Time with friends

A tucked away, comfortable bungalow. There was plenty of street parking. The kitchen was well stocked, the furnishings were comfy, and so were the beds.

Highly Recommend

The property is amazing, it’s in such a neat and convenient location in Burbank. No need to travel far for anything. The hosts are VERY responsive and are willing to work with you if something arises. Highly recommend this place for people who need a place near Universal Studios.

Quiet slice of Paradise in the City

Place was very well put together and full of thoughtful items to ensure a relaxing stay. The proximity to all Burbank has to offer as well as Universal Studio is Perfect. Would recommend this for anyone who wants to spend some time near all the major Studios in LA

Good stays but a few issues

We visited LA in June 2023. Property is located in a quiet neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking. But there were a few of issues. First, when you first walk in there was an unpleasant stale smell in the house. We tried to air it out, but the smell was there any time we left the windows closed and AC off for a prolonged period time. The smell seemed to come from the sink drains; plugging the drains helped reduced the smell, but not eliminate it. Second, the fitted bedsheets in the master bedroom are too old would always come off the bed in the middle of the night. This was frustrating as we would wake in the middle of the night and have to readjust the bedsheets. Third, the windows don’t open in either of the bedrooms, so there is no way to get fresh air. Also, you have to keep the curtains closed in the bedrooms as they face the owner’s backyard.

We had a wonderful stay at the Burbank bungalow. The property was exactly as advertised, close to everything but also exceptionally quiet. Lilly and Danny were fantastic and accommodating. We wouldn’t hesitate to book there again.

Cute, clean, convenient

The Lillypad was in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to so many things like Griffith Park, Dodger Stadium, UCLA, great restaurants and so much more. It was the perfect place for our family to rest and explore the Los Angeles area.

Cozy and Clean!

We had a wonderful experience with our stay, everything was as described and check in and out was very easy. The kitchen had everything you need, there was a washer/dryer in the house which was very helpful with the kids. The layout worked for our family of 4.

spacious and quiet

We chose this because of the location, easy walking to the wedding we were attending at Moose Lodge, and walking to bride's house. It turned out to be comfortable for us. The space was clean and ready for us, no problems at all.

Exactly as described and close to so many things

My husband, two kids (12,9) and I throughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need was there, comfortable beds, cozy living area where we watched movies and played games. Parking in the street was plentiful and easy to get everything we had planned. I must say…we loved the lemons!! Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Comfortable and Quiet

The bungalow was a comfortable place for our family of four. Burbank is a quiet and convenient location to the activities we were there for. (Universal Studios, Magic Mountain) The guest house itself had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend.

Great location for all around Burbank/Hollywood

The house is great located near the "must do" sights around Burbank / Hollywood (just a few minutes from warner bros studios or universal studios...). Also six flags magic mountains is less than 30 minutes away. It's located in a quiet neighborhood with street parking (enough slots, no problem). The house is well equipped with everything you need (kitchen with all necessary utensils, living room with enough seating, two bedrooms with a lot of storage locations, laundry/drying machines...). I recommend it to others.

Close to Universal With no Traffic!!

Subway, Starbucks, Local restaurants the place is close to everything. We loved the wine and chocolate when we checked-in. We will book again. Only 15 mins to Universal Studios...we had an awesome time! Nice quiet neighborhood with no problems parking on the street.We had a great time!

Week in LA

We had an incredible, weeklong visit to LA and this was a great "home base" for our family of 4. Property was very clean, well appointed, quiet, and comfortable - perfect after busy days spent sightseeing, shopping, beach-going, enjoying rides at Universal, and taking in local culture. Lilly and Danny are great, very responsive hosts and even took constructive feedback on areas for (minor) improvement. We have a child with food allergies so having the kitchen, along with several local "allergy friendly" restaurants was an added bonus. Recommend this spot.
