Amazing and Cozy

We had a fabulous time here. Our daughter's birthday and we invited family and friends over to celebrate. Great Location. The host was very quick to respond and friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice and spacious

This was a spacious and comfortable place to stay! Quiet neighborhood. It was perfect for our needs and close to restaurants and Walmart but hidden away from the main traffic through town.

Everything we needed and then some. Host very timely with information. More kitchen amenities than some others. Gas grill was helpful. Playroom set up great for the kids and adults. Quiet neighborhood, great space, very clean. Would definitely recommend

Great Home For Family Vacation In Heber Springs

The house was very clean, cool, and comfortable. We enjoyed everything about the house including the reclining sofas, cold AC, very well stocked kitchen, nice showers, comfortable bedding, and the basketball out back. We would love to stay here again next year.

I loved the layout and the two TV's helped a lot for me bringing my gaming consoles and any other devices a lot of room on the property for my family and friends as well

Family Christmas

The family enjoyed their stay will stay again when in the area. Only complaint was that the kitchen lights flicker when the oven or heat/air system come on. Beautifully decorated house.

Be sure to bring your own bath soap

Area and house were fine. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Could use a hand mixer for cakes. The pool table was enjoyed by all. Would rent this again!

Heber Springs Reunion

Great location in quiet, well kept neighborhood. The property is within a couple of miles from family with permanent home in Heber Springs so it was in a very convenient location for us. The toilet in the master bath needs maintenance attention and there were cobwebs seen along baseboards and ceilings. We would definitely stay in the property again as the opportunity arises.

Perfect location to fish multiple areas of Little Red River

Three friends and I stayed at house on trip to fish Little Red River. Perfect location to access all points we wanted to fish. Each night we cooked dinner in, so gas grill and stocked kitchen were great. The pool table got slot of use each night too. Very happy with house and highly recommend if in area.

Perfect Lake House

This property was well furnished, decorated nice, easy to get to and had plenty of space. My kids enjoyed the tic tac toe game and pool table. Property owner was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Nice Location

The pool table and games were great, especially for kids. The location was really good, and the neighborhood was very pretty. The kitchen and living room decor were very attractive and up-to-date. If you are a shorter person, some of the beds may be a tad too tall, but everyone should find one to his liking. The home is close to the Dam Site Marina, several really good restaurants, as well as in close proximity to Walmart.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is amazing and the location is close to a lake, the river and places to eat. Everything is so new and fresh. I had to show my 10 year old son my pool skills. Overall, we give it a solid 10!

Beautifully decorated; Exactly as advertised!

We stayed in this rental December 26-28, while in town for a basketball tournament. This home is beautifully decorated and the renovations are amazing! The home is exactly as described in the pictures. It’s clean, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. My kids loved the fenced in backyard and basketball goal. The weather was beautiful, so they were able to stay outside a good amount of the time while we weren’t at games. Wal Mart and other shopping opportunities are just up the road—the location was great! We will definitely plan to stay here again when we are back on the area! Highly recommend!

Beautiful home, perfect location

We loved this beautiful home. The renovations and decorations are absolutely gorgeous. Had everything we needed, plenty of space for our family to spread out. We used the kitchen often and enjoyed the pool table. Location is justiniyes from the town and a short walk to the Waters edge. We will be back!

5 Star House!

This house was the most beautifully decorated house we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in Heber Springs area 3 times this year! The house was so clean! It looks like you are staying in a house straight from a magazine! Everything was stocked. Beds and couches were so comfortable and clean! We brought a pontoon and jet ski to spend on the lake with. This house was conveniently located close to a boat ramp to load into the water. The house also had plenty of room to park two SUVs, a pontoon, and a jet ski. We arrived late at night and had no problem finding the house. There was so much room for two families! We enjoyed our stay and this home very much! Thank you!
