Dolphin View Cottage: Bienvenido a este encantador condominio de dos habitaciones, dos baños en el piso superior, ubicado a pasos de la arena, con impresionantes vistas de aguas bravas, arenas y del muelle de Oceanside, y sonidos del océano en todas las habitaciones.

El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, TV de pantalla plana por cable / DVD, con vista al mar por la ventana. Un baño privado completo en suite y área de tocador se adjuntan a esta habitación. Ambos baños se han remodelado en este condominio con encimeras de granito, gabinetes personalizados y duchas de azulejos. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, TV de pantalla plana por cable / DVD y vistas al jardín. Sillas de comedor adicionales disponibles para sentar a 6 personas en la mesa del comedor. La sala de estar cuenta con una chimenea de gas, una pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas, TV por cable / VCR / DVD, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad, sofá cama tamaño queen y excelentes vistas al océano.

Nice, well-stocked condo. Good location

This condo had a lot of supplies for cooking and entertainment during our stay, The place was clean, the bedding comfortable, plenty of towels and beach toys, but the carpet needed to be cleaned. The unit is somewhat dated, but well maintained except for the vertical window blinds that were broken or not functional. North Coast Village is a wonderful complex, very beautiful and a great location. The management company was great to work with. We will be back.

Beautiful view of bathroom on beach.

It’s not my cup of tea. The place is nice and worked fine for us. It’s a party outside the unit on the street outside. 3:30qm a car was doing burniuts and launches outside our window. There is a beautiful ocean view but unfortunately the beach bathrooms catch my attention when I look out. Almost great spot. I am sure it’s perfect for some. Beds are a little soft for my liking and I like a soft mattress.

Wonderful Place!

Very nice place and easy check-in/out. Walking distance to the harbor and several places in town. View was amazing. We did a lot of running each day and it was nice to come back to such a comfy place. Could not have wanted for anything was very stocked with everything you need. So glad we stayed in Oceanside!

Love this location. The views are amazing and the property is well cared for. The property manager checked in with us to ensure we had what we needed. On the property, we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the putting green and billiards. Lots to see and do in Oceanside.

Long weekend getaway for low-key birthday celebration.

Beautiful property amenities & the unit was perfect for us. Loved being able to use the fireplace, as it weather was chilly in the am. Loved hearing the waves at night however the main bedroom could use room darkening curtains, as the street lights r bright. Also liked having r own grill on the balcony - it was so easy to use. No elevator, as r unit was on the 2nd level so be prepared for 2 small flights of stairs. Could use some basics like creamer and sugar packets, as most rentals have that available. Overall a great stay & experience. Will definitely rent again.

Get Away From The HEAT. (Las Vegas)

Easy check in. Plenty of before hand info sent prior to leaving home. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family. View from our second floor couldn't have been any better. People watching opportunities were great from our balcony.

Great stay at the beach

Property has a great view of the beach and pier. Even saw some dolphins just as advertised. Condo had everything we needed and was located steps from the beach. Parking spot was close by as well which made loading easy. Had plenty of room for the 6 of us. Look forward to staying there again. The complex is great with lots to do and kept up nicely. Great location within walking distance of the pier and restaurants.

Wonderful accommodations with just exceptions

Really enjoyed unit D8. The grounds are beautiful, booking pool and hot tub time was easy, and very quiet. The only thing is that they ask you to not wear shoes in the unit. Shouldn’t have been an issue but our socks turned black after walking on the carpets and the floors were a bit sticky. I would suggest shampooing carpets and ensuring cleaning staff is rinsing floors better. Also, there is a vane missing from the 2nd bedroom window covering so the light that is on all night outside shined into the the 2nd bed in the room making it hard to sleep at times. Previous comments have mentioned this as well. Not sure why it hasn’t been addressed, but I would replace the vane. Other than that the place is top notch and just what we expected. We would definitely come here again.

Beach living

We love North Coast Village and the on-the-sand always treats us so well. This condo had everything we needed to enjoy a week of living on the beach. We love how close it is so you can go back and forth from the room quickly if needed. Beds were comfortable, kitchen wasn’t missing anything. Parking was a breeze and the checkin/checkout was no problem. We are already looking to book again

Really nice property and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property has everything you need and is located right on the beach. The maintenance staff was very responsive when we needed them and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be coming back another time when there are not as many restrictions so we can use the pool and all the other amenities available.

Memorial Weekend

We enjoyed our stay in this beachfront condo. It was very convenient being literally just steps from the beach. We loved watching the people and listening to the waves from the balcony. The water in the fridge & snacks on the table is such a nice touch and much appreciated. They accommodated me with a late check out with a small fee. We will definitely be back. Great family vacation spot

We all had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone. We grandparents loved sitting on the balcony and watching all the sweet families at the beach,the kids and grandkids enjoyed the beach and the pool. There were plenty of boogie boards and sand toys for the kids in the condo. The kitchen was well stocked and there are many restaurants near by. You don't really need to drive anywhere. We will definately come again.....
