Este gran condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños con excelentes vistas al mar desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. La unidad cuenta con 2 amplias salas de estar, cocina completa y 2 baños. La espaciosa habitación King es. Un gran lugar para relajarse después de un día en la playa. Estancia mínima de 4 noches en temporada, estadía mínima de 3 noches fuera de temporada. Esperamos que se quede con nosotros pronto.

Ubicado en el edificio Stuart Kingston en el paseo marítimo de Rehoboth Beach. Los huéspedes tienen un lugar de estacionamiento en la calle dedicado y también reciben un pase de estacionamiento para estacionamiento en la calle.

Great place! Super clean. Perfect location. Close to restaurants, shops, beach. Everything was within walking distance. Oceanfront views. Property manager-David- was so nice. He met us at the property when it was time to check in and even helped bring our luggage in! Was readily available for any questions we had.Only advice is to bring hand soap/ dish detergent / dishwasher detergent/ garbage bags as that was not provided. Some toilet paper/ paper towels were provided but not a lot. Not a complaint , but just know that going in. Attached photos are all taken from the apartment/ balcony.

Condo was beautiful.Very clean. A note saying that you need to bring All linins including kitchen would have been helpful. We could not beat the view and everything was in walking.

It’s just as amazing as the photos show. We loved this house. David was amazing to work with. The beach was a bit crowded with the hotel being right next door, but we had the chair/umbrella company set us up first thing each morning. We loved being close enough to walk to downtown but not too close that we were kept up by noise. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the washer dryer to refresh towels and such. Sunrises each day on the balcony couldn’t have been better! If you’re going, bring vinegar for jellyfish stings. They were rough. We look forward to returning again!

On the beach

What a good choice! The view from the living space and master bedroom is just like the photo. The only thing between you and the beach is the boardwalk. The condo is spacious, has many closets and available storage. Kitchen has pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses. (Bring or buy plastic if you have small children.) This condo is an easy walk to the boardwalk and many other restaurants and shops. David is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our week together here!

Perfect Location

Condo was wonderful, perfect location with beautiful views. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. You do need to bring your own paper products and cleaners because it isn’t supplied for you. Beds were comfortable as well as living room furniture. We enjoyed our stay and David was a breeze to work with.

Great ocean front property

The property was great. The two ocean front balconies was really great since we had a cold rainy weekend. We didn’t mind it at all because we had everything we needed right in the condo. Plenty of glassware to make any kind of drink, plenty of dishes to accommodate 8 people (once you discover all the cabinets. The master bedroom was really quite nice! Being right on the boardwalk is nice. We all agreed we would be more than happy to stay here again!

Grenoble Getaway

Grenoble Place was a wonderful place! It was clean, had plenty of room and the view is amazing! We were there in the off season and the neighbors were quiet. Once in the condo, you feel like you are in a home. It had all of the amenities that we needed. We will be back!

A girls weekend getaway

Our knitting group stayed for a 4 day weekend- the views are fabulous- the condo was luxurious and cozy. We’re already taking about coming back next year!

Beautiful view if the ocean

Lovely condo. Very clean. Amazing view of the ocean from living room and master bedroom balconies. We had three rainy days during our week, but it didn’t matter because we could sit on the covered living room balcony and still feel like we were at the beach. We will definitely rent again. Thanks to David for being so helpful.

Spacious unit, prime location

This unit was perfect for our 8-person family. We enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and proximity to beach and boardwalk. Unit was clean and comfortable, although some shelves and closets apparently had not been dusted in a while. Our host was promptly responsive when a lock somehow engaged when a sliding door was closed, locking us out on a balcony. We hope to return next summer!

Great location but dirty

Great location but could use a good cleaning. There was dog hair all over the rugs and dirty hand prints on the walls. And the outside door was very difficult to use the key. It was a nice place but very dirty.

Nice Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, two-story condo. The view of the beach was spectacular, and we were very comfortable. Everything about the reservation and check-in progress was smooth. We look forward to returning!

Great Ocean view

Absolutely gorgeous view of the ocean from this spacious place. Town is 1/2 mile away so very accessible. Would definitely stay there again. We watch the Pet parade and the Eagles without leaving the house.

It's the best location on the beach!

David was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. The balcony views in the living room and the master bedroom were well worth the trip. There is nothing like hearing the waves and the sunsets were breath-taking. The location was perfect. The house is just a hop skip and a jump from the beach and some really great restaurants. The only thing that would have made this property better would be if they provided paper products, linens and cleaning supplies, which was all listed in the description and contract. It just made it difficult for packing. Having said that, we would gladly stay here again. It is by far the best location on the boardwalk.

Pictures can't capture the beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is unique in that it is 2 floors and has plenty of room for family. The kitchen was decently appointed, beds comfortable, and the balconies had adequate seating to enjoy the magnificent view and location. We'd be happy to return!
