We stayed at property1621292 during a work trip (supervisors for outdoor structures) and couldn't have been happier. The property is very clean, comfortable, easy to get in an out of, and the Property Manager is exceptional. I had an issue at check-in (my user error) and the Property Manager was very easy to get ahold of and solved the issue immediately. Would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the D.C. area!

Great house in a great location!

We had such a wonderful stay at your property! The house was so comfortable for all of my family. The house was beautiful and we loved the use of the back yard. I had a small graduation reception planned and even with the rain on Saturday, we made it work for 16 guests. The house was so well stocked and all of the features were so appreciated! I left a colander and wine bottle opener for future guests as I couldn’t find them in your current items. Thank you!

Fabulous home away from home!

My husband, who grew up in DC, and I organized our vacation around a family reunion and a Nationals home stand. The minute we walked in the door we felt like we were home. The house has everything, was so comfortable and lovely décor – lots of thought and care with every detail and no expense was spared with appliances and renos. We had 10 staying in the house with another 10 coming for short visits – everyone was comfortably accommodated – the beds so comfortable it was hard to get up each day. Age range was 6 to 86 and our guests were from NJ, WV, VA & PA. We didn’t have time for much cooking but took advantage of close markets and Grub Hub. The house has a lovely patio in back. Parking was easy for all of us. Nationals Park and the Mall were easily accessible – we used Uber & Lyft but buses and the metro are nearby. The whole gang of us Ubered to the ball game on Saturday night. Our hosts were quick to respond to any of our needs. We would have loved to meet them in person as they were very warm and friendly. We would stay again in a heartbeat and we will definitely book this lovely home again on our next visit and we will not wait 12 years!

Family Thanksgiving

My family enjoyed every moment of our vacation. The home was close to everything we needed and more. We had more than enough space for everyone. Everything we needed was available in the home and we all felt safe in the neighborhood. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Spectacular Modern House for Friends and Family

We rented this property from a Thursday to Sunday. It was a fantastic experience. The house was clean, spacious and had superb facilities for watching, cooking and grilling. The WiFi worked well and the multiple levels helped us lodge everyone in the party. My friends and family enjoyed and highly recommend this immaculate home!!

Great place. The only problem was parking. The garage is difficult to get into because of broken cars in front. Tight turn to get into without enough room to navigate. In the front is construction so you can't park in the front of the house for now

Great House in D.C.

Property Management is first rate - very helpful and responsive. The property is very clean and well kept. The decor is stylish, the appliances are new and the showers are spa-like. The beds are very comfortable. The towel and linen supplies are more than adequate. And so great to have private parking and outdoor space. The location is ideal and lends itself to inexpensive ride share options to all visitor attractions. With 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths, two full kitchens and two sets of washer/dryers, this property provides everything needed for sleeping and entertaining. It was a great spot to host our group. If you want an awesome house in D.C.- this is it!

It worked for us.

This property met our needs during our visit to DC. There were 8 of us and we had comfortable beds. The owners stocked the kitchen for us with breakfast items and there plenty of towels and blankets, which was very appreciated since we did not find a grocery store nearby. Our main concern was the location of the property. While it is 1/2 mile walk from the metro, it is located in a neighborhood that, while decent, was not close to any restaurants or stores. It is walkable but also feels a bit isolated. We liked being able to sit outside on the back deck.

Excellent value for a large group

Veronika and Loius are very helpful and responsive hosts. Their place is very well maintained, has a natural feeling of home and is close enough to the heart of DC that makes it excellent value if youre a large group and need plenty of rooms and bathrooms. I would definitely return here. The patio at the rear is a HUGE PLUS.

FABULOUS property, clean, exactly as described, and BIG

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property manager left extremely helpful instructions to check in and start using the array of smart devices (remotes, google, thermostat, etc.). While decor is minimalist, it is a great home, and we were frankly shocked at the size of the home - it's REALLY BIG!! We could have easily had a second family and then some. The private parking, while difficult to get in to due to cars that look pretty permanently parked in the alley, was fricking fantastic. CAUTIONARY NOTE FOR COOKS - this property is woefully inadequate for cooking supplies, so if you plan to make your own meals you'll want to bring necessities. Some examples of items I'd expect to find, but didn't: (1) There were only 6 plates and 4 coffee mugs. (2) No colander to strain pasta; (3) No sharp knives; (4) No serving utensils (large spoons / forks, etc.); (5) no cereal or medium size bowls; (6) No oils; (7) tablespoons. We had a difficult time preparing food due to missing numerous items, but frankly the stay was still worth it!! The host was extremely thoughtful, there was juice, bagels, coffee, coffee mate, and plenty of water when we arrived. I would absolutely stay here again, and plan to next time we come to town.

This home has been completely renovated and furnished in 2019. It is clean, well designed with the necessary amenities to ensure convenience and comfort. From the front doors Key-less entry code for easy access - the Thor kitchen bundle (voted number one amateur gourmet kitchen in america last year) with Quartz counters, Comfortable Top grain leather furniture seating, Pillow top mattresses and luxury linens are provided to enhance the experience. For viewing there are Smart televisions on all floors and a Panasonic theater vision sound system on main floor. There is a Google portal in the
main kitchen for both recipes and music on demand. Additional Google minis located in all of the living areas and the master bedroom music for music on demand.
FOIS,TV and internet with HBO, SHOWTIME AND NETFLIX
Large deck in back with secure private parking and grill (charcoal and fluid provided) comfortable deck furniture
