Listo para alquiler a corto plazo o de vacaciones: apartamento de un dormitorio en la planta baja, completamente amueblado, cama king size, cocina moderna, dos baños completos (uno que cumple con ADA), lavandería en la casa y un futón de tamaño completo en la sala de estar para espacio extra para dormir. Este alquiler a corto plazo es parte de una pequeña granja emergente y un bed and breakfast. Disfrute de productos frescos de temporada y de la cálida hospitalidad de Louisiana.

Ubicado en el corazón del País de las Plantaciones Inglesas de Louisiana, Ethel es una comunidad rural tranquila en la hermosa Parroquia de East Feliciana, que forma parte de un área conocida como las Parroquias de Florida. Our host was very cordial, the Bed and Breakfast was clean and smelled wonderful.We were greeted by a very friendly cat who stood guard by our door. There were lots of places to dine, we stopped at The Francis Smokehouse, Central City Steak & Seafood to mention a few; while we visited family in the area. We plan to return again. This stay was absolutely perfect. Julie could not have been any more welcoming when we arrived by reviewing everything, explaining her gardens, and recommending area visitor attractions. Cleanliness and set-up was quite possibly the best we have ever had. Prior to our arrival she asked what, if anything, she could have for us so we would not immediately have to do grocery shopping. I have a particular dietary need which she had ready for us! Wonderful weekend and we are already excited about next year. Julie, you have earned a guaranteed multi-visit customer with my wife and I. Belle Terre Farm B&B is clean, well kept, furnished with modern amenities. Julie & Gregg are gracious hosts who take good care of the guests. The owner was wonderful. She accommodated me last minute. She also supplied breakfast items, which was a nice touch. The place was very clean with all the amenities you could want when staying away from home. Her fresh tea blends and homemade honey were amazing too. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.

THE HOST WAS AMAZING!!!! She went over and beyond any host I ever had renting a VRBO. We stayed on a farm and she took the time out to show us around her beautiful land. The amenities in the apartment were perfect. It was all we needed and we didn't need much, but it was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. I would recommend this VRBO to anyone who wants to stay in the country outside of Baton Rouge.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway. The property was peaceful & the house was well stocked with more than we could have asked for. We will definitely be back the next time we find ourselves out this way.

Owners Julie Doucet and Gregg Pettis dreamed of a place in the country where the hustle and bustle of the city can fade into crickets, fireflies, and a serenade by frogs. A particular dream was to have a more self-reliant life, producing their own food and having a more active lifestyle. While not completely finished, their dream of living the ultimate farm-to-table life is well on its way with a 5,500 square foot raised-bed garden, which is already productive. Belle Terre has one established colony of honey bees from which honey is harvested each July. The chicken "palace" is currently under construction. Soon to be added are other farm animals such as chickens, rabbits, and goats.

This property held so much promise for the vision that Julie and Gregg had of a sustainable, country life. While it took some work to get it from the 1,900 sq ft beginning to it's current spacious 4,000 sq ft accommodations, they have enjoyed making this place their own.
