Coral Reef Apartments es una propiedad privada de 10 unidades recientemente renovada a poca distancia de la hermosa playa Pompano. Wonderful spot!

I’ve stayed here many times. Check in is a breeze, communication is excellent. Plenty of room, very comfortable. Has everything you need, including a pool, grills, view of a canal and chairs etc for the beach. Tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s my go-to every time we visit!

Never Disappoints!

We stay here every time we visit Pompano Beach. Tucked away in a quiet location, the unit has everything you need, near the beach and wonderful restaurants. The owners are highly responsive. We will be back!

Great location and property

I have stayed at this property 4 times and have enjoyed each trip. Property owner is very responsive. Perfect location for walking to the beach, stores, and restaurants .

Great, quiet and safe location.

The apartment was very comfortable. Quiet complex in safe neighborhood. Beach and restaurants within walking distance. Pool area and dock along the canal were a great addition. Was able to fish a bit but no luck. Nice streets to walk dogs without mich traffic

Wonderful beautiful property!

We had a lovely stay at this apt on the water w a beautiful pool. Communication w property manager was great…ex… We did not have a toaster upon arrival and he brought a new one right over.

Great location with a short walk across the streets to the beach. Appreciated the beach towels. There were no pans that could go in the oven, however there were plenty of pots for the stove top. Definitely not newly renovated. The lighting was a bit dark as half the lightbulbs were blown. Bed was comfy and appreciate two separate air conditioners, one for the bedroom and one for the main living area.

My stay

I have to say first it was very clean,close to the beach The down side it listed as newly renovated ,I didn’t find that. It needs to be updated.I would stay again if it was updated the furniture in the bedroom had all chew marks

Enjoyed our stay

We stayed 6 weeks and the property was exactly as described. Management was very attentive and accommodating. Property was clean and well appointed. We will consider staying again if we are in the area.

I was very happy with location. In general terms the place was clean. We did find a roach in bathroom but we used a spray they had and didn’t see any other one. I assume is common in Florida. The bedroom door was extremely hard to open or closed. It made a huge noise because it would get stuck. I notified owners. I can say they were extremely prompt on all communications. The toaster didn’t work so we used the pans to toast our bread. They had very good pans. I think they should add at least 1-2 other mugs in case 4 adults rent the place. 3 worked for me since we were 2 only. Pool was very clean and I loved that we had Circuit transportation available.

My vacation in Pompano Beach at Coral Reef Apartments

Everything was good, but neither my husband or I got a good nights sleep. We will ask a lot more questions about the sleeping accommodations-and mattress next time. We both have back problems and need really good mattresses. It’s never been a problem in the past.

Great location but needs a deep cleaning

This apartment is close to everything at Pompano Beach and is on the canal too. We had everything we needed while there. Problem was cleanliness. We had to wear shoes at all times because the floors were so dirty our feet would be black. I had to wash the shower door because it had something brown on it when we arrived. The pull out couch had stains all over it, thank goodness we were using the bed, I would not have sat on the cusions. All the towels and bedding were clean, so we felt comfortable sleeping there. I think it would be a great place to stay if it had a deep cleaning because the pool was nice, location was great, and the kitchen was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The managers also responded to all of our questions, almost instantly, which i really appreciated. Overall, good place to stay.

Great Location, indeed of maintenance and deep cleaning

This is a great location, quiet neighborhood, and easy to walk to the beach and local restaurants. That said, our apartment was filthy. My feet were black after being there less than an hour. The baseboards looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a year, the cabinets were dirty and sticky with some held together with duct tape and screws visible on the fronts. There were cobwebs and dust on the walls and the pictures had about a 1/2 inch of dirt and dust on the tops. The couch and dining room chairs had big stains that looked like someone spilled red wine and food on them. I shook the bathroom rug and tons of dirt came out. I'm sure it wasn't washed. And someone's dog had chewed on the dresser and baseboards in the bedroom. We arrived at night so I cleaned the floor the best I could. The following day I noticed a really musty, foul smell only to discover a leak under the kitchen sink and mold and mildew on the wall under the cabinet. All that said, the property managers were very responsive. We let them know we were extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment. They came and steam cleaned the floor and had someone come and steam clean the upholstery on the furniture (although the stains didn't come out). They replaced the kitchen faucet which resolved the leak issue, and refunded our cleaning fee. We considered going elsewhere but on short notice there were no options to meet our needs. We asked others who were staying if their units were as bad as ours. Most said the floors were pretty dirty and it wasn't the cleanest place. But it seems our unit was the worst. The pool seemed to be well taken care of and the 2 grills by the pool were fairly new and worked well. tIt's too bad this place isn't better maintained and updated as it is a great location. We would not stay here agin.
