Cabin was clean and comfortable. We had a great snowy weekend. The road up is steep with some switchbacks just so you will be aware. The pool table and arcade games were fun. Host was nice and friendly.

There were no sheets for the bunks, found one set in a box on the 2nd day for the pull out I assume. Almost froze for lack of cover. The cabin and views were beautiful however the housekeeping was very subpar, the hot tub leaked, as well as the kitchen sink, and the jets for the whirlpool tub did not work. For a three night stay there was very little attention given to guests accommodations. Im sorry, but I would not recommend this cabin in its present state

Customer service was excellent. We left our jackets and they worked with us to pick them up on our way back up through the area. Property was very clean. Lots of space.I don’t recommend it for people who are going to cook at the cabin. One skillet, no pot and minimal cooking utensils. We made it work for the two of us for one night, but it wasn’t ideal. Grill is a small outdoor metal one you would find at a park.

We really enjoyed all the comforts of home…. Especially the king size bed and the fireplace in the master bedroom. About a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg, but still the peace and quiet of the mountains.

This place was wonderful for us! Check-in was great and stress free! It was only about a 30 minute drive from things to do so it wasn’t bad at all! The only thing is we didn’t have a light at the hot-tub but everything else was wonderful! Such a clean beautiful place! 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was private, very clean, and had so much charm, it felt like the perfect getaway spot. One of the highlights was spotting bears right in the yard, which made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat in nature!

Everything was beautiful - cabin was clean and neat upon arrival - we had access to all we needed for our stay there. The hot tub was amazing, it was quiet and relaxing .
