Of course not building something and designing yourself makes things like this a bit more difficult to remedy :) I will definitely look at adding some essential accent lights that could possibly help! Dear Bill, I hate so bad that our place did not meet your expectations. I do realize you have a choice while staying in Venice so hopefully the below explanations will explain some of the issues you wrote about. 1) I am so sorry about the codes. I have looked back at all information I sent you and verified codes I sent were correct. I have sent a email to VRBO about automated info they send and see if that's how it was sent. I can't access after merging our VRBO with our new website( this happen the week you were arriving). Hoping they can give me a answer. 2) I apologize about Wifi codes not being what was displayed. This has happen a couple times due to AT&T working on lines. Until we catch this or a guests report I can't have fixed. I am going to update signage to display the AT&T default info so in case our network name drops hopefully guest can get connected that way! 3) Completely at a lost about the coffee cups. We just refurbed all boats in January with extra utensils, cups, plates etc. Housekeeping will be checking this and replenishing right away. 4) The chairs are forever getting gone, due to wind blowing them away, or people dropping in the water. I will definitely get another 1/2 chairs for the deck. 5) Houseboats and maximizing space are a problem. We looked at this houseboat and pondered several layouts on seating but wanted to be able to provide a couch, table etc. so we thought this scenarios was best. I do realize it may not be ideal for everyone but this boat sleeps 10 people actually and is one of my busiest houseboats. I just bought new barstools so that does allow for some extra seating at the bar. I apologize for this not meeting your needs. 6) Maintenance overall in Venice can be a challenge. Our guys try to get things as fast as they can to accommodate the guests and sometimes that means they have to rely on what's available down around Venice instead of making a long drive to New Orleans. I am going to have them for sure look at the toilet seats in all and see if we can't better fix that back to correct seats.
