The Space:

This 2 bedroom / 3 bath home has all you will need for the perfect beach getaway. The fully-equipped kitchen (offers a KEURIG AND REGULAR DRIP COFFEE MAKER) will make meal and snack time a snap with a refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. An open floorplan living area has plenty of space for dining, entertaining or just relaxing. The living area has direct access to the spacious outdoor balcony where you may enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee or the sunset with your favorite evening beverage.



The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed and master en suite with a double vanity and shower. The guest room also has a private bath and has two queen beds. The living room has a queen sofa-sleeper making room for 8 guests to share this luxurious space.



At just under 1500 sq. feet, this cottage offers all of the luxuries you should expect from a beachside vacation rental and is a short walk to the large, shared, beachfront swimming pool and boardwalk leading directly to the white sandy beach.

Make your beach days even easier with convenient on-site chair and umbrella service provided by Alabama Beach Chairs, the designated beach service for Hammock Dunes.



Guests can reserve a beach setup that includes:



Two reclining beach chairs with footrests

One 7-foot beach umbrella

Daily setup and breakdown

Personalized chair tags with your last name

On-site beach attendant during service hours

Advance reservations are recommended, especially during peak spring and summer travel dates. Beach chair and umbrella rentals are operated by an independent third-party vendor and are not included with the vacation rental reservation.



The Neighborhood:

Hammock Dunes is located within walking distance or a very short driving distance to many of our fantastic dining venues, shopping, grocery stores, outdoor and beach activities, golf courses and much more. Chair and umbrella rental services are also available.



Other Things to Note:

Upon arrival you will find: one roll of tp per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, laundry detergent for one load, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. We supply enough to get you started until you can make it to the store. You will likely need to visit the store if your stay is longer than 2 or 3 days. The space will be clean when you arrive and will be cleaned when you depart but we will not be accessing the space during your stay to clean.



While this development is directly on the beach, this home sits about 100' from the beach with 3 homes between you and the beach. There is no direct beach view from the home or balcony but the beach is right there.
