A dos metros del fiordo en Oslo.

Se alquila una propiedad de playa verdaderamente única durante parte del año. La propiedad, con una costa de 40 metros, está orientada al oeste en Ljan en la playa de Katten y tiene vistas de 180 grados del fiordo, las islas y el centro de la ciudad de Oslo.

La propiedad cuenta con un embarcadero de aguas profundas, muelle, laguna de baño, equipo de pesca, kayak y encantadoras áreas exteriores amuebladas con parrilla de gas grande, cocina al aire libre, internet inalámbrico, lámpara de calor, sillones reclinables y mucho, mucho más.

El concepto fue desarrollado por un arquitecto, y el objetivo era utilizar cada milímetro cúbico en la cabina de 27 metros cuadrados. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos modernos. Placas de inducción Miele y horno / microondas, lavavajillas, refrigerador, congelador, cafetera, tostadora, cuchillos de cocina, porcelana, vino / coñac / vaso de bebida, etc.

El comedor está ubicado en la alcoba con vistas de 180 grados del fiordo, las islas y el centro de la ciudad de Oslo.

El baño es moderno con mosaico de Bisazza, superficies de vidrio arenado e interior de Philippe Starck / Vedum / Villeroy & Boch. Cables calefactores y extractor.

El dormitorio en el primer piso consta de cuatro literas y hay dos áreas para dormir, cada una con espacio para dos adultos.

Todos los interiores son luminosos y modernos con muebles e iluminación a medida de Expo Nova Light. Un sistema combinado de bomba de calor / aire acondicionado proporciona temperaturas interiores cómodas durante todo el año. Las persianas ligeras en todas las ventanas combinadas con aire acondicionado proporcionan una temperatura oscura y confortable incluso en días calurosos en verano.

Excellent base for visiting Oslo

It was lovely to come back to the boathouse everyday after exploring Oslo.The decking areas and river views are superb We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast with Truls. The property is very small but we made it work for our family of four. Best suited to two guests. Town access via the 83 bus was super easy and at the doorstep.

Great Stay on the Oslofjord

Fantastic views, relaxing deck and spur of the moment swimming in the fjord. Nice compact kitchen, comfortable beds and a warm shower. Made use of the convenient bus access to the center of town for museums and dinner and hiked the nature area south of the property. Hosts Truls and Kore were helpful and fun to meet.

November Views

Even in November you can have an incredible stay in Norway, and this home on the water is one of the reasons. This is the perfect get away stay... my son loved sleeping in the loft above the living room with the huge windows right above him. The dining area was great for a bite to eat and for working on a writing project. The only draw back was the distance to the downtown sites, but the bus is literally right outside the property compound or if you rent a car you can park it right across the street. I'd definitely recommend this home!

Unglaublich schön!

Das Ferienhaus ist großartig! Es liegt genau am Fjord und rückseitig ist die Busstation in die Innenstadt. Ein perfekter Ort also, um die Idylle des Wassers zu genießen und die tolle Stadt Oslo zu erkunden. Und dazu kommt auch noch, dass die Gastgeber sehr liebe und umsichtige Menschen sind.

Awesome Location

If you really want to relax you simply can’t beat this location. A lovely deck on the fjord, listening to the sound of the water and waking up to the beautiful view. Super easy access to downtown on the 83 bus. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay in Oslo

What a glorious stay! We loved the property, down to to the kitchen where we were able to make two dinners and an amazing breakfast during our stay in Oslo. The owners were extremely responsive and we loved every minute of our cottage stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The views were picturesque, even during the rain and the beds were so comfy, we had a hard time leaving. Do not miss the opportunity to watch the sailboats race and the sun set on this glorious property.

Entspannte Tage am Fjord

Wir haben die Tage in dem Häuschen sehr genossen, vor allem den wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert bestens. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass der Bus direkt vor dem Haus hält. Die stark befahrene Strasse hört man unten kaum mehr. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und warmherzig und Kare hat für uns die besten Pancakes aller Zeiten zubereitet. Vielen Dank!

Wir erlebten Gastfreundschaft von unkomplizierten, sehr netten Gastgebern. Das Häuschen mit dem Steg direkt am Fjord ist einmalig. Es war hochsommerlich warm ( bis 30°C), aber wir konnten täglich bei 22 °C Wassertemperatur baden. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Danke

Prettiest place we’ve ever been

Marvelous, having coffee on the deck overlooking the fjord and throwing crumbs to the seagulls. We recommend having breakfast with the hosts. They were extremely helpful and informative. Carried our luggage to and from our car. There are numerous steps to reach the cottage. It’s small but has all the amenities and quite comfortable.

Charming cottage on the water

We absolutely loved our stay here in Oslo at the beautiful property. On only regret is that we ever had to leave! The owners are wonderful! They sent me all of the information I needed a few days before arrival and then checked in with me once again the day before arrival. I felt like I was in good hands before I ever even step foot in Oslo. The check-in process was very easy, thanks to all of their info. The house is stunning, right on the water. We jumped off the private dock into the fjord several times and loved reading out on the porch. The house is cozy and tastefully decorated. It also has everything you need, from shampoo to toilet paper to hand soap, which many rentals do not have. It took us about 15 minutes by car to get into town, but there is also a bus stop right outside of the house, so getting around is a cinch, but we were happy to be a little outside the city, away from it all. The owners also offer to make you a traditional Norwegian breakfast, which I wish we had had time to do. Next time we will for sure take advantage of it. It's been only a couple of days since we left and we are already missing our favorite cottage on the water. Recommend without the slightest hesitation. You will absolutely love it here!

This sweet little cabin on the fjord is so cute that we hardly wanted to venture out to the city. Could’ve spent every minute sitting in the dock! It’s a little further from central Oslo than we had thought, but there is a bus station extremely close!

A fantastic home in a fantastic setting. The perfect Oslo getaway.

When we arrived at the property we were completely overwhelmed by how quaint the cottage was and how incredible the views are! The cottage was spotlessly clean and had all the basics we might need for our stay. Truls and Kare were the perfect hosts and it was a pleasure to have a chat with them. The property is ideally located (right by the bus stop) for easy access into Oslo city centre. We will definitely be visiting again and have highly recommended this property to our friends and family.

Fantastic stay!

We had an amazing stay in the beautiful lodge in Oslo! The view is even better than the photos and it has a great outside space with plenty of chairs to relax in, even in October we spent most of our time on the large decked area. The space inside is perfect and even though it isn't huge there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The ladder up to bedroom is vertical and may not be ideal for older people but it was fine for us. It is easily accessible from Oslo Central by bus and there is a lovely walk nearby. This walk was recommended to us by Truls & Kåre who greeted us on arrival and gave us some handy tips. We would highly recommend this lodge to anyone looking to visit Oslo.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

We have just enjoyed a long weekend in this cosy converted boathouse. The hosts were friendly and hospitable, the accommodation had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The location is amazing, secluded, private, romantic and only a short drive or bus ride from Oslo. I proposed to my girlfriend on the jetty and I couldn't have picked a better place! Thanks again to Kåre and Truls

Quaint piece of heaven with stunning views and easy to get to

the pictures don't do it justice. This is a quaint place nestle right on the water looking at Oslo. I could have sat on the dock all day, but Oslo was waiting to be discovered. Being that it was right on a bus stop made it very convenient to get to from downtown. The inside was small, be really we didn't need anything additional that what was there. The small bathroom and kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfy. My only complain was the ladder to get up to the loft beds, but the view up top made it worth it - who wouldn't want to look at the stars while you sleep.
