I knew that this would be a negative review from the beginning. I did contact twice, and spent over an hour of my time with Gail via phone. Told here the cleaning lady was there for just over 2 hours which I have security footage of, so yes it was cleaned. I asked what she wanted for the hour cleaning. She wanted $100 off the stay. It was a few things that weren't a deal killer, and we just switch cleaning services, so i thought, sure some thing may have got missed. I pay $50 to clean the entire house. She wanted $100 for a couple small items, and the phone conversation went from a mole hill to a mountain. Felt like being fleeced a bit, so instead of an argument after 2 conversations, i went silent, and moved on and just gonna take the bad review. She stated what i would refund would determine the review. I wasn't gonna buy a review. Also the downstairs laundry room is a that should be locked, and not available to the guests. Yes there is dirty laundry there. We are full 80% of the time, and can't clean all the laundry on back to back stays. We catch up when we can. I'll just hope that someone left the door open, and leave it at that.
