A fabulous apartment in the old town area. Close to the Cathedral, town centre and weekend markets. There are lot's of bars and restaurants along the canal docks. The apartment is stylish and very spacious and comfortable. We were very happy to stay here for our 6 day Somme encounter .

Wonderful house, nice that it’s someone’s home. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom, bring your own toiletries. Great welcome and communications not a problem. Private parking works well. Not suited to people who have problems with stairs, or for young children. Comfortable furniture and beds lovely terrace for sitting out. Would stay again.

Incredible

Very friendly host, communication was informative and immediate. The house itself was easy to find and the pictures are a good representation. It is located very close to the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants at the end of the street overlooking the Somme. Would highly recommend.

Great property and location

As many have said - the photos don't do this property justice. It spacious, lovely decor and furnishings, with a very nice outside space. Location is close to lots of bars and restaurants, but still very quiet in the evenings/nights. Secure parking right outside the property was a real advantage. Property was well equipped, and communication with the owner was easy. The only downside was that the property smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke throughout, otherwise excellent.

Excellent. Checkin and checkout went smoothly. Nothing was amiss. The property was as shown in the listing. Hard to comment on the neighbourhood because my partner was sick (not Covid) and we didn’t go out much.

Amazing

This listing is even more fabulous in real life than in the pictures. Josiane has a marvellous esthétique and just sitting in the home was a delight. The kitchen was well equipped and extremely functional. The bathroom was spa like and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The main level was stunning and large and airy. The bonus was the delightful terrace. Josiane was very prompt to answer any questions and to make arrangements with our travel plans perfectly. I cannot say enough about this property. If you are in Amiens, you should not miss this phenomenal house in quaint Ste Leu, steps away from the cathédrale, restaurants,bars amd shopping. Merci Josiane.

Superbe location

Nous sommes enchantés de notre séjour. Le loft est magnifique, spacieux, bien agencé, propre et très agréable. Il n’y manque rien. Très bien situé pour visiter Amiens à pied en laissant la voiture dans la propriété. Les contacts avec Josiane et l’accueil ont répondu à nos attentes.

Overwhelming

We had an incredibly wonderful time at Josiane's loft. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality than it looks in the pictures. The view from the balcony over the rooftops of the city is totally worth it and also on the terrace you can stand it more than well. The contact with Josiane and her staff also went absolutely smoothly, and that although we arrived very late in the evening. And about Amien, I can only say that it is an incredibly beautiful city, which I can only recommend to everyone. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for the beautiful vacation!

Avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce magnifique loft très bien placé dans Amiens. Tout peut se faire à pieds. Après nos belles balades en ville et dans les Hortillonnages, nous apprécions de rentrer à "la maison".

Loft à Ameins

Très grand loft, superbement meublé, confortable, moderne et paisible. À deux pas du parc Saint-Pierre et des restaurants de Saint-Leu, on trouve aussi un supermarché à proximité. La propriétaire et la personne qui nous a accueilli étaient faciles à joindre et la logistique a très bien fonctionné. Amiens a été un excellent pied-à-terre pour visiter plusieurs sites comme Giverny, Rouen, Vimy et Épernay. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour.   Very large loft, superbly furnished, comfortable, modern and quiet. Steps from the Parc Saint-Pierre and the restaurants of Saint- Leu , there is also a supermarket nearby. The owner and the person who greeted us were easy to reach and all arrangements worked very well. Amiens is an excellent base from which to visit sites like Giverny, Rouen, Vimy and Épernay. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, well sited property

This apartment is perfectly located in downtown Amiens, with a secure parking spot. It was impeccably clean and very roomy. It was perfect for our visit. I wish we had planned to stay longer.

Josiane's Loft ist phantastisch! Die Fotos können die angenehme Atmosphäre nur annähernd wiedergeben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist super! Alles ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, wie in den vorhergehenden Bewertungen beschrieben. Es stimmt alles. Josiane ist eine sympathische, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Outstanding house and location

We loved our stay at Josianne’s property. The house was really lovely and better than the photos. The location was fantastic. We could walk everywhere but being so close to the canal and all the restaurants there was great. Would definitely recommend this property.

wundervolle Wohnung mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre

Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die sehr liebevoll und mit vielen Details ausgestattete Wohnung, die sehr persönlich eingerichtet ist. Man hat eine umfangreiche Bibliothek, Musik (auch schöne alte Venyl-Platten) und ein DVD-Angebot. Im unteren Bereich ist ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit voll ausgestatteter Küche und im Obergeschoß ist (neben zwei Schlafzimmern und einen Ankleideraum) ein Bad mit separater Dusche und Whirlpool, alles sehr hell und gemütlich und es lädt ein zum Träumen und Verweilen. Die Lage ist super (und trotzdem sehr ruhig), alles ist fußläufig erreichbar, die Kathedrale, die Hortillonages, das Wohnhaus von Jules Vernes, das Kneipenviertel... Josiane ist eine wundervolle Vermieterin und sehr unkompliziert, sie kann sehr gut Englisch, so daß eine Verständigung keine Probleme bereitet. Gern jederzeit wieder, es hat hat alles super geklappt.

Absolutely Beautiful

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. To be honest, I don’t believe the photographs do it justice. It is even better than the pictures. The owner has a great taste so we felt as we were staying in an antique, staged apartment. It definitely added to our overall experience in Amiens and made the trip truly memorable. We loved coming home and relaxing on the private patio and throughout the beautiful property. The owner was very nice, extremely flexible, punctual and very responsive both via phone and text message. The location is perfect! It is right behind the little restaurant district. Exactly where you want to be! Plus the parking was fantastic, we got to park right in front of the house and the lot was locked. Throughout our 10 years of consistent travel, this has been the best possible location, décor and parking situation. The only negative aspect of our experience was the lack of internet. It was extremely not consistent. There would be full days where we could not connect at all! This was a serious problem as we were not able to make arrangements for our vacation plans for the next day or just browse the internet after a long day of travels.
