Perfect honeymoon getaway

We booked the room for our honeymoon. The room was great. All the amenities were also great. The only blight was the pool getti g closed for repairs. But we were compensated with a late checkout that was really appreciated. We are already lookg at booking again in the future.

This condo was fabulous. Greatly exceeded our expectations. Clean, modern, packed with amenities. Couple minute walk to the beach, and to multiple restaurants. One restaurant is right next door, and was fabulous as well. Very quiet neighborhood with beautiful beaches all around. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very relaxing. Daniel was very conscientious of our needs during our stay! Walking distance to beach and restaurants was great! The heated pool was very enjoyable after a long day in the sun!

Amazing!!

We had an incredible spring break week! Our condo was clean and had everything that a small family of three needed. It was a quick walk across the street to the beach and a gorgeous heated pool right below us! We walked to dinner every night and enjoyed fishing off the docks in the bay directly behind the condo! Check in was easy breezy and I can’t wait to stay again!!!!

Someone opened the adjoining door from another condo in the middle of the night. Could not fall back to sleep after that.

Amazing location clean property

We loved this vrbo, from the private pool, bay, and private beach it was perfect for our honeymoon. An amazing beach and great selection of restaurants near by. The only thing we’re a little disappointed about was not all of the supplies that were listed were included. However we are planning on coming back here next year! :)

VRBO APP

I had nothing on the VRBO app when we got there to check in. It didn't show me which unit we were in, the code to get in or any other information we might have needed. Luckily I had taken a screen shot of address weeks ago. All I could do was message the owner. Not happy at all with the VRBO but owner was great

First time visiting the gulf!

We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of the property. We caught several huge catfish off the back dock and the beach is just a quick walk across the road. I highly recommend Hammer Time and Chasin' Tails fishing charters if you're looking to go out fishing. Both trips were great and affordable compared to others. Walt's Fish Market and Restaurant prepared our catch to perfection. We liked this area so much we extended our stay! Venice beach and Boca Grande are must-see areas. We will definitely be back!

Relaxing stay

Property was neat, clean and we found it to be exactly as described. We mostly had the whole place to ourselves and had more than enough time to enjoy the amenities!

Property Manager super, Walls Paper Thin

Dan, the property manager took care of broken A/c and neighbors with serious relational discord/fighting. Room was not well swept, nor toilet flushed when we arrived. We loved the area. But we went for a peaceful, sabbatical. The first 3 days were anything but. We would return to Msnadota Key and use this property manager if he has a property with better sound barrier between condos. Your neighbor snoring is not a restful night.

Our Vacation

Daniel our host was amazing. I would definitely love to go back and stay again. The unit was super clean and i also met the woman who cleaned the units for Daniel and she was very sweet. I also met the man who works for Daniel too he was there when we arrived he was very nice too. Too bad the next week was booked would of wanted to stay longer.

Cute little studio

This unit provided exactly what we needed. A place to sleep, right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to the Tiki grille and other restaurants. We had access to the pool and my favorite part was each unit was equipped with their own wooded box of beach chairs and accessories. I love that I didn't have to run out and buy one! Very much appreciated! There is only one thing I always suggest in my reviews and it's more hooks to hang towels on, whether it be behind the door in the bathroom or other places. The owners don't want you to hang on towels on the outside railings but how do they get dry if there aren't enough hooks to hang them on. My only suggestion. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great location!

Overall a great stay for sure! We'd certainly book again when we are in the area. PROS: Very timely communication with owner, great location with quick access to the beach and within walking to restaurants. We loved that the property had docks in the back on the bay. Great to watch the sun rise then the sunset on the beach. Appreciate all of the amenities (bath towels, beach towels, coffee pot and filters!, beach chairs, umbrella and even a cart to get it all to the beach!). CONS: Certainly not the fault of the owner but the walls are very thin and we could hear every word from our neighbors, including their crying child. Also, we had a small issue with unreliable internet. It kept connecting and disconnecting. We did find that it was more reliable towards the back of the condo. OTHER: The pool area was nice. It was heated but unfortunately at this time of the year the pool was mainly shaded by the buildings.

Beach getaway

Located on the intercoastal waterway with beach and dock. My kids loved the heated pool. Short walk to the gulf of mexico. Spent our afternoons at the beach. Looking for sharks teeth and shells. A pleasant, beautiful area.
