Casa Mare es una propiedad frente al mar ubicada a solo 2 millas al sur del centro histórico de Granbury. Esta propiedad acaba de terminar una renovación extensa y tiene muchas actividades para cualquier edad.

Esta propiedad de 4 habitaciones y 3 1/2 baños ofrece un gran patio trasero con magníficas vistas al agua de nuestro canal natural. Dos dormitorios en la planta superior también tienen balcones privados que dan a la parte trasera de la propiedad.

La propiedad tiene un muelle privado de 55 pies de largo que se puede usar para estacionamiento de botes, pesca y natación.

Amazing place to stay

Our stay at Mare Casa was just amazing. The home was very clean, smelled good, the view was stunning and everything was perfect. We especially loved the back deck and sitting out there for morning coffee.

We booked this location for our family to celebrate some landmark anniversaries in our family. We loved the location and we were all able to stay comfortably. We would stay here again! They left welcome gifts and made it easy to stay.

We stayed during the Granbury Wine Walk weekend and it was fantastic! Everything we needed! House was beautiful and the patios and decks were perfect. Will definitely stay here again!

Great spring break getaway

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice and updated the home was. The views from the back deck were beautiful and it was quiet in the neighborhood throughout our stay. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the home is close to many activities and shopping. Will definitely want to stay here again!

Awesome place to stay!

This is a great place to stay with your family. It's been remodeled and is beautiful. When it got so hot during the afternoon the kids played air hockey and foosball that were in a game room. We will certainly be back!!!!!

Great Get Away

We spent our Spring Break at this wonderful lake house in Granbury. It was great to hang out with family, fish, kayak and watch movies. My kids also enjoyed the game room. It was great!

Great Property in a Beautiful Setting

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The home was spacious and clean. Everything we needed for an easy and worry free stay was provided. We especially enjoyed sitting and relaxing on the deck overlooking the water. We will definitely rent again when we get back to Granbury. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Perfect getaway

Beautiful and well maintained home. We enjoyed fishing, watching movies and the game room. Quite neighborhood with picturesque views all around. Owners were easy to contact and very friendly. Hope to stay again in the future.

4th of July

Great summer get away right on the lake Super clean, great a/c during the Texas heat and has plenty of amenities to make a good stay. Easy check in and good communication with owners There are a lot of stairs to the dock but worth the ease of access having the boat at our fingertips. 10/10 would stay again

We purchased this property after returning from working overseas. With a weekend rental in-mind and enjoying hosting, we rebuilt the home to be comfortable and relaxing for our guest.

We hope that you will enjoy Casa Mare and the comforts that it provides.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

With a large double lot and many trees, it is possible to see some great wildlife on the property.

From the back patio overlooking the water, you are sure to enjoy the peace an quiet of a early sunrise.

There is nothing like being the first out on the lake for a morning wakeboard session before breakfast and coffee.

Fishing off of the dock is great for catfish, bass and crappie. The 55 foot dock offers plenty of room for parallel boat and jet ski parking and still allow for swimming and fishing.
