam golf ball for practicing chipping, as a golf lover, I really appreciate it. There are also volleyball net and slide for kids to play. Lynn is an excellent person, very thoughtful and nice. Prepared food and drink upon arrival and was super helper and attentive during the entire stay. Definitely will come back if traveling to Vancouver again.

Property and owners

This property met all our needs and more for a family of 9. The kitchen was well stocked with condiments and spices. The property owners, Lynn and Peter even provided all our breakfast items for the next morning. There was bacon, eggs, bread, cream, real butter, coffee and milk. The beds were comfortable and there was lots of towels. Lynn and Peter were very helpful in providing a wheelchair, walker and cane for a person who had disabilities issues. I can’t say enough words on how well we were all treated by Lynn and Pete. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.

Family Gathering

The property was perfect for all the family members who stayed there. There was great space for them to spend time together and also great space for someone to take a break rom the "crowd" if needed. They all commented on how much they enjoyed their stay. They also really appreciated the little extras like snacks, a few drinks and, particularly, the condiments that were available. They made shopping to prepare a meal much easier. The only issue that was experienced was with the bikes. It was great that they were offered and they did get used. However, there are 2 0r 3 of them that need some maintenance (tires, pedal on one). I can't say specifically which bikes but thought you would want to know. Thank you for being such a great host. Everyone really enjoyed the accommodation they had which made our gathering even better. Molly

Spacious, well-stocked house and super hosts

You know when you stay at a rental and think, “This place is great, but wouldn’t it be even better if they provided (insert very basic amenities here)”. Well Lynn and Peter seemed to have gone around the house, asking themselves, “What can we do to make our guests’ stay the best it can be?” From laundry soap and enough provisions to feed us for days to bikes for the whole family, golf clubs, all sorts of sports equipment (and an endless supply of towels!), this felt more like a stay at an all-inclusive resort than a VRBO. The hosts were super flexible with check in and available to show us around. Communication was a dream with Lynn - no request was too hard - and the space was perfect for two couples and two teens. Our only regret is that we weren’t able to spend more time just enjoying the backyard space more, bc it really is a fab gem. If you want modern glass and steel, this isn’t the property for you. But if you want a house where the kids can run around in the yard, you can sit on the deck, or you can enjoy the table top fire pits in the evening, then this is the spot for you. Just make sure you make the time to enjoy everything the house and hosts have to offer!

5 Star Host and Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Lynn's home. Due to unexpected circumstances, our family had to find accommodations quickly within our own community. Lucky for us, we found Lynn's listing! Lynn is the most gracious and generous host we've encountered, not only on VRBO, but other platforms we've used as well! Communication was excellent. She is very quick to respond to questions and checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. She went out of her way to customize our stay; from a dinosaur for our dino-obsessed grandson to plushy for granddaughter and other small touches that were beyond necessary but greatly appreciated. When I expressed concern about the placement of a glass-topped coffee table in the middle of the living area (because of our just-learning-to-walk granddaughter), Lynn not only moved the table aside, but put a mat and padding on it so baby wouldn't hurt herself. The fridge is stocked with fixings for your first breakfast along with snacks (eg. chips, doritos, pizzas) that can be enjoyed at your leisure. I really appreciated the organic free range eggs, organic milk, and butter. As for the house, it is well-stocked with more than just the basics. There is plenty of good quality shampoo, conditioner, soaps, and lotions, so unless you are very particular about these items, there is no need to pack your own. The pantry is also well-stocked with condiments and spices. Cooking utensils, pots and pans are also generous and of good quality. The rooms are as pictured on the listing and the backyard is spacious. Unfortunately, we were unable to make use of the yard because of poor weather during our stay. All in all, we were more than happy with our stay at Lynn's home and would recommend it highly!

Blissful Stay at a home away from home

Lynn & Peter are extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating, thoughtful, caring and generous. They are extremely quick on corresponding and are extremely organized with a welcome book that leaves no guessing. They went above and beyond any and all expectations making you feel extremely welcome, at home and very much like your great friends or family. They had a fully stocked kitchen with all the usual appliances, pots & pans, dishes, small appliances, spices and so much more. They took note of favoured snacks, beverages and such. They stocked the kitchen with all the info they acquired about our likes along with some wine, beer and even went out to source a turkey for our Christmas dinner and not asking or accepting extra payment for the turkey and extras. They also stocked the kitchen with everything you’d need for breakfast and a couple frozen pizzas amongst other items. I had meds and groceries delivered ahead of time which they kindly put it all away for us. They placed stockings with our initials and some surprises withinup on the mantle. They also decorated one of the bedrooms especially for our youngest whose 11 years old with tons of stuffies and toys. It was all fabulously decorated for Christmas. It wasn’t over the top just the right amount to put you in the spirit. They also kindly set our dinning table up for our Christmas Dinner which was beautiful and amazing. In preparation for our stay, they acquired all the information needed and prepared their home for our stay. They took in every detail of our family and likes creating a perfect place to be. The home was extremely clean and welcoming. Not once were we lacking anything at any time. The neighborhood is very quiet and quaint with a couple minute drive from the Tsawwassen Mills Mall. My boys are gamers and they surprised us by hooking up an awesome Star Wars Pinball machine that was such a thrill. We hands down recommend this home for your next stay. I’m originally from the area and visit often. I will most certainly be returning again and again. I’ve travelled extensively and by such have stayed at a lot of different spots. They are by far the best place I’ve had the pleasure of staying with my family. Super Host is simply not a good enough title. Lynn & Peter your simply amazing, keep up the great job and we will certainly stay with you again soon! From my family to yours, we are ever so grateful!

My home is close to Tsawwassen Mills Megamall, BC Ferries, the Waterpark, ocean beaches, golf course, 20 min to airport & 35 min to DT. You’ll love the spacious backyard, cleanliness, bright, safe & all extra amenities. It's great for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), & pets. Partial views from the front mini-deck and full rear patio for 1/4 acre fenced backyard bbq, lounging & sun. The space is ideal for both company workers wishing space on social isolation, as well as families with room to enjoy in the front and large backyard.Sleeps 3 single adults not sharing any beds with a bedroom for each or 6 guests based on 2 per bed-sharing. Cots and cribs are available upon request. Master bedroom ensuite just received a mini shower. All 3 bedrooms have large TVs & the living room with a 50", with premium Cable including Netflix, high-speed unlimited fibre optic wireless data, golf clubs & mountain bikes ( parking up to 3, including on boulevard, a fully equipped house with all necessities and accessories in kitchen & bathrooms. We have a beautiful large 1/4 acre backyard! It is equipped with a Volleyball & badminton net, BBQ and patio setup with 2gas fire-pits.
