Cabina encantadora en el barrio del lago privado aislado. Cabina principal incluye dormitorio loft grande con cama king size. Cocina completa y baño completo. Gran sala con techo de 20 pies. Decoración rústica del lago. La gran sala tiene un sofá Futon con 2 sillas Futon que todos duermen 4. Mini split AC / Heat. Bunkie separado duerme 2 con aire acondicionado / calor. Gran porche trasero con vista al gran lote frente al mar con muelle privado y área de descanso. Parrilla de gas al aire libre. Zona común separada con gran fogón con vistas al agua.

A 10 minutos de Ben Wheeler y Edom. 15 millas de Canton y Canton Trade Days el 1er lunes los fines de semana.

Charlie and Eric's lakefront cabin is AMAZING!!! So comfortable and cozy, the property is beautiful, the dock,firepit perfect. Had a great time fishing and just relaxing. Charlie and Eric are amazing Hosts they had a wonderful welcome basket and beautiful Anniversary card for us when we arrived. 1st class, offered us a boat ride around the lake so sweet. This is our new annual retreat spot for our Anniversary. Thank You Thank You C & E for letting us enjoy your little piece of Paradise.Michael & Sherri

Cabin was well appointed and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Hosts were very responsive to all questions we asked.The catfish finally showed up on the third evening we were there before a big rainstorm moved through the area.

We had the most relaxing time. Very comfortable accommodations. The lake was beautiful and my husband enjoyed fishing. We canoed around the lake and just had the best time.

My husband and I wanted a little get away out of the city to enjoy each other for our 30th wedding anniversary. This lake house is so cozy. We got to do a lot of fishing which we love to do. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay, the only complaint is it wasn't long enough. Charlie was so helpful and kind. I loved that they don't charge for the kayaks and canoes The house is in a gated community. But you are not on top of others. I wish i could have enjoyed the fire pit they started for us more. We will be back hopefully really soon. Thank you guys so much!!! If you decide to stay hear you won't regret it. You will really enjoy this property!

Unpack, unwind, and enjoy!

Perfect place for unplugging and relaxing! The cabin, grounds and view of the lake were exactly what we were looking for. The hospitality from the hosts was exceptional. We are definitely planning on frequent visits to this gem!

Perfectly Relaxing

I spent a fantastic weekend staying here! The cottage is adorable and very comfortable. All I wanted was to sit on the pier, read, and relax and this was the perfect place to do it. I highly recommend everything about this place for anyone who wants to get away and unwind!

Relaxing lake house

A very beautiful lake house on Calender lake very quiet very relaxing , beautiful view from the house. Charlie & Eric were wonderful host. We shall make the 4 hour trip from Friendswood again

Relax and rejuvenate

This is the perfect spot to just relax and get rid of all of your anxiety. The beautiful views and near by small towns are exactly what is needed to hit that restart button. The hosts are very welcoming and informative about the area and can give you suggestions on what to do and where to go to make the stay more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back!

Fabulous hosts and cabin!

Our only regret is that we didn’t book for a longer period of time! Loved the cabin and the hosts. Very comfortable. Beautiful view of the lake. Close enough to Canton for Trade Days but far enough out to not be in the ongoing crowds. We want to come back soon!

Girl trip to Canton!

How lucky we fell to find this hidden little gem so close to Canton Trade Days! The accommodations were lovely and on a lake. Not only did we have a lake view, but a dock as well, to enjoy our complimentary wine and cheese. Eric and Charlie were superb hosts, and even took us on a evening boat ride. We are already making plans to return and stay in this quite, quaint cabin! We would give this 10 stars if possible!! Thank you again Charlie and Eric! Your OK new friends , Sheryl, Janice and Claire

Peace & Quiet on the Lake

Absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! The owners are very friendly and helpful, and their place is very well done, including little touches all over the place that made our stay even more enjoyable. There’s a dock on the lake for sitting and chilling, and there’s also a porch that you can sit on just outside the house for doing the same thing. The inside was done very tastefully and includes everything you need to enjoy the weekend — including a full kitchen and bathroom and a very comfortable living room with a smart TV if you want to watch movies together. The upstairs loft has a king size bed that is comfortable and stays cool with the ceiling fan over the bed and a very adequate air conditioning unit below in the living room. This place also has a cute little separate bedroom if you plan on having another couple in town on the lake with you. The owners also have a fire pit with wood to use if you want to sit by the fire and they have kayaks and a canoe and things to float on in the water if you’re interested in that. My wife and I will definitely try to get back again and recommend it for anyone who is just looking for a quiet getaway alone or perhaps with another couple.

A Hidden Gem!

Our stay was perfect! We didn’t really know what to expect, being that no one really knows about Callendar Lake. First off, it held a very aesthetic setting. Everything that was needed to capitalize on the lake and outdoors scene was provided by Eric and Charlie. They allowed us to use their two kayaks and canoe as freely as we chose. It’s the little things that matter. They also provided us wine and cheese, crackers, and a few other drinks and snacks. Eric and Charlie were there when we arrived to welcome us very warmly. On our second night, Charlie started a fire for us. We asked him to join us that night for some wine by the fire and it ended up being such great conversation! We enjoyed his company very much. Without Charlie’s company, I would rate the trip at a 10/10. But considering Charlie and Eric’s hospitality and friendliness, the scale is broken. I will be booking this place often!!
