UBICACIÓN NUEVA, LIGERA Y PERFECTA AL LADO DE GLAZE MEADOW POOL / REC CENTER

Nuevos propietarios con actualización en mayo de 2019. ¡Todos los muebles y estilos nuevos de Light and Dwell Design!

DORMITORIOS: 3 elegantes habitaciones: 2 reyes, 6 individuales en una habitación con literas y un sofá cama en el segundo loft, ¡hay un lugar para todos!

RESERVAS: mínimo 2 días. El próximo verano de 2020, de julio a septiembre, se alquila de semana a semana, comenzando y terminando de sábado a sábado.

UBICACIÓN: ¡Justo en el centro del centro recreativo Glaze Meadow y la piscina con bañera de hidromasaje, gimnasio, alquiler de bicicletas y spa! Además: canchas de tenis, herraduras, pelotas de pickle, baloncesto, golf, petanca y fácil acceso a senderos para bicicletas desde la cubierta trasera.

REGLAS DE LA CASA: Este condominio es libre de humo (no vapear, por favor) y no admite mascotas. Los huéspedes deben tener 25 años de edad (o estar acompañados por un adulto de más de 25 años). La tarjeta de crédito puede cargarse hasta $ 500 después de la salida si la propiedad está dañada, requiere una limpieza excesiva o si faltan elementos. La tarjeta de crédito provista debe estar a nombre del huésped principal.

TARIFA BBR: $ 9 por persona por día pagadero a su llegada al mostrador de bienvenida para su pase de estacionamiento y el uso de las piscinas e instalaciones junto con el acceso a través de las puertas privadas. El golf es extra.

House was great for our group. Four adults and an infant. The host is very responsive. The deck and hot tub were used daily. Also, access to bikes was an added bonus and cost savings as we didn't have to rent. Overall, a fun long weekend at Black Butte Ranch!

Awesome stay in Black Butte

Little Sister was a lovely stay. We were graciously accommodated. Lots of amenities and the deck was beautifully furnished and large. We loved the room with bunk beds/queen bed. It was great for our son and his family.

Perfect Vacation Rental

What a sweet and comfortable spot this was for our family! More than ample room, with lovely furnishings, beds and bedding, and lots of fun little extras for us (like ping pong, pickleball stuff, bikes, jacuzzi, etc.). You can tell that this is a loved home and it is supplied in a way that encourages ease. Loved it and will definitely rent again. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Quick off-peak weekend

Warm and cozy. House with a great feel. Beds very comfortable. Kids loved the hot tub. Well equipped with towels, bikes, ping pong table, pickle ball equipment, kitchen utensils/dishes, etc. Fantastic location very close to Glaze Meadow Recreation Center/pool.

Perfect place to connect with old friends

We have stayed at Little Sister many times. This home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy. Jim and Aymee are wonderful and responsive hosts. The home had everything we needed to make our stay very enjoyable and I would highly recommend to others! Look forward to being back soon!

Beautiful and comfortable Black Butte Ranch home

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful home. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Especially loved the outdoor space, the decor and the beautiful earthenware. Having the three bikes available was super convenient and saved us from having to rent them. Thank you!

Great rental for a small group or family

The Little Sister rental at Black Butte ranch was perfect spot for our crew of (2) teenagers plus (3) adults..... Well appointed and decorated for a relaxing comfortable stay ..... Nothing was too precious that felt we couldn't use or enjoy. The kids as well as all adults loved the ping pong table set up in the garage and we all enjoyed turns in the outdoor hot tub. The location to activities ( ie pool, bike rentals and tennis and pickle ball courts was excellent! Overall the place was clean, well equipped and enjoyable. Would consider this rental again and recommend to families.

This home is in a perfect location within Blsck Butte Ranch. It is well appointed with comfortable beds, linens, very nice furniture, hot tub, new grill, unique sitting areas. We loved it!

Communication was fantastic! Originally supposed to go for MLK weekend but the snow storm had us reschedule to late May. They were very accommodating to the switch, the space was fantastic, comfy beds, nice kitchen with a clutch griddle! Hot tub, fire pit and BBQ were great exterior features.

Great house in superb location

This was our second stay in Black Buttee house and it was wonderful. Very clean and well equipped. We had lotsnofnfun playing ping pong on a rainy day , and pickleball on the courts just a short walk away.

Perfect Location

We came for a ladies spa weekend, and this was the perfect location! It is a 5 minute walk to the spa, we only had two cars, but ample amount of parking space for more. Perfect amount of space in the house for 5 ladies, and so cozy! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location!

Perfect location within walking distance of the Glaze Meadow pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, bike rentals, etc. Well stocked and perfectly curated. We loved our stay here, and look forward to returning next summer!

The home is beautiful and in a perfect location. We absolutely loved this home down to even the small details. The host has everything you might need for cooking, relaxing, recreating. The kitchen is well stocked, even with condiments, which is so nice. The game selection was appreciated by all age groups. We enjoyed the ping-pong table and rode the bikes around the ranch. We will definitely want to stay at this home again. Thank you!!

Great location, good house layout, good amenities

Very close to Glaze Meadow pool. Hot tub was used every evening. Soft sheets. Loft was fun for pre-teen bedroom. Kitchen utensils, tools easy to find. Shelf for dishes makes them easy to find. Propane tank at firepit is empty - but not a big deal this time of year. Barbeque grill needs checking or cleaning - fire level adjustment? big flame outs randomly, even when turned off continued to burn with big flames for a while.

Black Butte Magic

This house was perfect for our group. The location is PERFECT and it was the little things that made it a BIG A+....the soaps/shampoo etc were exactly what we love at home, the pickle ball racquets, outdoor seating options, etc. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We have been married since 1996 and have three grown kids. Jim and I used to come visit the ranch as teenagers. Once we had our own kids, it became a must-visit vacation spot for our family and friends. Eventually, we were able to own a place of our own… and we’re thrilled to get to share it with you!

We’ve always had a value of hospitality and when we bought our first Black Butte Ranch home in 2019, we knew that it was too good of a place to have it sit empty when we weren’t using it. Aymee owns a design business, Lighta and Dwell, and uses her talents to create an inviting and beautiful space… a unique beauty (or Buttee)

We only looked at properties that were a "stones throw" from Glaze Meadow Pool and Rec Center because it's the place to be! We love that it is on a cul-de-sac so kids can safely ride bikes and play out front. We wanted a house that was just the right size for a cabin feel, but could hold a group of people well.
