Nuestra propiedad está ubicada en el piso superior con una vista panorámica sin obstrucciones del Lago Tahoe. Puestas de sol para quitarte el aliento. Para los esquiadores, camine 100 pies hasta la lanzadera de esquí y estará en camino a Stagecoach o Boulder. Puedes caminar hasta el ascensor de Boulder.
Recientemente renovado con nuevos pisos de madera de vinilo en todas partes. Baño principal actualizado en el desván con ducha grande con azulejos de Carrara, lavamanos renovado, 2da área de tocador fuera del baño para permitir que dos personas se preparen. El área de loft tiene una cama King californiana y se ha mejorado para que tenga una puerta corrediza de bolsillo con abertura abierta para poder verla durante el día. Por la noche hay una cortina enrollable electrónica para una total privacidad para dormir.
La cocina de la planta baja se ha actualizado con estufa / horno y refrigerador nuevos, despensa y cocina completamente equipada para cocinar.
El área de estar tiene una hermosa mesa de madera con bancos a cada lado para acomodar a seis personas. Disfrute de la vista del lago mientras cena. Sofá nuevo y televisor de 56 pulgadas de ancho en el área de la sala de estar. Chimenea para mantenerte cálido y acogedor en invierno.
Cubierta exterior con una barbacoa y asientos para disfrutar de los hermosos amaneceres o puestas de sol de la mañana.
El dormitorio de abajo tiene una cama queen con tv y un pequeño rincón para relajarse. Baño en la planta baja actualizado con nuevas puertas de tocador y ducha de vidrio.
La unidad es extremadamente tranquila y muy cómoda. Cuarto de lavado a pocos pasos de la puerta principal. Spa y jacuzzi en el estacionamiento.
Hay un montón de estacionamiento junto con el transporte público que lo llevará cuesta abajo a todos los casinos, áreas comerciales, playas del lago y más.
Hay un pequeño mercado y un bar deportivo justo bajando la colina desde nuestra unidad. Disfrute del verano con muchos conciertos al aire libre, alquiler de bicicletas, remo, kayak y senderismo. Muchas áreas para caminar cerca de nuestra unidad.

We stayed here to ski at Heavenly for a few days and it was magical! The view from the condo was absolutely unreal. This place is such a hidden gem with such easy access to the lifts. The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond to return a sweatshirt we accidentally forgot.

The pictures don’t do the accommodations justice, the unit was much better than expected. The host was promptly welcoming, immediately reaching out to me upon booking, prior to and upon arrival and after. Looking forward to staying here again.

Peaceful place near the lake!

Everything was great, just as other reviews stated. It was close to everything but peaceful and quiet since it's away from the hustle bustle of the lake strip where the hotels and casinos are clustered. It has everything you need and more with a great store and restaurant right down the street. Beautiful full panoramic lake views too!!! Definitely would stay again and recommend it to others! Thanks for being great hosts!

Overall our experience was great. We stayed in the summer with wonderful, hot weather. The property was clean, cozy, and inviting. I can only imagine how great this place would be in the winter. The late afternoon, evening, and twilight sun was spectacular. There are two things I think are worth noting. The "air conditioning" mentioned in the property details is a single, small window unit installed in the loft that barely cools the one room, let alone the entire condo. The "BBQ grill" is a small electric grill that really doesn't keep heat well enough to really do much grilling. Other than that, the two nights we spent there were wonderful.

Quaint condo with a beautiful view of Lake Tahoe

We had an wonderful stay at this condo! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated it was. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home.The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The living room was cozy, and the balcony had breathtaking views—perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep.The location was perfect—close to the Stagecoach Lift, shuttle right in front of the condo, easy access, quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and eager to make our stay perfect. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free.We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Quiet and comfortable, best view!

The unit was great, with a wonderful balcony and super view of Lake Tahoe. A perfect place to see those sunsets! The unit was part of a condo building that was in need of repairs but this didn't effect our stay at all. Comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and nice leather couch. Only downside was the three flights of stairs carrying luggage up, but hey, without that we wouldn't have that view! We loved how quiet it was, away from the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe but close enough to get to whatever we wanted. We'd go back!

Great view & facilities

Place was exactly as described and views are spectacular. It was a great stop for just the two of us and had everything we needed. Having washer and dryer available just outside our unit was a great plus and couldn’t believe only $1.50 for wash and $1.00 for 60 minutes of dry time time. The description was clear, including that it was in the third floor, so certainly have no complaints with Owner or VRBO, but didn’t factor in the altitude being at 7,600’ and was a challenge bringing in luggage. For 2 people in their 70’s who are not that physically active it was a little tough. We got used to the altitude and overall really loved our stay!

Wonderful weekend getaway

We booked a last minute trip to Tahoe and stayed at here. Most of our interaction was with Brittany. A small snag during check-in but Brittany took care of everything. Great place with great sunsets.

Ski Trip

Due to our travel schedule we were going to arrive several hours before actual check-in. I contacted the host to see if we might check-in early and they were very accommodating. Upon entering the unit it was very clean, the kitchen was very well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. During our stay, Heavenly was actually closed a day due to a Blizzard. Once again we contacted the host, this time to see if we could extend our stay an additional day so that we could finish our Epic Pass. The unit was available and the host was very helpful with the VRBO process. This was a winter trip, I would definitely like to come back and stay in the Summer.

Heavenly ski stay

as stated, cannot beat the view and location. shuttle (right across street) away from the stagecoach or boulder lifts. or just drive down the street to stagecoach lift for free parking. condo is in-between two lifts; stagecoach & boulder. both beds are comfy and kitchen well stocked. the unbeatable view does require a bit of a hike three floors up, but that’s a small downside in comparison. would definitely stay again

Gorgeous views! Warm, cozy, everything thing so organized and convenient for guests. Comfy beds, hot showers, fully stocked kitchen. Amazing fireplace that is electric but looks so very real. A really nice getaway. We had a lovely time and would recommend. Five Stars!

So happy I found this place!

My husband and I scheduled a last-minute spring ski trip to Heavenly and were so lucky to have found this place. The location is so convenient for skiing Heavenly, and the view from the living room is out-of-this-world gorgeous. Overall the place is pretty small and the kitchen is really tiny, but it had everything we needed to enjoyingly cook full breakfasts and dinners every day. In fact the kitchen is much better equipped and stocked than most places we've stayed. We've rented many places over the years that were a lot more expensive, much less comfortable, and didn't have nearly as good a view or convenient location. We had several questions during our stay, and every time we reached out Chris was so quick to respond and she always helped us with whatever we needed. And the place came with the best humidifier we've ever used - which is a lifesaver if you're not accustomed to the dry air (thank you for that small-but-big detail, Chris!).

Attention to detail, answering guest inquiries & questions in a timely manner and making sure the units are clean and fully stocked.
My husband and I have lived in San Diego all our lives. My husband is a Program Manager and has worked for the same company for 25 year. We have to adult sons one who live close and another who moved to Italy.
We have both been involved in The San Diego Council of Ski Clubs. I am the President and he is the treasurer. We oversee all our ski clubs in San Diego.
We love to travel and have been on many bike & barge trips, ski trips and now some adventure tours.
We have always loved the ocean, lake and the mountains. Lake Tahoe was our dream of having a second place that provided both summer and winter activities.

My husband & I fell in love with this property because of the outstanding unobstructed lake view. It is amazing to watch all the different sunsets overnight.
We also like the close location to the two of the ski lifts at Heavenly Stagecoach & Boulder. We can literally walk across the street and jump on the ski shuttle. You can being skiing in just minutes. No hassle with finding parking.
Our unit is quite and very cozy. Our condo complex is kept extremely well maintained. Pool and Jacuzzi across the parking lot.
You can drive down the hill in 5-10 minutes and be in the heart of the casinos, shopping and awesome restaurants. There are several Great Lake beaches and so many hiking and bike trails to enjoy.
Its a little piece of heaven from the hustle of our everyday lives.
We hope that you come away with that same feeling of being refreshed and happy.
