Esta casa unifamiliar de propiedad familiar se encuentra en el complejo Ptarmigan bellamente situado en Gore Creek. El condominio acaba de ser completamente remodelado. Nuevos pisos de madera noble, cocina nueva con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, lavadora y secadora nuevas, colchones nuevos, baños nuevos con azulejos y gabinetes renovados: el condominio es hermoso. DORMIR / RESERVAR PARA 4 PERSONAS MÁXIMO

El Town of Vail Bus es gratuito y está a solo unos pasos de la casa. La ubicación no podría ser mejor con todas las necesidades de compras imaginables a menos de media milla de distancia, incluidas Safeway, Dry Cleaners, Ace Hardware, Liquor Store, Subway, Gas Station, Sports Authority y más. El aeropuerto Eagle / Vail está a aproximadamente 35-40 minutos y el aeropuerto internacional de Denver a aproximadamente dos horas. El complejo cuenta con una piscina climatizada para uso en los meses de verano que está abierta del 31 de mayo al 31 de agosto. Además, hay un jacuzzi interior disponible para los meses de invierno.

Nuestra casa es acogedora y conveniente ... solo desea que desee para su estadía en Vail. Ven a esquiar en el invierno, pesca con mosca en el verano ... o simplemente ven a visitarnos si quieres. En cualquier época del año, Vail es un destino maravilloso. La casa adosada tiene dos dormitorios y 3 baños. El principal tiene una cama king con baño en suite, el segundo dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales y un baño completo al lado. Todas las sábanas y colchones son nuevos. Arriba, entre las dos habitaciones, hay una sala con una cómoda sala de estar equipada con un televisor LCD de 42 pulgadas / TV por cable / reproductor de DVD.

En la planta baja tiene un baño completo, sala de estar, área de comedor con capacidad para 6 y una sala de lavandería. Hay una TV LCD de 60 "pulgadas / reproductor de cable / DVD en la sala de estar principal con una línea completa de canales por cable. Hay un sistema de altavoces SONOS para música: descargue la aplicación y escuche su música favorita. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y una sala de lavandería con una nueva lavadora y secadora, así como mucho espacio de almacenamiento para su equipo. La cocina ha sido recientemente remodelada, así como los 3 baños.

Solo permitimos un MÁXIMO de 4 invitados ... lo siento, pero no hay "sofás cama" ni nada de esa naturaleza. Si es evidente que más de los huéspedes permitidos según su contrato de alquiler se hospedan en el condominio, se perderá el depósito del inquilino.

Este es un lugar fantástico justo en Gore Creek y convenientemente ubicado a todo lo que Vail tiene para ofrecer. Reserve sus vacaciones AHORA!

Great place

Easy check in, good communication, nice place. There was a lot of food in the fridge which was a little weird but it was easy enough for us to separate our stuff from the owner's.

Great location. Great patio overlooking the river. Did have an small issue with bugs (moths, knats and such) but that was mostly in the afternoon. Nice sitting room upstairs w TV - would be great for kids while the adults visited downstairs. Loved the place and would definitely revisit!

Paradise in Vail

Our first time at this property, but certainly (and hopefully) won't be our last. Perfect location right next to Gore Creek. Bus service is a plus, especially since parking at Vail Village can be difficult to find. The bus stop is conveniently located just steps away from the townhome at the entrance to the complex. The weather was hot but if you leave the windows open at night and closed during the day, you'll be pleasantly surprised how comfortable it was. We were surprised of a previous comment stating this method didn't work, but it did for us. Relaxing on the deck watching over the creek was therapeutic. We were worried about insects and bugs, but it wasn't a nuisance at all. JIC, we brought (and left) a citronella plant on the deck. The property was very clean and in excellent condition. We were glad to learn about Inga Prime's life. She was a remarkable person. Looking forward to our next stay!!!

We had a great stay at Inga's Condo. It was beautifully stocked, and even had some food stocked in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. I missed an email that identified the condo # so I called the owner who picked up and helped us right away. I will say that the VRBO App (for Iphone) was disappointing as all the links to additional data did not work for my reservation. The bus service was a great surprise. Always on time, and really convenient . I would gladly stay here again.

Serene Gore Creek Views

We enjoyed our stay at this West Vail property a lot. Property is very clean and well maintained with lots of nice decorations and scenic relaxing views of the Gore Creek. Living room was very comfortable for four people and beds were fine for my wife, myself, and our two adult sons. Because place is immaculate, there are reasonable requests to not wear boots or shoes beyond the entry way. We were glad that we brought a SUV for going skiing. There is a bus that comes by every twenty to thirty minutes, but it takes longer to get to the Vail Village or Lionshead area than if you have a vehicle. We travel to Vail a lot, and if we aren't staying within walking distance of the lifts, this would be a place we would try to come back to.

INGA's House

Inga's house is in a great location. The owner was very helpful in providing information about the area, places to rent equipment and places to eat. The only things I'd like to see a little different are: 1) It was funny but..... in turning on the hot water heater, I didn't right away notice the dial on the heater and thought it was done in another way. So our first shower was minimally warm. Then I figured it out. So, improved instructions for that 2) I probably did not drink enough water. But, I got very dry in the house, both my nose , mouth, and throat. Would like to see humidifers available 3) The mattress I slept on was very soft and not comfortable. After the 2nd day my back was very sore and I didn't sleep well as turning in the bed was like fighting gravity Having said that, the house is in a great location. The hot tub is very close by and very nice. Aside from the 3 "issues" described above I'd highly recommend Inga's House and the very accomodating owners!!

Lawrence- So sorry you had difficulty with the hot water heater. I will be sure in the future to leave more detailed instructions on how to turn it up or down, there never has been an issue before. As for the humidifiers, they are there, they are in the closets of each bedroom. Im sorry you did not see them. And apologies for the comfort of the bed, I get lots of other comments from renters how much people love the beds, they were all fairly new mattress- purchased 3 years ago. I hope otherwise you had a nice stay.

Great Stay Overall

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this Vail townhouse. Perfectly set up for our family with small kids. The overall layout and amenities of the unit are just what you need. Plenty of sleeping space(s) and bathrooms for everyone. The unit + back deck are situated right on Gore Creek, which was wonderful! The location is just about perfect but is beyond walking distance from Vail Village (about 2.5 miles away). There is quick access on/off the interstate, which was more of our emphasis. The free Vail shuttle picks up right at the property entrance, and is very convenient to ride just about anywhere - although once we discovered summer parking in the village is free, we generally just drove to our destinations. The Gore Creek Trail is great and we did utilize it for recreation and access to a nearby park for the kids. The outdoor pool was nice and looks to be recently updated. We met several of the permanent residents of the community, all of whom were very friendly, helpful and welcoming to us as short-term renters. We were in Vail during a pretty warm summer week and the unit doesn’t have AC - this isn’t uncommon but led to some hot days & nights and a somewhat musty smell in the unit. We did our best to open windows at night to cool it down but after a few days it turned into a losing battle. Obviously the weather is outside of anyone’s control, but some fans would have helped - maybe there were some there but we didn’t find any. Overall quite positive, we would stay again.

Wonderful home

This property exceeded our expectations. The interior is exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The earby bus stop made for easy transportation for skiing. We look forward to returning next season.

A Taste of Europe in Vail

Nice condo in West Vail. Convenient to ski bus. Quiet complex. The best was the condo which has been completely updated, clean, well-stocked, and furnished like you’re in Switzerland. Owner was responsive when we encountered a small issue and resolved within hours. I do not recommend for large groups or partiers - it’s not that kind of a rental.

My daughter and I went to Vail for a girls weekend away and had a wonderful time staying in Virginia’s condo! She provides a delightful home with comfy beds, linens, and lush robes, lots of kitchen items and necessities, and beautiful location right on Gore Creek! Breakfast on the deck was a must every morning! Only 5-10 minute drive to Vail Village and Lionshead so very easy getting around. Virginia also addressed any questions I had prior to our visit and was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely stay there again! Sent from my iPad

wonderful condo on the Gore Creek

We've stayed in condos at Ptarmigan Town Homes for decades, a great location in West Vail with a convenient bus to town. This unit is in the corner of the property and has a large deck on the creek that is relatively free of highway noise. The condo itself is very nicely appointed.

We absolutely loved it. We would love to come back again. We loved the high end everything,,, lol. From appliances to towels to bedding to granite to warmness as if it’s your own home. Mostly,,, sitting on the deck while the stream rolls by. So relaxing and peaceful.

Private Deck Overlooks Gore Creek

Relaxing, rustic yet elegant decor. Nicely equipped modern kitchen. Two spacious bedrooms and den upstairs. Three baths with polished marble and glass, all with showers. But most of all we loved the quiet location of this corner unit, right on the creek. Thanks for sharing. We would love to return.

Exceeded expectations!

The location on the river was wonderful! Cleanliness, quality of bedding, kitchen and furnishings exceeded our expectations! Love the location, and ability to walk/bike the gore creek trail to Lionshead/Vail. We had a minor issue with wifi, and Kathleen took care of it right away. We will definitely stay here again!

Winter wonderland

We had an amazing time staying here. The condo is perfectly comfy as well As stocked with any thing you could need. The place was super clean quiet and close to mountain. We did not want to leave and if I ever visit Vail again would definitely try to stay here again!!!!!! Thank you for sharing your home.
