Amplio y lujoso apartamento, CLASE 3 *** (amueblado con turismo) por la Prefectura, decorado con buen gusto, completamente renovado, ubicado en el corazón del centro histórico de Burdeos - (distrito clasificado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO). Ideal para parejas o personas solteras, que desean comodidad, calidad y que desean estar cerca de los más bellos monumentos, plazas y lugares turísticos de Burdeos, así como tiendas y restaurantes.
El apartamento es muy luminoso, ubicado en el 4to piso con ascensor en un edificio de piedra a la vista - (arquitectura Napoleón III). Elogiados por muchos turistas franceses y extranjeros, según su testimonio, al entrar en el apartamento, inmediatamente se sintieron cómodos y seguros, pudieron relajarse, cocinar, así como visitar y descubrir famosos viñedos y castillos del región. El océano con sus hermosas playas de arena con impresionantes vistas está a aproximadamente 45 minutos en coche del centro de la ciudad. Exclusivamente, puede disfrutar de algunos servicios adicionales incluidos en el alquiler, tales como: lustrador automático de zapatos, bodega y vaporizador vertical.

Wonderful apt in a great location

This was a place to stay for convenience to restaurants, shopping and site’s. The apartment was well equipped and very comfortable. The Owner/Host was very responsive to our requests and very helpful. We would stay there again in the future.

Great place

Stayed at this apartment for 6 days and it was great. It was clean and comfortable and very close to restaurants and all the popular sights and the tram was a 5 minute walk we loved the location.Don’t hesatat to rent it

Unfortunately , in term of communication, it was one of the most complicated with the client and above this, according to the report of our cleaning staff, they left the apartment in a deplorable state. The building is cleaned ones per week. This is a historical old (Napoleon III ) building in the hyper center of Bordeaux. However, we continue trying to offer the best experiences to our guests.

Perfect flat; centrally located

This flat was comfortable and well-equipped. It is centrally located and convenient to shops, restaurants, and the tram. Vibrant area but not too noisy. Martin was helpful, easy to reach. Would recommend.

Comfortable Apartment in Heart of Bordeaux

Lovely one bedroom apartment located in the center of Bordeaux. Cafes and bistros in every direction. Sufficient amenities to cook at home if you like. Grocery story just a few blocks away. Fourth floor with elevator. Easy access to tram and tourist attractions. The neighborhood is a very popular tourist area so expect nighttime street noise. Large window offer lots of light and a buffer from the noise. Very clean.

Lovely luxury apartment in the heart of Bordeaux

My wife and I stayed in this lovely luxury apartment in the heart of the Bourse District in Bordeaux for one month. Totally equipped and very clean. This is the BEST area to be located for access to many major attractions and cafes. Set on a walking street 1 minute walk from the Garrone River and the trams. On the 4th floor serviced by an elevator. The Host Martin could not have been more helpful at checkin and for any questions we had - even reviewed all the features and amenities of the apartment when we checked in. I have tried both VRBO and the not-named competition and I choose VRBO every time. Robert

An "immersive" Bordeaux experience

This is a clean, well-furnished, spacious apartment for 2 in the heart of Bordeaux's pedestrian area, especially nice for those who want to imagine they're living like locals (which we enjoyed very much). The building is dated and inconspicuous, with a tiny elevator (4 flights of stairs made for good exercise). This is a good thing in our opinion, so different from the hotel experience! The neighbors were quiet and friendly. The area is for walking, full of shops, restaurants, and bars, and historical sites. It's easy enough to get around the larger city and nearby towns too, once you learn the tram and train. Taxis are nearby and Uber is available, though it can take 15 minutes or more to get one and sometimes no cars were available. We will have fond memories of our week, feeling like we were really part of Bordeaux for a moment while still doing the things visitors do.

El apartamento, está localizado en el centro de la ciudad.

Esta en la zona peatonal, por lo que los taxis no llegan. Hay que pedirlos con anterioridad. La entrada al piso, saliendo del elevador, está peligrosa, ya que sales a las escaleras. Estuvimos encantados.

Bonjour, merci encore de séjourné chez nous. Oui, notre appartement se trouve au hypercentre historique de Bordeaux, semi-piéton, donc pas de circulation des voitures. Effectivement à Bordeaux mieux de réserver un taxi à l'avance, car au hypercentre, ils ne circulent pas sans clients. Dommage que vous ne nous avez pas sollicité à réserver un taxi pour vous, nous aurons pu le faire avec plaisir. Dans ce quartier, les immeubles étaient construits en 19eme siècle, nous sommes parmi des rares immeubles avoir pu installer un petit ascenseur. Dans notre mail, nous avons bien indiqué tous ces éléments avant votre arrivée. Merci encore et à très bientôt.

Fabulous location

This is one of the best VRBOs that we have ever stayed in. The location in the centre of the old city is great, with restaurants all around, as well as other services. The apartment is beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything we needed. It's a wonderful place to stay to get to know Bordeaux.

Excellent flat and location

This was an excellent place to stay in the center of the city. The lift was a life saver for an injured foot, and food abounds right outside the door. Street noise can be loud until late at night with living room windows open, but not a problem from the bedroom at all. Non of this was a deal breaker! Over all we loved this stay- nicely appointed apartment, secure and private. The windows provide amazing silence to the street hub-bub below. We highly recommend this apartment. We would gladly stay again!

Location is excellent! Right in the center, but remarkably quiet! Enjoyed the windows with screens—-let in the breeze and kept out the bugs! Martin is very available and helpful. Apartment is spacious and has a lot of light. Would highly recommend and will stay here again

Perfect location!

What a great apartment for a visit to Bordeaux. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again. The apartment is really quiet even though it is on a lively street. Keep in mind that it is on the 4th European, 5th US floor, so four flights of stairs up. The elevator works well, though it is only big enough for one person and luggage or two people. We used the stairs most of the time because it was quicker, and it’s good for our bodies. The instructions for entry and check-in were clear and easy to follow. Here are some other notes that may be helpful. None of these things would keep us from staying here, but expectation management can be helpful. Location This apartment is in a perfect location right in the heart of the St. Pierre quarter. It’s full of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops along a bunch of pedestrian streets. Rue Ste. Catherine is just up the street in one direction, and the quais just down the other. Groceries are close by, and stops for every tram line are a five-minute walk at most. While the tram is super-easy and convenient, we walked almost everywhere, as the apartment is so centrally located. Sleeping The bed is large and firm. Comfort is, of course, subjective. It seems to be a memory foam mattress and a little firm and warm for us, but we slept just fine. It was perfectly comfortable, and some will find it perfect. Bath The water gets more than hot enough, and the sink provides good water pressure. There is a bathtub with a shower head above. The tub is quite slippery and not flat on the bottom; so it can be a bit of a challenge getting in and out. Kitchen The kitchen appliances all worked well, and the basics are all there. I don’t think the kitchen is equipped well enough to do serious cooking, so we didn’t try. Living The sofa is wonderful, a great place to sit and plan out the day’s activities or sort through photos after dinner. We didn’t try the television. The internet is adequate but pretty low bandwidth. The instructions for all this were clear and simple.

L'appartement est tel que vu sur les photos, propre et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est très accessible et sympathique. Nous avons eu un petit souci mais le propriétaire a répondu immédiatement et trouvé une solution.
