Great Location / Very Clean

We loved our stay at #636. The condo was very clean and had everything you need in order to have an enjoyable vacation. The closet with the beach floats was a plus. If I had one complaint it would be the lack of elevators available for use. Over all we loved our stay! Would stay again!

Best Time Ever!

From beginning to end our stay was amazing! Customer service: the folks at Book that Condo were available and helpful before and during our stay, checking in several times during our time there. Accommodations/Condo: Condo was clean and super spacious and the view was gorgeous. The balcony was a treat, with plenty of room and a view that can't be beat! Location: Perfect for beach access, all entertainment, and many dining options. Can't wait to return!

Very easy and fluent checkin. Got to our room and there were a couple of maintenance issues, but BTC took care of them immediately the unit was nice and clean and we certainly will rebook with BTC in the future. Our week was wonder beautiful view and ocean front

Condo was clean and comfortable the staff was friendly. I got a call the morning after the first night to make sure everything was good and to see if any maintenance was needed. Everything was good and working properly. We had a great vacation and I would recommend bookthatcondo.

We had a great time! We were not supposed to check in until 4:00, but we got to check in early. Room was very clean when we arrived. Maintenance arrived within two hours to address the issues we had. This is the second time we have used Book That Condo for reservations. We were very pleased with their help. Can't wait to return next year!

At least 1 elevator didn’t work the entire time, sometimes the wait took about 20 min. The condo was clean and comfortable. View was amazing.

Will definitely be back

We come to PCB every year & always choose different places just to find our favorite & this was definitely our favorite so far. It gave me the option to rate 1-5 I put a 5 so I hope that was the best!! The only thing I didn't care for is parking across the street but most bigger condos are the same way. Everyone was so friendly and book that condo employees were absolutely amazing!

Disappointed

Upon arrival, we got a msg that the sliding door to patio did not work and would be fixed 5 days into our stay, which was a week. That was an inconvenience to say the least. Shower curtain in hall bath was moldy as was mold in tub. Main pool was closed from Wednesday til we left Saturday. Not all the elevators worked the whole time we were there and waited up to 20 minutes to get one. Parking deck was so full we had to park in a field behind it and no lights for security. Very few handicap spots also.ac would not cool off properly. Maintenance came and fixed and also hospitality changed shower curtain. We have stayed at this resort before and liked it very much. We were very disappointed in this stay and probably will not stay again.

Great view! Pools are great! Location is on point! The appliances were outdated. The dryer didn’t work which we were notified beforehand. The floors were beyond filthy. They left our feet black. Overall it was a nice stay. Just needs some TLC.

It’s a great property, beautiful. Enjoyed the pool very much, however didn’t enjoy the beaches closed by. We drove 30 min to a better nicer beach. The only down to this wonderful property was with the checkout being at 10, we had to wash ALL cover and sheets which made us Get up at 4am to get that done. Didn’t make us feel like a vacation much.

Service was great but property needs care

Book that condo was great, condo itself was nice. However the property itself, specifically the elevators need servicing and upgrading. For costs of rental, the elevators got stuck, slow, floors were warped. Escalators were also down for some of trip.

Nice stay some hiccups

Stay was nice, not enough towels, very noisy during bike week. Room is nice, however resort the condo was in is tough to navigate. They also randomly painted the door while we were staying and we got paint on clothes and all they did was say “its updates” no apology or nothing. Just complicated. Lots of toys left behind by other guest which is helpful.

Book that Condo

This company did an awesome job of keeping us abreast of current issues and concerns. If you had a problem and called them they were on it immediately to get it resolved. When you did call they were kind and courteous and immediately returned your call if they were not available at that moment. This is the first year booking with this company and I highly recommend them. We actually re-booked with them for next year.

Ruined vacation

We were move to a different place that we didn’t book after check in time.. the place we were moved was NOT comparable property or location .. was told we would be compensated and we haven’t been.. the after hours call person was rude when I called with a problem

GOOD

The overall stay was good, beautiful location and resort. However, the washer was broke our entire stay, as well as most of the elevators. The maintenance man communicated well with us regarding the washer issue, however, whatever the issue was, it was not resolved during our stay. They did offer us the option to go to another unit and do our laundry, however, we were limited to time frames because of other reservations and as we were on vacation, we did not want to be tied to a time frame, so we never did the laundry while we were there for 7 days. The elevator wait was extremely long at each level, there was always 2 or 3 broke that could not be used which was also very frustrating.

Disappointing Check-In and Check-Out Process Despite a Decent Room

The room itself was clean and comfortable, and we had no complaints about the space. However, the overall check-in and check-out experience left a lot to be desired.We were informed that check-in would be after 4:00 PM CST, with a note that during peak season or holidays it could be as late as 6:00 PM. By 6:00 PM, we still hadn’t received any communication about a delay. I had to call myself, and while the representative I spoke to was apologetic and explained the inspector was running behind, it was frustrating to be left waiting with no updates—especially after a full day of travel with two young children.Around 6:30 PM, we finally received a call saying we could enter the property without the inspection being completed. At that point, we had no choice—we couldn’t keep our kids waiting in the car any longer.Then came checkout day, and the issues continued. Despite the stated checkout time of 10:00 AM, our access code was reset before then, and we had to call just to get back into the unit to finish packing. To make matters worse, on the morning of check-in, I received a message asking for my estimated checkout time—before I had even arrived!The lack of communication, inconsistent timing, and overall poor coordination made the experience more stressful than it needed to be. The room was fine, but the way everything else was handled was disappointing and unprofessional.

Emerald Beach Condo 636

Floors were dirty, including foot prints in the bathroom, washer did not work, customer service manager was very rude. I was not notified at the time of check in that the washer did not work. The air conditioner did not go below 74 degrees. The toilets did not flush completely. The stove, refrigerator and outdoor furniture were rusted. Also, the whisk was rusted. Wear safety goggles when using the garbage disposal, it spits at you. Be prepared to spend half of vacation waiting on elevators. There was one working. Be prepared to take the stairs. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint. Very disappointed in condo.
