Situado en el centro de una finca de 230 hectáreas privadas, Piccolo Peccioli forma parte de una pequeña aldea de tres casas de campo y goza de espectaculares vistas ininterrumpidas sobre bosques, viñedos, olivares y colinas distantes. Comedor en la terraza cubierta con capacidad para 12 personas y jardín / césped con muebles de jardín extra. Piscina comunitaria rodeada de pavimentación y zona de césped con un amplio espacio para la paz y la relajación. Tres dormitorios con aire acondicionado con capacidad para 6 personas (dos dobles y una individual) dos baños. Cocina con comedor y cómoda sala de estar con chimenea y TV Bien equipada.

Charming and relaxing location

We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed being away from the noise of the city. The house had everything we needed - and the covered terrace was perfect for outdoor meals day or night. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed having AC in our bedrooms.

Stunning countryside farmhouse

Beautiful surroundings, amazing view and a super kind host. Couldn’t have asked for more. The pool was amazing for hot days and the house stayed cool inside even when temperatures soared. Everything we needed was provided and Diana was very accommodating. Just a short drive to the free car park at Nenne Torregalli and you can get the tram directly into the centre of Florence. Perfetto.

Great Location, marvellous Landscape

Nicely located old farm house. With three bedrooms large living room (with fire place!), a cosy kitchen and a patio that would have been perfect for outside living if the weather would have been better (during our stay mostly cool and rainy). Wifi was not working reliably during our stay but this was sorted now - mobile coverage sufficient for mobile internet connection.Perfectly located for day trips to Firenze, Pisa, Lucca, Siena... Communication with the landlady was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

First visit to Tuscany

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay at Diana’s villa. Very nice home with everything we needed for our visit. Good location for our day trips into Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience

We had such a wonderful time staying at this farmhouse. The views were incredible, the house had everything we needed and it was convenient for trips into Florence as well as for exploring Tuscany.

Amazing villa

What an amazing place. Our stay at Piccolo Peccioli was everything I had hoped it would be. The view, the peace, the quiet were beyond expectation. Thank you Diana, for an amazing place to stay and unwind. Not to mention the location invites exploration of the countryside as well as convience to the city. Again, I cant say amazing enough.

Tuscan rural retreat

We loved Diana’s house- one of 3 rural houses sharing a beautiful refreshing pool with amazing views of the Tuscan countryside. Very private and rustic. An easy 15 minute commute to the tramvia to Florence and under an hour to Vinci, sienna and Pisa. A/c in bedrooms helps with 95 degree temps and shaded terrace is great for breakfasts and dinners Al fresco.

Lovely and beautiful

My family of four stayed here for 6 days and it was a perfect homebase for us as we explored Florence and the region. The home was well appointed and comfortable. The views from the property were absolutely stupendous. We could not get over how gorgeous everything was. Traveling into Florence from a train station nearby was easy and seamless. A car is definitely required in order to be able to easily come and go, but you will want a car anyway, to be able to explore the region. Checking in and out was easy and the host was incredibly kind and communicative. This was a wonderful stay! Highly recommend.

A charming villa in the beautiful Tuscan countryside

A lovely rustic villa with phenomenal views of the vineyards and olive trees stretching out in every direction. Relaxing and lovingly taken care of by the same family for many generations. Diana greeted us and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do and a wonderful restaurant down the road that we fell in love with - Fiore- . A fireplace and pool too. Not too far away from a tram that will take you into Firenze to experience the cultural sights. We are looking forward to another visit!! Many thanks Diana❤️

Our Spring vacation in Tuscany

This year we enjoyed two weeks of Spring vacation in Tuscany. The house is set beautifully in the countryside. It allows to travel back in time and take a break from today's busy life while still providing the comfort that we have all grown used to. Evenings have still been a little chilly in April so we were glad that the heating system worked well when we needed it. This vacation was a great mix of the typical tourist activities and relaxed times at the house. We hope to return sometime and would like to thank Diana for the hospitality.

Fantastic stay in Tuscany

We had a great stay in Tuscany and especially Diana was a wonderful host who could help us with every question. The old cottage is wonderful and with the air conditioning and pool and a shady terrace, even the hot temperatures were easy to bear. Florence is very easy to reach from the accommodation by parking at the Villa Constanza and taking the tram to the city centre. This gives you both rural tranquillity and urban life: during the day you can stroll through the city and enjoy the many museums and gardens, in the evening you sit on the terrace with a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside and watch the geckos. We hope to spend our holidays in Diana's cosy typical Tuscan country house again one day.

Family trip to Tuscany/Firenze

We had a lovely trip. Home was very well appointed and previous reviews and photos very accurate. It was the perfect blend of quiet beautiful countryside and then Florence being so close. It is very important to have a car and the roads are winding so must be alert. Tram is in downtown scandicci and an easy drive very easy trip to center of Florence. We enjoyed some of the local villages. Wonderful gelato near central market in Cerbaia. Fantastic food under a mile at Fiore (great meat and steaks). Was quite hot during our visit so we did not cook much but having the pool was wonderful. Diana our host greeted us on our forst day and checked on us periodically to be sure we had everything. Highly recommend this villa close to Florence but a chance to get away from that as well. A happy medium!

July Stay

The stay was not as expected. There was no air conditioning or fans except in 2 bedrooms during the hottest time of the year. The kitchen, main seating area and main floor bathroom were not clean. The furniture is outdated by 40 years (new sofa and seating and beds would improve the stay). I think it would be a good idea to provide fans on the main floor as there is no air conditioning. It is unbearable to be in the house during the day. The pool and seating area outside the house were pleasant during the hot days. If you are looking for a rustic stay in the countryside with basic amenities, this house is a good choice.

Must definitely stay here!

This property and farmhouse is spectacular! The location is perfect to explore the various wineries and villages/towns. Four women stayed here for 21 days and the house easily accommodated all of us. The bedrooms are spacious and beautifully furnished with an abundance of closets and dressers for clothes. The 2 bathrooms are modern and the showers have excellent water pressure(important to women)! The farmhouse is so charming and very nicely furnished. The views of the rolling hills and vineyards are breathtaking. There is a large terrace that has a sitting area and eating area and we loved eating outside and soaking in the atmosphere. It was a perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The pool was also a fabulous way to unwind and cool down. It also has a very pretty view.We had a car and everyday we easily explored the nearby villages and wineries. Everything you'd want to see was within an hours drive. Diana was so gracious and so helpful. She even greets you with a bottle of delicious wine from her vineyard. She has a very detailed book in the beautiful living room with helpful suggestions. We referred to it daily. Diana made our stay there even more special. If you need anything she is there to respond to your questions immediately, either by phone or email. My friends and I will miss her and her farmhouse. We would definitely stay here again and I am looking forward to a return visit. This region is just so beautiful! We fell in love with our house and if I could rate it higher than the 5 stars, I most certainly would. Staying here was the highlight of our 10 week vacation in Southern France and the Tuscany area.

Es war eine tolle Unterkunft mit netter Gastgeberin. Einzig die Betten sind kritikwürdig, da es eigentlich nur Federkernliegen mit Federkernmatratzen sind und viel zu weich und durchgelegen.

Un petit paradis en Toscane

La terrasse offre une vue magnifique de la campagne Toscane. Elle est à l’abri du chaud soleil d’été, parfaite pour dîner dehors. La cuisine est bien équipée, la maison confortable. Les chambres sont très grandes et climatisées. La piscine est parfaite en fin de journée.Diana a été très aidante dans l’accueil et le fonctionnement de la maison. Je recommande avec beaucoup de cœur ce séjour et y retournerais sans aucune hésitation!

We hebben een week gelogeerd in Scandicci, prachtig midden in de natuur Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en uitzicht is echt geweldig Mooi zwembad erbij Vanuit hier zijn we naar Florence geweest Lucca enz Lekkere wijn gekocht , wat wil een mens nog meer

Nice rustic cottage in the countryside

We enjoyed the cottage and surrounding area very much. The host graciously allowed us to check in early! There’s a wonderful notebook in the cottage with nearby places to visit, recommended restaurants, grocery stores, etc. We rode the TramVia (local train) into Florence several days, which was very convenient. The cottage was clean with plenty of kitchen necessities and lovely bedding. We didn’t end up using the pool - partly due to weather and our busy schedule, but it too was clean and inviting. We would recommend this cozy cottage.

Lovely Stay

We had an absolutely lovely stay in this Tuscan farmhouse! You cannot beat the view of the countryside. We loved eating outside on the terrace. Our 9-year-old daughter really enjoyed the pool (as did we). We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms as well, since it was very hot during our stay. Diana was responsive, informative, and gracious. She even left us a bottle of olive oil and wine from her family’s vineyard, along with some other foods/beverages. If you’re looking for a rustic Tuscan experience, this is your place!

Insgesamt sehr schönes Haus. Diana ist super hilfsbereit und unterstützt bei allen Problemen. Auch ein sehr früher Check-In wurde möglich gemacht. An einigen Stellen sehr staubig, insgesamt aber sauber.
