Relaxing lake trip

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this location. Property was clean and came with everything we needed. Short drives had us a 3 different lakes and countless beaches. Would definitely visit again

Wine tasting

The property was wonderful! Well appointed and had everything we needed The space is great, hot tub was wonderful and Mike and Lorelei were great to chat with and they provided a few places to check out. Kelowna and the wine country was all that we expected.

Wedding at 50th parallel winery

Great location in lake country. Beautiful house and close to many trails. Raptor loop is just a short walk from the house. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing house

I lucked out finding this place for our getaway for a dance competition the house is amazing the view is unreal. The owners are amazing. I can’t say enough good thing the beds were even super comfy. I will Definetly stay again if I ever return to Kelowna

Ski Trip to Okanagen

We had an amazing ski trip in the Okanagan at this Lake Country basement suite. It was a wonderful space, clean, neat and a fantastic kitchen with all the cooking items available. We also enjoyed the hot tub after a long day on the hill very much. The hosts were great, and we definitely this gem for any single family get away's to the Okanagan. Roland

The home you wish you had

Beautiful, spacious and spotless. A great patio with a pretty view. Lots of lakes and amenities nearby. Lots to see, lots to do.

Seamless stay

Mike and Loralie were great hosts. Around when we needed them but never interfering. The place was spacious for our family and located in a convenient spot to all of Lake Country’s amenities. Will definitely stay again if we have the chance.

Beautiful suite

Wow! Check in was easy with a code for door so we didn’t need to worry about a key. The suite was beautiful and spotless. The kitchen is well equipped to cook almost anything. We had a bbq to use and a large area outside with table, hot tub ( the weather was too hot to use it) and a comfortable seating area. We ate almost all our meals outside and enjoyed the privacy of the suite. Thanks to Mike and Loralie for being such great hosts!

Perfect Vacation Rental

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Mike and Loralie’s rental. The rental is well kept, clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved that the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed for cooking. The property has a perfect location. It is close to many sights and amenities. It is also easy and quick to drive into other places such as Kelowna and Vernon. The owners were easy to communicate with and would always reply quickly to questions. We found them to be helpful, kind and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again ourselves.

Beautiful place

The suite was spacious, clean and well-appointed. We loved the jacuzzi and enjoyed the partial view of Wood Lake. Hosts were attentive and respectful. We would definitely stay here again.

Kelowna Lake Country Vacation

Loralie and Mike have created a home away from home for travellers. Upon our arrival in Kelowna, we left the airport, picked up our car rental and stopped at the grocery store. The rest was all taken care of. A fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, and laundry provided all the necessities and the hot tub and fire place the luxuries. We were visiting for a destination wedding and it was spectacular. Somehow we also managed to visit 6 wineries, having dinner at 3 of them and a lunch at an other. Every single experience was extremely excellent and memorable. Returning to our lovely accommodations each night was relaxing and restful. Highly recommend this location and area as a destination and thank Loralie and Mike for their hospitality.

Fabulous stay with Mike and Loralie

We had a lovely time at this property. The space is very nice with a big lounge and hot tub. We also enjoyed using the full kitchen and bbq. During our trip we visited wineries, cycled up Wood & Kalamalka Lake and walked up Spion Kop. All great activities and the property made a fantastic base for us. Very nice, we would recommend.

Relaxing Stay in Lake Country

Super clean, very friendly owners, fantastic place to stay that was central to Lake Country. Hot tub and BBQ were great and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. We stayed with our teenage son and allowed him to beat us multiple times at shuffleboard. Will definitely stay again when we come back to the area.

Absolutely gorgeous!

The view was beautiful, the house was gorgeous. Exceptionally clean. My teenage son would have liked his own sleeping space but we chose this location, the hosts were very accommodating! Quick to respond! Loved it!

We moved to the Okanagan in 2014 from Saskatchewan farm family backgrounds. We are a quiet, friendly couple who love to entertain and meet new people. We love all the amenities the Okanagan has to offer including boating, golfing, wine touring, hiking and cross country skiing. We are very active in our community and love to call Lake Country home. Loralie manages properties and Mike owns his own contracting business.

We are centrally located between all the amenities found in Vernon and Kelowna. Lake Country is a quiet family community with several amenities. A 30 minute drive North or South opens up all kinds of exciting adventures as well as several right within the community. The Okanagan has weekly festivals to suit every possible option. We love the Lakes subdivision and are happy to call it our home.

We love our views of Wood Lake and Sunburn Hill. A quiet street with lots of hiking trails on our doorstep.
