Muy fresco, diseñado profesionalmente, colorido, de mediados de siglo, apartamento de 1 dormitorio en el corazón del moderno y vibrante pueblo de East. Buena ubicación. Salir a bares fabulosos, cafeterías, boutiques y vrestaurants. Barrio seguro cerca de la mayoría de todas las líneas de tren. Bonita calle arbolada. El piso tiene un montón de ventanas y mucha luz. Un piso a través con un dormitorio en la parte trasera que da a un patio asegura un sueño tranquilo y reparador. El último piso de un encantador siglo 1900 subir. Perfecto para 1 o 2 adultos. Cómodo ordenado y único. Gran sensación y experiencia de Nueva York.

My apartment is located in one of the best areas in New York City. This one-bedroom gem is on a prime and pretty tree-lined street in the vibrant East Village, It's on the top floor of a walk-up building, built in the early 1900s, and has charm and character. This is one of the most desirable areas to stay in when visiting NYC, as it boasts incredible
eateries, cafes, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, and more. A short walk to most subways makes it easy to get to just about anywhere in the city, Brooklyn, and Queens. Finding taxis or Ubers is also very easy, and the area is extremely walkable and safe. Located on a pretty tree-lined street and being on the top floor has many advantages including LOTS of sunlight, tree-top views, and neighboring low buildings, zoned for historic preservation and since no one is walking above, it's quiet when going to sleep after a fun day of exploring!

Safe, charming, beautifully decorated with lovely upscale pieces from the mid-century, and minimal yet cozy. All lights on dimmers for the atmosphere in the evening. Floor-through apartment with southern exposure with a back-facing bedroom for quiet at night. LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Please note there is NO STOVE so this is not the place for chefs. I have electric appliances for light meal prep, a french press, and pour-over, an electric kettle, all the usual kitchen items, dishes, glasses, mugs, etc... There is a ton of great food ranging from cheap to pricey and in between. The apartment is suitable for single people or couples. I'm available to help with anything you may need to make your stay a happy one!
