Great location!

Our family had a ski vacation and the location was great along with the condo! Had a nice setup for a family of 5. Very convenient to get to the slopes via Uber, bus, etc. Parking in garage was very handy as well. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay close to the riverfront gondola

Family of four had a great time and the unit accommodated is perfectly. Teenager even said it was the most comfortable sleeper sofa she had ever slept on. Short 3 min walk to the gondola. Underground parking and convenient ski lockers. We will be back!

2 bedroom condo steps away from the Riverfront Express Gondola

We really enjoyed our week in this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo just a short walk away from the gondola up to Beaver Creek. The parking garage, elevator, and ski locker make getting to and from the slopes much easier. The unit itself was clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies/utensils. The view from the balcony can’t be beat, either. It is a short 2-3 minute drive to the ski rental shops, restaurants and the grocery store. Communication with the property manager was very smooth, and any minor problems were handled quickly.

Great property! Will stay here again. Easy walk to Gondola. If you have a tall car/truck with luggage rack, majority of parking is under ground, limit of 7’.

Great Summer stay

Excellent. Property manager is a professional. Location is very convenient and access to Beaver Creek Resort is within walking distance. The unit is spacious,and has great mountain views.

Great location

Perfect location if you want to access Vail, Breckenridge, etc. While there is not a pool at the complex, the Avon Recreational center is a two minute walk away and a great place to unwind after a day of outdoor activities. Though there is no air conditioning in the unit, there are multiple fans that helped us stay cool at night. Will definitely recommend this unit to our friends who wish to explore Colorado while traveling with families!

Clean and Comfortable Property

I recently stayed in this property with my family, including three young children. The condo was very clean on our arrival and has lots of updates. It was spacious enough for the five of us, and the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and kitchen tools. The only thing missing is AC, which isn't a big deal during ski season, but we happened to be there during a June heatwave, and we are just accustomed to having it. The condo is located close to shopping plazas, walking trails, and a community playground that my kids loved. There is no pool in the complex, which is one downside when you're traveling with little kids. Debbie was very helpful and responsive when I had questions.

Perfect location for a ski vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a short walk to the skier express bus stop at Avon Station and to the Beaver Creek landing gondola. We cooked lots of meals and appreciated the well stocked kitchen including spices. We used the washer and dryer in the unit daily. We also used the ski locker in the underground garage. Debbie responded to every question and request within minutes and even sent a handyman on Saturday night to fix a problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Cozy Condo

The best thing about the property is the location to the Riverfront Express Gondola - it's just across the street. The condo itself is well-stocked but showing signs of wear in the furniture/walls/doors.

Clean and comfortable condo

We enjoyed staying in this condo. The location was great! . The place was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. We have two children and I will say that the living room furniture was hard to fit everyone comfortably. After a long day of skiing, you want to be able to stretch out and relax. This is not the best furniture set up and I would recommend the owners upgrade the living room furniture. One other negative was the place is really dark. Overall, this place is a good value and mostly comfortable.

Convenient to ski gondola, and cozy!

We thought the unit was comfortable and very well-stocked. The locking system was very funky however. Why only one key for both unit and ski locker? The key code holder was worn out and kept hitting the knob. As you know the shutter over the key code wouldn’t budge when we left.

Miserable Experience

Stay somewhere else if you have the opportunity. The last night of our stay we woke up at midnight to water coming into the unit from an overflowing toilet above. My wife and I worked until 3:30am to mitigate damage by putting out buckets and pouring out the buckets into tubs (the water was disgusting). We also worked the phones, calling the property manager and beaver creek resort multiple times. We finally got the property manager, and she did not even offer to come over and help with the cleanup/mitigation. We finally tracked down someone with Beaver Creek emergency services to turn off the water upstairs to stop the flooding. We missed our last day of skiing the next morning from exhaustion. The owner offered one night refund when we asked for two given we missed our last ski day. Neither the property manager or owner thanked us, but rather the property manager texted "owner above has insurance to cover whatever damage may have been, and last day of skiing could have still been since you had a departure of 10am originally and thankfully I was able to delay." The delay she gave us was 1 hour to 11:00am after I had to ask for it! So basically they didn't care because the unit above was covering, and we could have skied on about 3 hours sleep. But at least we got an extra hour to check out and were able to wash and dry all of their towels for them after cleaning up yellow water...and who knows maybe they were able to keep their next week's renter.

Great location, clean condo, responsive management

This property was great to stay at. Debbie made sure we knew what to do to check-in, park, and get settled. It is a very short walk to the gondola making it easy to get to Beaver Creek with little effort. Also, the pull out couch is super nice with a foam mattress. Loved this place.

Easy Access to public shuttle buses

Condo was very large, plenty of storage for clothing , etc. Kitchen and bathrooms stocked with everything you would ever need. Grocery store just a short shuttle ride. Skier shuttle very easy to ride back and forth to Beaver Creek.

Winter break 2021

December 2021 Location: very convenient, 4 min walk (in ski boots) to the Riverfront gondola. Skier bus shuttle stop is right across the street. Bus takes you to Beaver creek village. Close to the restaurants as well. Property: clean, cozy, plenty of kitchen utensils, comfortable beds. Ski storage and garage are big pluses. Management: there was a problem prior our arrival. Debbie was great in communicating and solving the problem. Overall: definitely would stay here again and recommend to friends.

Owners own 2 units in this complex and personally use another recently renovated unit on the top floor and purchased this unit as an investment. This unit is conveniently located steps from the elevator and on the same floor as the fitness room. The flooring in living room has been replaced with a luxury vinyl plank tile and this very comfortable and quiet. The bathrooms were recently retiled to also provide comfort and quietness. The kitchen is fully equipped with just about everything you could want and more. We hope you enjoy.
