Fabulosa costumbre / privado Santa Fe Home lo tiene TODO. 4 amplias habitaciones (2 son Master Suites con camas King size), 4 baños y una quinta habitación / sala que se ha convertido en una habitación con literas dobles con escaleras, no escaleras y un nido. La gran sala abierta y espaciosa tiene techos abovedados, acogedora chimenea de gas natural, centro de entretenimiento, mesa de billar y muchos extras. Enormes cocineros Cocina gourmet con encimeras de granito, una isla de preparación central, gabinetes a medida y una despensa. La Master Suite principal es privada con una puerta que se abre hacia el patio trasero para entretenerse y la Masterbath cuenta con una ducha con azulejos y una bañera profunda para relajarse. Dos armarios La otra Master Suite también es muy privada y tiene su propio baño. Las otras 2 habitaciones están hacia la parte trasera de la casa y comparten un baño completo. El entretenido espacio al aire libre cuenta con un oasis lateral con piscina climatizada a gas natural, spa y una palapa. El patio trasero privado cuenta con un entretenido Putting Green y un acogedor hoyo de fuego para esos fríos días de invierno con algunas vistas al lago. Esta casa está de espaldas y de lado a lavado, por lo que es muy PRIVADA. Espacio exterior perfecto para entretener a familiares y amigos. Comunidad de campo de golf de vecindad residencial de lujo. Amplio garaje amplio con baño propio. Ven a disfrutar de este fabuloso Showplace !! Las camas y las sábanas son muy cómodas.

This house was really an excellent property. The host, Laurie is so responsive and so concerned that we had a good stay. Everything is extremely well labeled. There’s a wonderful book that tells you about area activities. The pool is small, but perfect for us and heat it up very well. Everything was extremely clean. another very nice touch was that there was a case of water in the refrigerator for us. That was very much appreciated.

This is one of the best properties we have stayed in, Laurie is extremely responsive and helpful, house was immaculate and well appointed, very convenient to marina and stores. We will definitely be back.

Weekend in Havasu

We met our cousins from California for a weekend on the lake to celebrate a graduation….this house was perfect for our group! Wonderful space to be together and plenty of privacy for each family as well. Laurie was great to work with and we are already looking ahead to our next visit!

Perfect family getaway

We had the most amazing time at Laurie's house. It has absolutely everything we needed. The organization was NEXT LEVEL, which we very much appreciated. Laurie checked in on us and took amazing care for everything we needed. Will definitely be back!

Santa Fe - Amazing Place

Laurie was phenomenal from day 1! The pictures don’t do this house justice! It is beautiful, clean and close to everything! We had a wonderful visit in this house and would absolutely rent here again! You won’t find a better house or host in Havasu!

Family had a great time

Stayed there with family, including young grandchildren. The house was just as advertised. Extremely clean with everything we needed. We took advantage of the pool and spa. Laurie was extremely responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Family Celebration/Christmas

We would highly recommend this property to anyone planning to stay in the Lake Havasu area. The home had everything we needed to enjoy time with our children and grandchildren over the Christmas holiday. The spa and pool were used daily, and the location was convenient for many activities. Communication with Laurie was excellent, and she provided a wealth of information for our stay.

Impressive attention to detail

The perfect home for our weekend at the lake. You can tell the owner really takes pride in the property. From the cozy beds to the kitchen fully-stocked with all the equipment we needed to make a great meal, my family felt at home here. Communication with the owner was great, super responsive and available to answer all of our questions. We would love to visit again.

Best House in Havasu

We had a large group and it was difficult to find a house that worked for 3 families. This house was perfect. 3 rooms with king beds for the grown ups. 2 rooms and a super comfy couch for all the kids. The host had everything perfect for our stay. It was an amazing trip and the house is beautiful. I highly recommend this home.

This property is beautiful! Laurie has been the best host I have worked with! She is so accommodating and helpful! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was the perfect size for us to get out of the heat. It was a short drive to anything we wanted to do. If we ever make a trip back to Havasu, this will be where we stay again!

Online pictures don’t do it justice

My family and friends had an amazing time! The house is very clean and easy to use. PLENTY of parking! The pictures in the ad DO NOT do it justice. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are so open and there is an enormous amount of space in “community areas”. Awesome place!!!

Fantastic vacation home in Havasu!

Our family of 5 stayed at this property with 5 other family friends. This beautiful house is perfect for a desert & river getaway, it is very open and has a lot of space for everyone to hang out together, both inside and outside. It is also very conveniently located within 5-10 minutes of stores, restaurants and the boat dock. Laurie was excellent at communicating with us before, during and after our trip, and she returned our deposit refund the day after we checked out. A 5 STAR vacation home with outstanding customer service, we hope to stay here again sometime. :-)

Great vacation great experience

My friends and I had great vacation in Lake Havasu. This house was amazing. Easily accommodated my group of 10 adults. The house was very nice, modern, spacious, and well set up for entertainment. It’s off a nice quiet street so no excess noise, but only a short 2 minute drive to get to downtown Havasu. Laurie was an excellent host. She always responded quickly and really went out of her way to ensure everything went smooth and we didn’t have any issues. Top notch service, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Thanks

From my 1st to my last interaction with Laurie, the experience was simply delightful. So much so, I feel like we are friends, though we have never met in person. Our entire family was so impressed with the house. It greatly enhanced our vacation. I suspect Laurie must have invested at least 50 hours in compiling the informational binder. She really knows how to cater to her clients.

Perfect Lake vacation rental

We stayed at the property from July 9-12, 2022. The house is conveniently located near the Marina as well as restaurants and grocery stores. We have two families(each with 2 adults and 4 kids). The house was perfect for our families. We had plenty of space to relax after our long days on the lake. The house has plenty of parking on site and is filling stocked with kitchen supplies, linens, and more. We did not have any problems checking in or out and Laurie was available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great trip! Thanks for sharing your home with our family.

We are a family of five with 3 homeschooled children. We decided to purchase a home in Lake Havasu because my grandparents were original purchasers of land sold by Mr. McCullough in the 1960's when he would fly buyers in from the midwest and sell land one plot at a time! It has been a family tradition to spend Thanksgiving in Lake Havasu with my Grandmother, aunt and uncle since I was three years old. My children have looked forward to their Lake Havasu Thansgiving's that started the year our oldest was born 21 years ago! I remember sitting on Santa's lap at the candle store at the London Bridge in the 70's and carried that tradition on with our girls. When I married my husband I found a Lake Havasu soul mate! He and his friends would make runs out to the lake at least 3 times a year! When we got to a point in our businesses that it made more sense to own than rent, we decided our family needed a Lake Havasu home, one that was big enough to invite family and fiends to join us! Lake Havasu is not as fun if you are not enjoying it with family and friends! My husband our three daughters and I pray that this home will be a family gathering place for years to come! Since we only are able to enjoy the property a few times a year, we are hoping to Bless others who may enjoy staying at this unique and beautiful property with their family and friends as much as we do! It took us quite a while to find the perfect Lake Havasu house and we were not disappointed! This property serves all of our needs and then some! It's a perfect refuge from the world, the views of mountains and lake are amazing and it is great to be so close to the open desert to play with our sand toys and not far to dump our boat and enjoy that magnificent lake. With plenty of space and entertainment for everyone, our only regret is that Grandma (the original Lake Havasu resident) did not live long enough to enjoy our beautiful home! But, we hope you will!

Completely redecorated when we purchased it in the Spring of 2019 and we continually upgrade furnishings & items in the home. With two master suites! 4 full bedrooms and a den converted into a bunk room for 5 with 4 full bathrooms there is room for everyone! All four bedrooms have their own closets. Over 3,000 square feet of interior living space with an additional 2,000 plus square feet of outdoor entertaining space complete with pool, spa, views, palapa, wood burning fire pit, two outdoor dining areas. This resort home can accommodate your party of 14 extraordinarily comfortably!
This property features granite countertops, tile floors and carpeted great room and bedrooms with their own HD TV in each bedroom, family room and patio area. Family room has a large HD smart TV withBlue Ray DVD player, surround bar surround sound system, Netflix, loads of DVD movies, and wireless internet. Separate laundry room with brand new washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The kitchen has top of the line GE Monogram and LG appliances, fully equipped with cups, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, small appliances, etc. We have made every effort to ensure you have a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Equipped with a pool table, board games for all ages, books, DVD"s galore and Netflix! Partial lake view from the backyard fire pit and putting green and has plenty of seating to enjoy it. Great neighbors who look after our property for us, in addition to the outdoor security cameras that will protect your possessions when you are on the lake or on the BLM land riding dirt toys.
