¡Ven a disfrutar de una verdadera experiencia de PIO en la casa de Sea Glass! Con 8 dormitorios y 7 baños, tendrá mucho espacio para su familia o grupo. Está en una ubicación privilegiada para caminar a los restaurantes, tiendas y bares en el área de la playa de IOP. Después de un corto paseo de regreso de la playa durante el día, puede disfrutar de la piscina por la tarde o reunirse en una de las 2 cubiertas de la azotea. Impresionantes vistas del este y el oeste para un hermoso amanecer o atardecer.

La cocina abierta y luminosa y la gran sala ofrecen muchos asientos y espacio para todos. Las habitaciones son amplias y siete de las ocho cuentan con baño privado. El ascensor va desde el garaje hasta el nivel superior del techo. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores inteligentes Samsung 4k de 43 pulgadas. La casa ha sido recientemente pintada por dentro y por fuera en abril de 2019. We had a group of 10 and this house was perfect for our group. The house is spacious and well equipped (except for pool towels). It's ideally close to the beach and several restaurants. Definitely the perfect house for larger groups. The property management company was very responsive and professional.

We had a great stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean, well stocked, and the location was fantastic. The photos were very accurate. We had a very rainy weekend and didnt get a chance to enjoy the 2 decks and pool. We did spend time on the game room and the window by the bathroom had a small leak when to wind and rain blew onto it. Highly recommend this home!

Loved the house and the location. Had a group from Columbia coming down for a long weekend to celebrate my wife's birthday and it was the perfect spot for the 14 of us. The upstairs balconies and pool areas were great, would stay here again. Only drawback/weird feature was the upstairs 4th floor bedroom where the stairs lead straight into the bedroom with 2 queens with a 3rd queen in a door off to the left. It's not bad persay but we did not end up utilizing those beds because we wanted to use the big balcony, which was great.

The property is lovely, in a great location, and was very comfortable for us. However, there was a significant black mold problem in the game room, with mold covering the AC ductwork throughout the ceiling and the ductwork insulation flaking off pieces of mold-covered insulation onto the floor. The property managers said they were aware of the mold problem and sent someone out to spray it with bleach, but this didn’t address the issue and it prevented us from enjoying that space. This seems to be a long term issue and should have been disclosed in the listing. Had we known of it, we would have rented a different property, particularly as we had young children with us.

We did our best to take advantage of all the spaces in the house — from the rooftop deck to game room to the pool. It was a great spot with a short walk to the beach. And even though it was near the bars and “downtown” it wasn’t busy at all. Even in high August. We did notice that some areas of the house could use some updating. The biggest issue we felt was in the game room area. All the ceiling HVAC and pipes were wrapped in deteriorating and what looked like mold from the humidity and dampness. Prices falling and such was a bit uck. The other thing was the creaky stairs. Since there are lots of levels and beds on each it was challenging to sneak in and out in the early mornings or late night. The only area which was not quite describe well on the site was the top floor bedrooms. There is no door to the double queen. And the queen bedroom has to walk through the double queen to use the stairs and bathroom. It worked out ok for us, but we could see where that might be odd for another group. All and all we enjoyed the house and our week at IOP.

Large family gathering at IOP

This house worked very well for our multigenerational family gathering. The oldest kids/young adult were on the 4th level (which was a little warm but ok), grandparents on main level, and everyone else on the 2nd floor one up from pool. The kids used the pool every day and loved the game room - nice to have the extra space to spread out. The kitchen worked fine even with so many people. Nobody wanted to get in the elevator but it worked fine. We all got a lot of steps in with the vertical living but the arrangement worked well, very close to beach.

Love the location and plenty of space! Game room and pool were perfect to keep everyone entertained while at the house. Would have loved ceiling fans or at least box fans in each bedroom. Might consider some texture strips to the stairs to prevent falls. Overall, highly recommend this property!

Lots of rooms, a little too close to public beach

There were a lot of beds and several different spaces for hanging out which was great for our teenagers. It was located close to downtown and the public beach access where the beach is very crowded. We ended up renting a golf cart to drive to a beach access further down the beach. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. It was a good price for the size of house but I don’t think it was the house for us.

We stayed at this incredible property for our wedding weekend, and it was perfect in every way! We actually rented two houses—one for the groom’s party and one for the bride’s—and this one completely blew the other out of the water!The house is clean, beautifully decorated, and so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The amenities are amazing: a large heated pool, indoor games, spacious and cozy common areas, and multiple balconies with stunning views. Every room was adorable and super comfortable—perfect for relaxing with friends before the big day.The location couldn’t be better. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beach and within steps of restaurants and bars. We barely needed to use a car the entire weekend! This house truly helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable.If you're considering staying in Isle of Palms, do not hesitate—this is hands down the best property on IOP. Rent it now!

Perfect Weekend

Amazing stay for a girls weekend away. Property was fantastic and a very short walk to local bars, restaurants and beach as well as the grocery store. House had all the beach and kitchen gear we needed. Would absolutely stay again.

Great weekend with all the girls

House was amazing and hosts were accommodating. Love how there are so many bedrooms and they aren’t just cramming ten beds into one room. We had a bunch of girls for our bachelorette weekend and everyone was comfortable. Also location is prime! A block away from the beach and an easy uber to Charleston

40th Birthday Friends Getaway

We had the best time celebrating my husbands 40th birthday. The home was so clean, beautifully decorated, warm and inviting. It was perfectly located with the beach, bars, restaurants and shops all a short walk away. The group loved it so much, we’re making plans to return!

This is our second rental property in IOP.
Our other home has almost 100 5 star reviews so be confident we take pride in offering beautiful homes for our guests to make great memories with family and friends. Just purchased in April 2019 and many updates already including top to bottom painting inside and out, resurfacing of the roof, outside uplighting, all new family room furniture, new dining room furniture, new counter stools. Most of the outside furniture is new including an amazing rooftop seating area. Art, pillows, decor, lamps, family games are all new as of April 2019 as well as the grill and keurig coffee maker.
