Esta moderna casa se encuentra en tres plantas y dispone de tres dormitorios: en la última planta, 1 maestro doble con TV y cuarto de baño con ducha con WC. En la planta baja 1 dormitorio doble y 1 doble, que se puede convertir en un doble en la petición. Cuarto de baño: tamaño de la familia con ducha sobre la bañera. Salón / cocina / comedor: salón de planta abierta en el segundo piso con balcón de Julieta, TV con TDT y DVD. WIFI ilimitado. Sofás eléctricos totalmente reclinables - para esos días en que el clima británico saca lo mejor de ti. Área de cocina con doble horno eléctrico, encimera de gas, nevera / congelador, lavavajillas, microondas y lavadora / secadora. Exterior: jardín cerrado pequeño y un patio con mesa y sillas que se accede a través de la planta baja. Servicios: aparcamiento en cochera adyacente designados para 1 coche. Excellent house in a perfect location

Great house with good space in an ideal location

Excellent communication with the owner & easy check-in. We know Bude very well and this was by far the best location we have stayed in and just loved the layout and facilities within the house. Thank you - we'll be back!

Very nice house close to the beach

Haruru house is a great place to stay in Bude

The house is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is great and you can walk to the beach and the town easily. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very functional. The house has its lounge and kitchen on the first floor which provides a great view over Bude. The microwave didn’t work when we got there but a replacement was with us within a day. We would recommend anyone to holiday here and we hope to return soon.

Excellent property

Everything about this property was perfect. It is exactly as the photos show which is rare these days! It is extremely comfortable (especially the sofas) with plenty of room. The location was spot on with a five minute walk to Crooklets beach, 2 minutes to the pub and 10 minutes to the shops. Communication with the owner was superb, very quick response to any questions I had. Thank you Sarah for letting us stay in your superb house 👍

Summer hols by the sea

The property was very modern and very clean we were informed we could get in at 3 pm not 4 which made a difference as we had shopped and got settled by 5pm Our grandson has autism but this house and location was just right for him which is always a worry for us the beach is only down the road and the sea pool just 5 mins away We did however come home Friday Evening as the time of departure was 10am Saturday morning which would have been a rush with the grandson’s routine We all enjoyed our stay and whilst there washed clothing so no mass of holiday wash to come back to Thanks again

Week away with Family

I would like to give the property 4.5 stars, just a few littles niggles that were sorted out immediately by the owner. A few things that could have been cleaner on arrival (but cleaned by a cleaning company, not the owner). This house could not be in a better location, it really is 5 minutes and you are sitting on Crooklets Beach. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and plenty of crockery etc. There was also plenty of room to relax and eat for 6 people and rooms were spacious. Parking spot was close to house and there is plenty of off road parking near by for additional cars.

A Great Stay

Any concerns regarding Covid instantly disappeared as the property was extremely clean and the owner has clearly put in extra measures to put your mind at rest. Everything you need in the property for a great holiday. Perfectly located for exploring North Cornwall and North Devon, close to the beach, coastal path and not far to off road cycle tracks. Found a couple of nice circular routes that go in safe and quiet country lanes. Short walk to the supermarket and shops and restaurants in Bude. We had an excellent meal in the Farmers Arms at Woolfardisworthy, but booking is essential in most restaurants at the current time. Having had a number of attempts at trying to have a holiday cancelled this year, a staycation here was definitely needed and enjoyed very much by us both. Thank you.

Bude Holiday House

We had a fabulous week in Bude. The house was really well located, close to beaches and sea pool, coastal walks, the town and a supermarket! Perfect Location

Lovely house in a private and quiet location just a short walk to the beach and to Bude. The reclining sofas were a treat after a long day walking the coastal paths and along the Bude canal. The Canadian Geese were fascinating to watch each evening flying to the lake behind the house. Bude has so much to offer, we had such a lovely week and plan to visit again next year.

Wonderful holiday home

We couldn't have wanted a more ideal home for our holiday. Sarah provided all the answers to our questions in advance, and the home was ideal for our party of 6 adults. All covid cleaning processes followed, and house was immaculate. Lovely prosecco and biscuits on arrival too. Key winners for us was Sainsburys just 5 min walk, and beach 5 mins in other direction. Town just 10 mins walk so didn't need car while we were here. (Lovely meals out at The Bank, La Bocca and Bayleaf.) Finally home so comfortable, beds and sofas all perfect for a great relaxing break. Thanks Sarah... Spot on!

New Year fun.

Great weeks holiday over New Year with four adults and two little children . Very good location. Within 5 minutes walk of the beach and lovely Rosie’s cafe and easy walking distance to the shops. Well equipped kitchen and relaxing lounge . Thank you , will be back !

This is an excellent property with a very short walk from the beach in a quiet development. The property is well equipped for every eventuality and entirely suitable for a family of 4 or more. The owner was incredibly helpful which helped a lot in terms of forward planning. A great place for a great holiday in terms of getting away from it all. Fully recommended.

Great townhouse, Fantastic location

Lovely, well equipped and maintained property, very comfortable, spacious with a quiet location with added private undercover parking. Ideal location as the beach is only a couple of minutes walk away and is a perfect coast for bodyboarding. With shops, restaurants etc on the beach front and in Bude town itself are only minutes away, and easy access to main roads for day trips this property is ideal. There was great communication with Sarah the owner who kept in touch throughout. I would recommend this property to everyone who is heading that way.

Perfect location and very comfortable

The house was perfectly located for bodyboarding with it being only a couple of mins walk to the beach. The sitting room was very comfortable with lovely reclining sofas. Beds very comfortable too. Would be nice to have an outside tap for washing out wetsuits.

Fantastic location and property

Excellent location and well equipped property. Well maintained and clean. Lots of info both befor and at the house. The Owner, Sarah, kept in touch throughout, which gives confidence that all will be as you expect. Would recommend this property for an adult surfy, walking or touring holiday. Works just as well for a beach break with children. The beach is so close that it is a slow toddler walk back of about 5 minutes. Perfect for splitting up beach time - and no need to mess about with a big cool box of food!

We're from Birmingham a city that we love, but we've been coming to Bude for several years and in 2012 bit the bullet and bought Haruru House! We love the proximity to the sea and that we can leave the car in the car port whilst we're down.
