Ubicado en una carretera ancha y plana a cinco minutos de Gatlinburg y del Parque Nacional, y a 8 minutos de las atracciones de Pigeon Forge. Tenemos estacionamiento para 6 autos en nuestro camino grande. Ubicado en un extremo del complejo rodeado de espacios verdes que brindarán una experiencia de montaña tranquila. Disfrute de sentarse y disfrutar de las montañas desde nuestros porches cubiertos y cubierta trasera.

3 dormitorios principales, 3. 5 baños esta cabaña tiene capacidad para 6 en tres camas tamaño king 2 en un sofá cama en
Sala de loft.

 Muy bonita experiencia con Outback Rentals. Planificamos una escapada improvisada a Gatlinburg y tuvimos la suerte de encontrar esta casa. La reserva fue fácil por teléfono, los precios fueron algunos de los más razonables que he visto, especialmente en relación con la tarifa de limpieza, etc. El proceso de registro fue muy sencillo, el hogar era muy agradable, muy limpio y mi grupo de adolescentes disfrutó mucho el espacio. El Internet era fantástico, una gran televisión inteligente, camas muy cómodas, un retiro encantador para el fin de semana.

Overall was a good stay, home was appointed with basics. Limited supply of toilet paper (1 roll on each holder with one extra), paper towels (partially used roll on holder and that was all) no cleaner provided for counters etc. For reference there were 5 of us staying for 5 days (Wed-Sun). Upon arrival home could have been found cleaner - floor in kitchen was sticky and there were a lot of cobwebs found. Hot tub was missing all but one headrest, one provided was very mildewy/stained. We had an issue with the coffee maker and the host was very attentive. We did have an issue with the trash, the bins were full from previous guests, we were told the trash would be picked up Thurs, then Fri, then finally the owner came on Saturday to pick up. Location was great, enough space for all of us and quiet and centrally located.

Everything is dirty and not swept or cleaned properly. Everything on the property is falling apart and they over charging for the house. We thought it was a secluded cabin there are people closer than what u woudl expect. If you stay more than two days like we did they only supply one wash pod to wash the towels and rags they only provide u with enough for the couple days also if u need more clothes like if u didnt bring enough because we thought they would atleast provide a little extra considering the cost and staying longer nope. When i brought up anything about the cleaning they were rude over the phone the lady did come in and re sweep the floor that had something from the previous people and i dont know how long it had been there but again didnt get the spot that was there. The cleaning lady was really nice but unfortunately the whole house needs a very INTENESE DEEP clean. It was so dusty my husband sneezed the whole time from the dust on the ceiling fans nd whatever was blwoing through the vents. Definately was not happy with it considering it was our vacation for our 10 year annivarsay and my it was my 31st birthday. If you want cleanliness and i nice stay i would recommend staying anywhere else but here. A hotel would have been better in my opinion this whole add is pretty much false advertisement. The hot tub also has mold on the last back rest pad thing and to me thats discusting. As much money as they make on these they should just replace it. The showers slimey.

Beautiful home but terrible customer service

When we arrived at the cabin, which was listed as secluded, there were two other cabins directly across the street and one right next door. The hot tub was not turned on after being cleaned. The pool was constantly in use and I believe it is shared with more than just one other cabin. The cabin is beautiful but there were spider webs in some windows and dust underneath the beds. There is no additional twin mattress in the media room as presented in the photos. I was willing to overlook all of those items until following our departure I received texts from the owner that the maid had to throw away the sheets because of blood stains. I was sent a photo of two small blood stains on a pillow case. When I asked for the other photos showing blood stains on the sheets that had to be thrown away she could not produce them. They spoke to me unprofessionally in the text when I only asked for photos because no one reported bleeding on their pillow case. I asked which bedroom they were in and received no response. I am always meticulous on the clean up before leaving a rental. What was very concerning to me is I read a prior review stating they had found old blood stains on the bedding and had to wash the sheets before they slept. Has anyone else had this issue? I would never rent here again and this is the only bad review I’ve ever left for a rental in Gatlinburg and we visit every year.

Arrived and the house was clean. Ample space for six adults. Pull out couch mattress was thin though. Convenient to welcome center Trolley stop and neighborhood pool. Would recommend to others.

Location and neighborhood are 10/10!! Quiet gated community made us feel safe. The pool was a highlight. Host was very responsive and nice. Lots of room for the dogs to run on the grass outside. House is really nice size and beds were comfy. House ac worked well. Some feedback- windows were really dusty and had spider webs. Lots of pots but very few forks/spoons and only 1 pan.

Very beautiful Property...it was listed as secluded, but there were house all around us very close to the point we had to keep curtains closed. Even in the bathroom the window over the toilet there is a cabin directly behind it. High place were very dusty and oven vent hood has cobb webs on it. There is a camera pointing directly towards to hot tub which made us very uneasy and a invasion of our privacy. We were gone most of the time and only there mainly at night. There was not any soap and only towels for one day and we stayed 6 days. So we had to go purchase towels for our stay. Other than that home is very lovely

Lovely Mt Getaway

Nice location

It was a great stay aside from 2 things: there were about a hundred dead ladybugs in the house on the floor when we got in - obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The second, more minor issue, was that the hot tub was very dirty, however it was cleaned within a day by friendly staff. Overall a great place to stay, but the cleanliness could use some work.

Annual Thanksgiving Weekend Trip

Each year our family travels to Gatlinburg for the Thanksgiving weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Swagman property and would rent it again. The home is relatively new construction, thoughtfully laid out, with plenty of room for our family of six. Nice furniture in the livingroom, although could have used another chair. Beds were fine however the pull-out sofa upstairs was not - probably could benefit from leaving a mattress pad on site for guests to use. One thing I always wish more owners would do is stock rentals with more than enough towels. We washed towels twice during our stay. Nice washer/dryer though so made washing laundry not so bad. The neighborhood is gated which is nice. The driveway was pleasantly not so steep that you couldn't walk down (as with some of the properties that we have stayed at in the past) which is important to me, personally, so I could get in a walk each day since there was no community gym on site. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we needed to cook a quick meal. A lot of reviews mentioned having to live out of suitcases because of no dressers. This wasn't a big issue for us however it would have been helpful to have a closet to throw the suitcases in rather than the bedroom floors (especially with teens/young adults) but I appreciate the need for owners to have some dedicated space that guests cannot access. Noticed a couple of things at check in that the cleaning crew left not quite completed.

Repeat Get Away

Went to this cabin again for the 3rd year. We love that it’s off the spur between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It’s at the top of a mountain in a gated community. It’s absolutely wonderful to get out and walk and it does have bears around. Very comfortable and spacious.

Great location- lots of wildlife

Good: The house is in a quiet, peaceful location with great views. The house itself is beautiful, big and spacious with great fixtures, a great wrap around porch to enjoy nature. Saw bears 4 out of the 5 days we were there. The location was the best part- took us 11 minutes to get to Dollywood and 8 minutes to get to Gatlinburg. We utilized the free Trolley service as well and that was great. Not so good: I picked this home because it had such high ratings on cleanliness- for me it did not meet the standard that it was rated on VRBO. There was lots of dust on fixtures throughout the home, the place mats provided in the kitchen were dirty/sticky, the coffee maker was dirty/slimy, floors need good cleaning, kitchen sink fixture has major build up of calcium, showers/bath need to be scrubbed, bedframes have accumulated dust/hair/fuzz, etc, curtains dusty and very hard to open- hard to enjoy the view if the curtains are difficult to pull back. My biggest issue is the camera placed over the hot tub- this specific camera was not disclosed in the listing details and it is in an area where renters have a reasonable expectation of privacy. I did not consent to being recorded or for my underage children to be recorded while in a hot tub. We covered the camera while the hot tub was in use. This is something any person considering renting this location should know. Overall, we had a great time. I recommend a deep clean of the home and removal of the camera over the hot tub.

Beautiful house

The house was absolutely gorgeous. We got to see bears 2 days in a row and we were so excited. The only thing I would change is the things you need to bring being sent earlier then the day of. But overall it was a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back and do it again for longer.

A few suggestions

Swagman was so close to being perfect! Wanted to share a few suggestions to make it five star! First off, Sabrina was wonderful with communication. Five stars for her. Location is directly between gaitlinburg and pigeon forge. 5 stars for location. House was beautiful. 5 stars for the house. My family stayed for a week, so suggestions I would add to the home to make the full rating five stars- dressers and hangers- there were no dressers or hangers in the closet in the upstairs bedrooms so we had to live out of suitcases on the floor for the week. Hooks in the bathrooms so you could hang your wet towels. Full size mirror- some people would appreciate this. Board games/ card games- for those rainy days when stuck inside or cold winters. Again the stay was wonderful! These are only suggestions to make it a little more comfortable for guest who are staying longer than the weekend. We did see bears almost everyday right outside our cabin! They did not bother us at all. We would stay again, just be a little more prepared next time!

Autumn Stay at Swagman Inn

Sabrina was excellent about communication and made everything so easy! The property was modern and well-equipped, from a fully-stocked kitchen to extra blankets for cozying up to watch a movie, it has everything you need. My family of four adults really enjoyed our stay and each of us would definitely stay here again!
