Impresionante actualizado 4 BR y 2 baños casa frente al lago. La espaciosa terraza cuenta con una vista del lago Greers Ferry justo al lado de los estrechos en una gran cala con un camino de 6 pies que conduce al lago. ¡Trae tus flotadores! Absolutamente NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS O FUMADORES. Envíenos un correo electrónico para disponibilidad. La casa tiene una rampa privada en el vecindario a unos pasos (una casa abajo) y espacio para estacionar su remolque en el camino de entrada, ¡así que traiga su bote! El área común abierta cuenta con muchos asientos y una chimenea de leña de piedra en el campo de Arkansas para disfrutar de un acogedor fuego de otoño, invierno o primavera. Se proporcionan artículos de aseo y ropa de cama y hay muchos utensilios de cocina para cocinar. Dormitorio principal privado y baño en suite con ducha y bañera de hidromasaje ubicada en el extremo oeste con cama de matrimonio y vista directa al lago. Hay 3 dormitorios adicionales ubicados en el otro extremo de la casa, uno con una cama queen y vista al lago, el otro con 2 gemelos y el tercer dormitorio más pequeño con una cama de tamaño completo. Family Fun at the Lake!

This is our second summer back and we love it! Such a relaxing and low key place to bring our family. The property has everything you need to make family dinners and grill if you want. We also enjoy the board games, fire pit for s’mores and how easy the walk is down to the lake. Our kids are already asking to come back. Truly a cute and functional house for a family vacation. We have five kids and there is plenty of room too!

girls' weekend

We (5 adult women in our 40's) stayed here over Memorial Day weekend for a girls' trip. We had terrible luck with the weather (it rained nonstop) so we really couldn't enjoy the outdoor lake activities that we intended. Fortunately the house was so nice and welcoming that we had a great stay anyway. We played games in the huge living room, cooked and grilled delicious meals, ate on the covered patio overlooking the forest and lake and sat out there watching the storms and staying dry, and slept well in the comfortable bedrooms. We had some difficulty with the grill at first and Jody was very prompt and helpful in responding to my questions. Great stay, highly recommended! And the lake is a 1 minute walk through a path in the trees if you have better luck with the weather!

Fishing trip

If you are looking for a place to stay while fishing Greers Ferry Lake you will love this property! It’s right by the Lake and has a ton of room. We like!! to have our own space and this layout is exactly what we were looking for!!! I would highly recommend

Friends get away

We were 2 couples spending time together. The house was spacious, comfortable and had a great stock of kitchen supplies… which we were impressed. We enjoyed the back deck sitting at the round table with comfortable chairs drinking coffee and playing games. This is a 4 bedroom and we had more than enough room. We chose this place due to the gentle slope to the lake for my friend who walks with braces on his legs. Also for the private boat launch 1 house down.

Vacation at the lake

This house was perfect for our family! We used the fire pit every evening for s’mores and the trail to the lake was so nice to have for the kids to fish and swim. Everything we could have needed we had. The washer and dryer were a plus too traveling with our kids! There were even outlet protectors in all the outlets which was super helpful with us having a one year old. The owner had great communication and was helpful when I needed something. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance and would recommend for a relaxing get away.

Great stay!

We stayed a weekend at this property and it was perfect for our family! Great patio with big table for family time. Awesome bathtub jacuzzi. Check in was super easy and check out was easy! I would totally rent this house again when we go back to Heber Springs.

We love this house. It feels like home away from home. We are returning guests to this home. The host supplied everything for us. So much room and the location is close to restaurants, our marina and Dollar General. We look forward to many more stays.

Memorable Mothers Day

We feel so blessed for the time we spent at beautiful Drivers Lakehouse. We had wonderful meals cooked in the large open kitchen (some cooking items were even provided that we forgot). The ganes that were there, were so much fun even for my 89 year old momma. Ill never forget her playing corn hole with us on the long gorgeous deck or the giant Jenga at the table outside while watching the bunnies play in the yard. The walk to the lake was easy and flat enough for her also to get down to the boat. The house was surrounded by shade and the breeze was spectacular. Loved the large sliding glass & screen doors in every room facing the lake. All of the decor was beautiful and the house was so clean and fresh. The master bath was amazing with the large walkin shower & large jacuzzi tub. Jody stayed in touch with us throughout the stay and we felt like nothing was missing. What a perfect place to celebrate all the love our Mom has shown us and where Gods love was evident. Thank you and we hope to return soon.

Lake trip before School Starts

Our family wanted one last lake trip before school started, and this place did not disappoint! Very nice neighborhood with a nice short and easy trail to the lake. We were able to launch our jet ski just one house over and swim right from the shoreline just steps from the home. House easily accommodated our family of 6 and was very clean. The owner was very quick to respond and made sure we were comfortable! Hope to come back and enjoy another stay here in the future!

Summer lake retreat

This is our second time staying at this property. We love this house. So comfortable. Has everything you need either for weekend getaway or week long vacation. The lake is just steps away. We visited local restaurants. And easy to grab what you need at local Dollar General. This house has so much room for families. And the homeowner is wonderful with communication. Very nice neighborhood. Would stay here again & again.

Quiet Lake Getaway

We stayed here with 2 other couples for a weekend getaway to catch up with friends. There is a lot of open space to gather and visit and a wonderful covered back porch for sitting and visiting around the table while using the gas grill. This was the perfect location for our get together. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!!

Beautiful home in great location

Wonderful vacation with family at Greer's Ferry Lake. We loved playing in the clear water of cove right below house & the boat ramp next door was super convenient. The house was roomy & equipped with everything we needed. Host was very responsive & made reservation & check in process easy.

Lake getaway

Great family property!

This property is a gem! House is one level with a great open flow layout. Huge deck with a large covered portion, large well maintained yard with path to the shoreline. One house away from the neighborhood boat launch. Check in and check out was clear and easy. Judy is great to work with, very friendly & responsive. Would recommend and stay again!

We are located in a great neighborhood in the town of Greers Ferry on a quiet street/cul-de-sac in a wonderful cove of Greers Ferry Lake just off of the Narrows. We are 4 minutes from Shiloh Marina and 7-8 minutes from Lacy's Marina, so convenient for both pontoon boat rentals and overnight boat parking rentals. We also are located 2 doors down from a neighborhood boat ramp if you prefer to pull your boat each day.
