"A Wave From it All" es una hermosa propiedad recientemente renovada frente a la playa con impresionantes vistas en una playa privada. Nuestra casa dormirá 9 cómodamente. Nos hemos tomado el tiempo para poner mucho amor y comodidad en esta casa de vacaciones. Las habitaciones y el baño son encantadores. Nos enorgullece hacer de esta casa una que querrá volver año tras año. Estamos a solo minutos del centro de Surf City.

46 "Smart TV en las dos habitaciones principales para su entretenimiento. Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad.

La sala de estar de concepto abierto con una impresionante Smart TV de pantalla plana de 55 pulgadas se conecta al comedor y la cocina gourmet, con gabinetes personalizados e iluminación de exhibición, encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de alta gama.

Área de lavandería con lavadora / secadora nuevas.

El área de comedor incluye asientos cómodos para 6, sillas adicionales y una mesa pequeña están disponibles para acomodar 9 si es necesario.

Las terrazas / balcones abiertos y cubiertos son perfectos para disfrutar de los amaneceres y contemplar la playa.

Oceanfront Fun!

Our family enjoys a low-key oceanfront vacation relaxing to the sounds of the ocean, playing in the waves, catching fish, walking on the beach, and making memories. This home allowed us to do just that!

Weekend Getaway

We spent 3 nights at Kolleen and Jason's foe our anniversary. The house was beautifully redone, clean, and had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect as were the views; just steps to the beach! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

North Topsail Gem

Perfect home and location right on the beach! Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and did I mention, it’s right on the beach! The hosts are so nice and easy to communicate with. This was our 3rd stay at this lovely home in the last 4 years so it feels like a home away from home! We hope to stay here again !

Perfect Beach House for a Family Vacation

We absolutely loved staying here - from booking, to check to check out, everything was simple and easy. The house was BEAUTIFUL! The views were amazing. There was everything we could have needed and more - the outside shower was a bonus for the kids after a day at the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the entire house was so clean. Best place we have stayed on the island and will be returning

A few days at the beach

The house and area is very nice. Beds are extremely comfortable. Many places to eat nearby and a grocery store as well. The host responded to any questions I had in a timely manner. Over all we had a great stay.

Perfect Getaway

This beach house was perfect in every way! From the landscaping to the minimalist style we enjoyed every minute of a long weekend. Anything we needed was supplied. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. We hope to come back soon.

Great house and great hosts!

My family has a wonderful time and Kolleen was an amazing host. Great communication even before I booked the house. Great food recommendations. We had a slight maintenance issue and she took care of it ASAP. The house was wonderful, just off the main street so it can get noisy. Other than that it was fantastic! Fit our small extended family well.

Fantastic Oceanside Getaway

This property is exactly as advertised. It is a super short walk down your own private walk-way to the beach. The house is gorgeous! Beautifully decorated, the beds were soft and comfortable, and both "adult" bedrooms had views of the ocean / beach. Great water pressure in the showers and kitchen sink. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to cook. Plenty of space for the 8 of us (4 adults and 4 children from 3yo to 6yo). I hate to say it, but you will not regret booking and staying here (and I only hate to say it because then it might not be available the next time we want to book). Thank you, Kolleen (and family) for letting us stay in your fantastic beach home!!

Excellent ocean front beach house newly renovated

My wife and I had a great time celebrating our third wedding anniversary here. The house was recently updated from top to bottom and was very well appointed as well as nicely decorated. The close proximity to the ocean made it so convenient if you needed anything from the house while at the beach. The house is close enough to Sneads Ferry and Surf City to make any trips to the store or restaurants convenient but the island over all is lacking in amenities. Not that this is a bad thing it’s also what gives the island its uncommercialized charm just be prepared. Highly recommended Splash by the Sea, an ocean front restaurant located a short bike ride away near the sea view pier and Davis Seafood in Sneads Ferry.

Lovely, Lovely House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the only complaint we have is that the fish weren't biting the week we were there! The home was exceptionally clean and ready for us at the promised check-in time. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sheets and towels provided with the house were of top quality. It was especially convenient to use the beach towels provided with the house, and the full-size washer and dryer was such a great accessory. We enjoyed sunrises from the ocean-front covered porch and sunsets over the intercoastal waterway from the roadside porch. The outside water hose and separate shower area was great for rinsing off after spending the day on the beach, and it was nice to be able to rinse off the ocean spray from our cars with the water hoses provided underneath the house. We hope to rent again in 2025!

We loved staying at this beautiful home again & have already reserved it for 2026. The view is exceptional, the bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, except we missed having a toaster. We enjoyed seeing dolphin out front & caught 8 nice whiting in the surf. A rainbow appeared during our stay and landed right on top of the house

We love to go to the beach ourselves! We love North Topsail for the beach, the surf and the beachtown pace!
