Very comfortable bed. Surprisingly quiet. Was there for 6 days and parking was never available at the Basilica. Plan to pay to park and preload the parking app before you come. The automatic lights in the bathroom were troublesome. They would come on randomly at night and wake us, or turn off while you’re using the toilet and wouldn’t turn back on. Location was decent. Jolanda was kind and friendly.

The apartment was large and well appointed. There were some issues with damp in the bedroom area. The description states 2 bedrooms, there are not it is a very comfortable sofa bed in the main living area NOT a separate 2nd bedroom. There is a lovely bright garden in the back too. Parking was relatively straightforward right outside but was not free. The owner Jolanda, was great. She is very helpful and answer any questions quickly. The neighbourhood is well connected, but can feel a little sketchy in places. There is also some aircraft noise from the Brussels airport flight path.

Jolanda and Simon were very helpful and accommodating from start to finish. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again if traveling to Brussels in the future!

Perfect spot right outside of the City Center

This was an amazing place to stay. The metro is so close it gives you the best of both worlds. Our host was so sweet they even gave great food, pastry, and sites to see recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment is in a great location, close to the metro and only an easy 20 min train to the Christmas Markets. Highly recommend it!

Great location, park in front of the property, east access to the Metro, and neighborhood restaurants and shops. The apartment is great for family vacations with so many accommodating features. Attentive owner who was very helpful and recommended great places to eat. Definitely a wonderful apartment.

Wonderful place!

We loved everything about this apartment and the location. Lots of space for 3 adults and close to amenities. The park across the street is beautiful and Jolanda is a wonderful host ❤️

Jolanda was a great host. The house had everything we needed and Jolanda communicated really well coming up to our stay and made sure we were settled in before leaving.

Beautiful park side apartment

A beautifully decorated apartment with nice amenities. The location is great with a lovely park that runs the length of the street. The metro is just a 5 minute walk and then about 15 minutes to Brussels city center. There’s a great patisserie on the opposite side of the park. And also some very nice restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay!

beautiful, luxury apartment

We had a fabulous family holiday in Brussels . The apartment is stylish , clean and very spacious . Jolanda was nothing but helpful from booking to when we left . I have no hesitation in recommending this holiday rental and would love to return one day soon :)

Beautiful Apartment in a great location

We truly enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was cozy and conveniently located. Jolanda was incredibly welcoming and helpful. She even gave us a binder full of recommendations of places to eat and drink while we were there. If we’re ever lucky enough to come back, we will try to reserve the same apartment!

Wonderful Home Base in Brussels

The place was in a beautiful little neighborhood minutes from public transport and across from a lovely park - which made for great views from the home. Communication with the host before and during our trip was great and check in was a breeze. We loved the kitchen and were able to make several meals during our stay. It great that the metro was so close and we were easily able to head into town and get around to all the sights while also having a quiet place to retreat! Thanks Jolanda!!

lovely home

no A/C, that was an issue at the time. The neighborhood was not very user friendly - no close cafe's nor shops.

Dear Leigh, I’m sorry to hear that your experience was negative, but if you had read the listing carefully, you would have seen that there is no air conditioning, and that the apartment is not in the centre of Brussels but next to the park in a quiet area with restaurants and shops at walking distance. The house is constantly at 21°C, so pleasantly cool in summer and comfortably warm in winter. I hope you appreciated that my nephew drove 250 km to open the door and welcome you personally, and that a friend was there within 10 minutes to call a taxi for you — the taxi number is also on page 1 of the welcome book. I hope you still enjoyed Brussels.

Lovely apartment, great location and host.

Very clean, fresh and comfortable apartment with everything we needed and so close to the metro and bus/tram stops. We particularly enjoyed looking out on the lovely park and walking across it to a fabulous bakery, butchery, French restaurant, cafes and local shops. Great apartment with fantastic hosts

We stayed in the apartment for a month and loved it and the neighborhood, which was convenient to everything but not touristy. The hosts, who live just upstairs, could not be more helpful. We even invited them to "our place" for wine and a chat. The photos are accurate and the space is even bigger than it looks.
