Esta casa fue renovada en 2018 con un segundo baño completo agregado y recién amueblada en 2019. Hermoso vecindario tranquilo del lado este a solo una cuadra del Lago Superior, playas y senderos para bicicletas. A tres cuadras de la popular tercera calle y 5 cuadras del centro. Amplio patio trasero y todas las comodidades para que su estancia en Marquette sea cómoda. Garaje para 4 coches completo para almacenamiento. Muebles de patio disponibles también.

Clean, cozy home. Good location. Large back yard with deck. Cozy seating area in the front. It met all of our needs. The host, Tim was responsive and friendly. The only very slight problem is that the cookware is old and worn.I grew up in the UP and we come to visit with family yearly. We will seek this home out again. We appreciate that it is affordable.

Fall Getaway

Very roomy and practical in a quiet neighborhood. Good for a family of all ages or a couple getting away. A great location with close access to 3rd street, Washington street, the lakeshore and beyond.

Love this home!

My husband and I have stayed twice at this lovely property. It's impeccably furnished and maintained. Lake Superior is a short walk away. It's also very close to the Washington/Third Street business corridors. We loved staying here, and hope to stay again.

My old college roommate and I had a terrific stay. Loved the house and how well it is cared for and outfitted. For our visiting purposes, the location is ideal. Next time I visit Marquette, probably in a year, I know where I'm going to stay

Excellent property!

We were very happy with our stay! The place is cute as a button & very clean and well maintained. Very cute neighborhood. Great location, close to all the shops, restaurants, hikes and for us it was important to be close to Northern Michigan University for our sons freshman orientation. Would highly recommend.

Great Marquette Location

The house was spotless and communication/check-in was easy and seamless. The layout of the house and outside deck was perfect for a small family gathering. The location though was the best feature. It is in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from the beach and in centrally located between downtown, NMU, and the 3rd street entertainment options.

Family get away

Wonderful time hiking, biking, running and just playing at the beach. Definitely looking to try and book again. House had everything we needed even traveling with 2 small children.

Family visit to Marquette

We had a great stay! House was clean. Quiet neighborhood. Had a wonderful visit with our son who’s at NMU. My parents joined us and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend this house for visiting Marquette!

Perfect place to stay! Loved having a huge driveway (no need to park in the street), my elderly father has mobility issues and had an easy time navigating the ranch style home, internet and cable worked perfectly. Great location and well equipped home.

Great house and host

This was a comfortable, clean house with all the amenities we needed, including the use of the garage to store our outdoor toys. Our host, Tim, made the stay easy and uncomplicated. The description was very accurate.

Cute house close to beach & town

Cute, comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Easy walk to beach and lighthouse. 20 minute walk to town for shops and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with small kitchen table. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and 3rd bedroom has a twin. The home & location worked well for the 2 of us.

Just Perfect!

Everything about Tim's home met or exceeded expectations! The home and location were perfect for our short getaway to Marquette. The home is cozy, very comfortable, and located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood just a short walk to the sandy beach of Lake Superior! Everything you could possibly need is available; just bring your clothes, food, and you're good to go. We will definitely stay again when next in Marquette.
