Linda y sencilla. Recientemente redecorado con un tema de fluidez y confort. Es una casa antigua con características más nuevas y al mismo tiempo mantiene ese carácter pintoresco que solo las casas más antiguas tienen. Como saber un secreto que nunca puede ser revelado. Reserve esta casa y espere una estancia cómoda y cómoda lejos de casa. Amplia sala de estar, combinación de comedor con dos dormitorios fuera de la sala de estar / comedor. Hay dos camas tamaño queen en una habitación y una reina en otra habitación. El baño es muy básico con cabina de ducha, y también lavadora / secadora nuevas en el baño. La cocina tiene una estufa y un refrigerador nuevos y es lo suficientemente grande como para preparar y planificar una comida familiar gourmet. Convenient and cozy

The house is close to lots of shopping and the beautiful downtown area. Patricia was easy to deal with and had answers for all my questions.

Sister's trip

New Albany was a nice place to stay. Plenty of nice restaurants. The neighborhood the house is in okay, but not one you want to for a walk in. House had nice deck on back that we spent time on as the weather was great.

Perfect

Patrician was very fast in responding and very accommodating. We were driving to IN to visit my son for the holidays. He works and only had Christmas Day. It was the first Christmas together in 5 years. There was bad weather so we left to get there early not knowing what snow accumulation would be. We arrived earlier than expected. Patricia graciously accommodated us. This was a huge relief after my husband drove 10 hours with a two large dogs and a teen. The house was adorable and immaculate. We were greeted with a gift for us and for the dogs. It really made me feel welcomed. The location was very quiet and we had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely be returning. Thank you for helping make this Christmas perfect.

Perfect house in the perfect small town.

Perfect house in the perfect small town. We chose this house because it is dog friendly but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t clean and comfortable. And the bonus was the town of New Albany is so cute and so many places to walk the dogs. Cute downtown and great parks.

This property was excellent and really fit the needs for 6 people. The only downside is a second bathroom would be nice, but we all made it work with no issues. Many Stores and restaurants close to the facility. Patricia was awesome!

2 Bedrooms NOT 3 Bedrooms

The host was nice and house was clean. I expected 3 bedrooms as it is listed but found out it was only 2 bedrooms. The bedroom doors slide and have 2” gaps around the sides so there is no privacy. And house is right off of a Main Street so it is noisy at night and day with constant traffic. We were a bit concerned with the neighborhood.

Run down neighborhood

We arrived at the house and the host was attentive and responsive. However there is absolutely no way I would feel comfortable in the neighborhood. There was homeless people sitting in the front yard. Street parking only. I can’t believe no one has reviewed about this.

It was a nice house to stay in. Very close to anything you would want to visit in the area. Parking was very convenient. It was on a busy street, so u do hear cars driving by, but if ur not a light sleeper it shouldn’t be a bother

New Albany Gem

Very nice house in a small town that's not too far from Louisville. We were in town for the races at Churchill Downs and didn't want to stay in downtown. This house was perfect. Short commute to the races, close to gas stations/restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Great house

Patricia was fantastic and responsive. The house was very clean and well-kept, it was perfect for an event like the Derby where you're close enough to Louisville to be convenient but not have to pay outlandish prices. And New Albany is a really fun, eclectic town - lots of personality and unique restaurants, it was a fun weekend overall.

Great Girls Get Away!

Five of us came from Cincinnati to shop in Louisville. We shopped and ate in Louisville and New Albany. Great town and very safe. It was very spacious for sleeping and gathering to gab! Patricia was easy and wonderful to work with.

New Albany stay 2022

This is the second time I have stayed at this house. I love it there. It is easy to find and access, is always clean, warm, and inviting. It has all the amenities that anyone would need. Plus, Patricia is a joy to talk to and is always happy to assist with any questions I have had. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting a great place to stay while visiting the New Albany, Indiana area.
