¡Este acogedor estudio actualizado de 2015 está ubicado literalmente a 50 pasos de la arena cálida entre los dedos de los pies en nuestra prístina playa nunca llena de gente! Esta unidad es muy popular debido a su proximidad a la playa (consulte la imagen de satélite de arriba para ver la ubicación de la unidad). Disfrute de impresionantes vistas al mar y al atardecer desde nuestro balcón compartido envolvente, o desde cualquiera de nuestras entradas de Gazebo Beach.

Nade en nuestra piscina cristalina. Hay restaurantes y tiendas locales a poca distancia a pie. Aproveche nuestra cocina completa o haga una barbacoa en una de nuestras parrillas de carbón al aire libre y disfrute de una cena al aire libre.

Escapada perfecta para un fin de semana romántico o un retiro familiar ... vea a los delfines chapotear desde la glorieta junto al mar ... no se pierda la puesta de sol desaparecer bajo las olas del océano ... pasee por la playa de arena ... construya un castillo de arena con los niños ... surfean o pescan desde nuestra playa ... observan a los surfistas colgar diez ... o simplemente se relajan en la piscina.

- Esta es una COMUNIDAD LIBRE DE HUMO. (No puede fumar en la propiedad para incluir balcones y cenadores).
- Las mascotas y los animales (incluidos los animales de servicio y apoyo emocional) no están permitidos por las Reglas de propietarios.
- Máximo 4 invitados, incluidos los bebés. (Se recomienda un máximo de 3 adultos).

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean and just as pictured. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed during our stay. The building is ocean front and has a pool.

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing getaway for our anniversary. Our stay was so pleasant. The property was convenient to everything and so clean. We even had a card waiting for us wishing us well for our anniversary. Such a nice personal gesture.

Cute, clean retreat!

My husband and I stayed here for a week beach getaway. It was great! Yes it was small but it had nearly everything we needed - and best of all the beach was so close! Loved staying here and miss it already!

This property was super clean and beautifully decorated. It is within a short walk to one of the most gorgeous places on Earth. Checking in and out was super easy and quick. The owner answered my questions by text in seconds.

Property was as promised. It was clean and appeared as in photos. One criticism I’d share is that the sponge in the sink had been used previously. Places we’ve been in the past would give a fresh, unopened sponge for dish washing since used sponges can be home to lots of bacteria. Otherwise very clean. And lastly, every where we go, mattresses are incredibly soft, so you’re not the first. But for back issues, a soft mattress is terrible. But it was a good stay for 2 people, close to the beach. We enjoyed it.

Perfect Getaway

I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The room was clean and cozy and right on the beach. I enjoyed drinking my morning tea and reading in the gazebo. Such a healing and much needed time away. This was a solo trip and I felt safe, it's a family friendly community of other residents, and not an over crowded beach location for those looking for that like myself. I will certainly return for another stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this ocean front property. It was the perfect size for 3 people. The glass door is the only complaint, it was broken and would not shut well.

Lovely Room in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I were in just for the weekend. It was our anniversary and the host left us a anniversary card, which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very small; yet, perfect for just the 2 of us. Very clean and the bed was comfy. We liked having our car right outside the door. The beach was gorgeous and they provided beach chairs for us.

Highly recommend

The only negative I can say about this place is that the boardwalk and gazebo leading to the beach has no lights at night time. There is not adequate lighting around the property at night. Other than that this was a most wonderful and pleasant stay. The room was exactly as described. It was very clean and very neat and just what I needed. Location to the beach was wonderful. Very quiet, very relaxing. I will definitely book here again.

Wonderful (although rainy) beach getaway!

The rental was very clean and just as pictured. We greatly appreciated the extra accommodations, such as beach chairs, pots, dishes/silverware,etc., offered by the owner, they made our stay more comfortable and removed the travel hassle. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy and gloomy, but we still got the chance to take advantage of the super convenient beach access, the ocean was literally a 5-minute walk away! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again! :)

This a great place for one - two people. First floor, easy parking, quiet, clean and steps from the beach. Sufficient kitchen, decent size bathroom. Had towels, basic supplies. Nowhere to put luggage really... But we made do, especially for the price! Hope to return!!

Cramped sleeping quarters. One of us had to crawl off the foot of the bed. One of the beach chairs needs replacing. Pool umbrellas were broken. Floor was swept, but dirty.

Great stay for small group.

I was looking for a rental close to the beach for a short getaway. My daughter joined me for one night. This location was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and had everything I needed including extra toilet paper and paper towels and shampoo and body wash. The beach was literally 100 steps away and the gazebo was fantastic. I got too much sun one day so sat under the gazebo and read the next day with a view of the beach and wonderful breeze. This is a very small room so not for more than 2-3 people but was perfect for my needs. I would definitely book this location again. The only recommendations I have would be a larger trash can in the kitchen and a few more ice trays for the freezer. Thank you!!

Great stay by the beach!

We rented just for the 2 of us to get away, the place is easy to get to, convenient, within steps to the beach. Dollar General and gas station across the street, Food Lion about 1.5 miles away so great central location. The pull out couch bed was quite comfortable! Linens provided were all good. Not much storage inside so pack lightly. The main complaint of this location is the very deep sand trying to get out to beach and back up in the afternoon when the sand is very hot, even with shoes. It would be so nice if this complex would build some stairs rather then the very deep sand pit walkway from the gazebo to the beach. Definately not suitable for anyone very old or with bad knees/walking issue. Just a simple walkway and stairs would be awesome for future guests.

Built in 2015, Ocean Sands Getaways is one of the Newest Oceanside communities in Atlantic Beach, NC. the unit is located on the first floor and because of its convenient location you can actually drive right up to the front door to drop off your belongings. The beach is just around the corner and the pool is nearby. This property is a hidden gem that many people just don't know about! The truth is that many owners want to keep this piece of private beach a secret, but I want to share it with you!

The setting is amazing. Enjoy our charcoal grills, and have dinner with your family on our brand new picnic tables. You can enjoy the sunny outdoors, while listening to the sound of waves breaking on the shore, and the aromatic aroma of sea salt in the air!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

You just can't beat rolling out of bed, and in a few steps planting your feet into the warm, soft Atlantic Beach sand! Staying on the beach is the way to go! There is no need to worry about crossing busy roads, or paying for parking, etc..

And for those of you with kids, well there are many activities for them as well. There is a large green lawn area, so if they get tired of playing on the beach, they can kick the soccer ball, play horseshoes, or whatever activity sparks their interest. And the new Atlantic Beach Park is within walking distance.

So regardless if you are vacationing for a week, or getting away for the weekend, come stay at our place, and please make it your own! I know you are going to have a fantastic time!
