The property is exactly as advertised, very spacious even with 13 staying here (12 adults and 1 infant). The location is quiet and secluded, with shops restaurants fuel etc within 5-10 mins drive. The hosts were gracious hosts and very clear with their communication, despite our limited French. Thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking at staying in this region.

Wonderful, spacious villa with fabulous facilities, perfect for our family group of 13, ranging in ages from 3 to 78. The pool and the pool area were fantastic, with loads of space for everyone. The facilities in the house were great. We really appreciated having air conditioning in each of the bedrooms, as the weather was particularly hot during our stay. Plenty of seating and dining areas, really well equipped kitchen, with 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezers, excellent coffee machine and loads of glassware, crockery and cutlery. Excellent weber BBQ. The hosts were really helpful and communication was great. We would love to return for another holiday.

Superb villa in Saint-Cannat

We loved the bar and seating in the pool area, the large circular sofa in the main house and the friendly host. For our family of thirteen this was perfect. Great for exploring Aix-en-Provence

Amazing property!

The property is gorgeous, nestled in the back among trees, with petanque court and huge private swimming pool. Pingpong table and other activities are also available. The house is spacious, comfortable and extremely well furnished; the kitchen is very well equipped. Last but not least, the hosts are very nice and accommodating. We loved our stay, even though the weather was not as good as we hoped.

We had a brilliant holiday staying at the property. This was a family holiday, consisting of 4 families now living around the world so not seen frequently. This was the perfect setting to catch up, relax, have fun and enjoy lovely food and wine together. The property is beautifully designed and spacious and has many different eating/sitting areas around the pool and property. The pool was used daily and the pool bar was a real luxury. The BBQ was also a great addition and was used frequently. The owners were extremely helpful and friendly and I would highly recommend this property to others. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Fabulous property in Provence

Large villa and beautiful secluded grounds with fantastic pool area, great outdoor sitting areas and plenty of shade. Perfect for a large group. Some lovely features in the villa, lovely artwork on the walls and very well furnished. Smallish kitchen, becoming a bit dated but with a superabundance of cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery and plates. Two full sized dishwashers and 2 large fridge freezers in the kitchen and an additional fridge by the pool. Automatic coffee machine. Excellent large Weber gas barbecue and large outdoor and indoor dining tables. Lovely bar area by the pool with toilet and shower room and excellent poolside furniture. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive to any queries and gave excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Full aircon available though we didn’t need it. Overall experience excellent as the location was perfect with easy driving to Aix and Marseille and only 1-2km from the nice village of Saint-Cannat. We were all sorry to leave at the end of our week.

A Little Bit of Heaven

This lovely seven bedroom home is situated on a nice piece of shady property away from the hustle and bustle of town. There was not one thing there that we found lacking. Need a wine opener? It’s there. Need a deck of cards? It’s there. Need champagne glasses (I hope you do!?) They are there. In fact I can’t think of a single thing that I would ever want while fixing a meal that wasn’t located in that kitchen. Can’t figure out the espresso machine? The owner was there in the blink of a eye. The kids loved the swimming pool, the grassy yard, the ping-pong table, and what we call a foosball table. The living area in the house is huge. There were nine of us in residence and we didn’t get all on top of each other ever. The owners are nearby, extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to my best friend. And if you go, don’t forget to explore the little town near-by, St. Canaat, a really beautiful, well-kept little town.

Superb villa with great facilities

There were 14 of us, aged from 9 to 75 and the villa was perfect. The swimming pool area is wonderful, with a huge heated pool, lots of sunloungers, large umbrellas, toilet, showers - and a bar! The gardens are lovely and peaceful. We had great fun with the petanque (boules), table-tennis and the table football as well as other games provided by our hosts. The kitchen is very well equipped with loads of crockery, cutlery, glasses, cups, etc. It has two dishwashers and two fridge/freezers - perfect for a large number of guests. All 14 of us were able to sit around the table in the lounge and at the outdoor terrace table. The house is very nicely designed, quirky with modern influences. It's large enough to find a quiet corner if you want to relax with a book. There's a beautiful open fireplace with lots of logs provided. Our hosts were very kind and hospitable and they're close at hand if required. They were very helpful when we needed help or advice. The WiFi is not super-fast, but adequate if you don't make too many demands on it. Locally, there's a supermarket. In Saint Cannat there are some lovely boulangeries and a great little market every Wednesday. There are many wineries to visit in the area too. A word of advice; you will need to dispose of your recycling, which requires a trip to a public recycling area in the local village. In summary, a beautiful villa with great facilities and lovely hosts. Would definitely go back.

The house is amazing, contemporary 1980's architecture. The interiors are unique and well appointed. The pool was beautiful, there are so many different spots to sit, chat, read, have coffee or a glass of wine. The exterior is like being in a park.The photos do not do the property justice.Our hosts were amazing, so responsive and had wonderful suggestions for activities and places to visit.We wished we could have stayed longer.

Séjour entre amis

Groupe d’amis de 14 personnes à la découverte de la région à vélo. Cette villa magnifique d’architecte des années 70 sur un beau parc arboré et soigné est un bel écrin qui a abrité notre séjour. Une belle piscine aux abords meublés et décorés avec goût nous a permis de nous délasser et le terrain de pétanque de passer d’excellents moments de convivialité. Chaque petit détail de la villa est soigné jusqu’à la vaisselle…. les équipements adaptés au nombre de personnes et de qualités. Nos hôtes se sont montrés accueillants, attentifs et bienveillants. Nous recommandons cette adresse. Merci à nos hôtes si charmants

simply wow: the house, the owners, the place

We were in September 2022 for 3 weeks with 7 people in this beautiful house. We were all very excited, the photos are surpassed by reality. Everything was perfectly and lovingly prepared and already on arrival we felt very welcome. There was nothing missing. The owners are so nice, accommodating, helpful and pleasant that you immediately feel at home. It could not be better and more pleasant. If you have questions or need assistance, you can always contact them and you get help immediately. We also received tips for nice activities or good restaurants. Communication was very easy and quick via WhatsApp in english, french and even german. The house exceeded our expectations. All the equipment of the house is very high quality, very comfortable and aesthetic. A place where you can just feel at home. There was nothing lacking. We cooked a lot and were pleased that the kitchen was so great equipped. This was absolute comfort and I have not experienced this anywhere else. There are even two dishwashers, two very large refrigerators and two kitchen sinks. Since the common work in the kitchen was just fun. A particular advantage is that there are very many different seating options. So there is the right place for every need, whether alone, in a large or small group, in the sun or in the shade, indoors or outdoors, comfortable to relax or together at the table. The pool area is just terrific. There are many sunbeds and a very nice place to sit together, which we used very much for breakfast in the sun. There is optimal sun protection. The pool is so big that you can swim in it wonderfully. Really fabulous. The pool is cleaned very regularly. In general, the property and the house were in a very well-kept condition and clean. This also contributed to an all-round feel-good atmosphere. The location of the house is optimal for many beautiful excursions and ventures in all directions. The shopping facilities we also found great, everything is within easy reach within a few minutes by car and completely relaxed: 3 bakeries, a super good greengrocer and a supermarket where it is quite relaxed shopping, even with a good "poisonnerie". We would love to spend our vacation in this house again at any time and can only recommend this place with conviction. Everything went perfectly and professionally. We thank the owners again especially for the warmth and hospitality with which they met us. This was also really very special.

Spacious property with a fabulous pool

Apart from a rather small kitchen and a smallish indoor eating area for the capacity of the house, it is otherwise very roomy with a good outdoor eating area. These are minor points and the house was enjoyed by all our party.

Fantastic Villa for large group of family and friends

The property is fantastic and quite unique with great space and design features and a super pool, perfect for a summer break. The house is set in a large plot with plenty of space for a large group, spacious interior and very well equipped with everything you would ever need mainly all on one level. The pool area is large with plenty of loungers and a covered area for shade and a great sized pool. We would love to return for another week.

Perfect Holiday Villa

This seven bedroom, amazingly spacious villa is beautifully furnished and the website gives a true impression. We were a ten person family group from grandparents to teenage grandchildren and all our needs were more than amply provided for. The kitchen boasts two dishwashers, freezers and really everything a cook could need and a local supermarket delivered our large pre order shortly after our arrival. The pool area is magnificent and is fully equipped with fridges, towels, loungers etc. There is also a boule pit (games supplied), table tennis and the classic football game. Our teenagers really enjoyed the great sound system. The weather was excessively hot during our stay but the air conditioning coped without the need for much thought by us. The owners live nearby and welcomed us on arrival with a full tour and were always ready to help with any questions. We will enthusiastically recommend this exceptional property to all our friends and relatives.
