¡Semanas de invierno disponibles! Villa con piscina en campo de golf en Naples, Florida

Disfrute de sus vacaciones en esta casa de la piscina recién decorada en Flamingo Island Golf Course en Lely Resort. Durante los meses de invierno, cuando es casi imposible encontrar un alquiler a corto plazo en Nápoles, esta casa está disponible de sábado a sábado por un máximo de 1 o 2 semanas.

La piscina y el patio dan al sureste. Te permite el hermoso sol de la mañana, pero al final de la tarde, tendrás un lugar con sombra para hacer barbacoas en la parrilla de gas y comer en el patio. Para su disfrute, también contamos con un jacuzzi y una nevera para vinos. No hay necesidad de estar matando moscas, la piscina y el lanai están cubiertos por pantallas.

La cocina recientemente renovada es perfecta para comidas gourmet, para llevar o para mezclar bebidas para disfrutar dentro o fuera. Relájese en el patio cubierto mientras observa a los niños en la piscina o a los golfistas que están bien o mal tirados.

Entretenga a los invitados en la sala de estar con techo de catedral con capacidad para 8. Mire el juego en el televisor de la sala de estar o divídase con algunos viendo la televisión en el den / 3er dormitorio.

This was a beautiful home that had all the amenities and great decor within the house. Amazing views on the property for early morning walks and loved the lanai, pool and hot tub.

We had a fantastic stay at this house in Florida. It is in a lovely, quiet area, and during our visit it felt almost like we had the neighbourhood to ourselves. I assume many of the surrounding homes are also holiday rentals, as we did not see a soul the whole time, which made it incredibly peaceful.The house itself was spotless. The kitchen and bathrooms were immaculate, the bedrooms had plenty of space, and all the facilities were in great condition. The Wi-Fi was extremely fast, the TV worked perfectly, the fridge and freezer were spacious, and having both a washing machine and a dryer was a real bonus. A pleasant surprise was the main bedroom bed, which can be adjusted with a remote control into different positions for maximum comfort.The pool was a decent size, and the jacuzzi was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. If I had one minor criticism, the pool area could do with a quick power wash to freshen it up, as it looked a little weathered. We also experienced a minor issue with the kitchen lights not working on our last night, but I am confident the host would have resolved it if we had contacted them.Another highlight was the extras in the garage: beach chairs, bicycles that just needed the tyres pumped up, and other useful bits for days out. The area felt very safe, with shops, restaurants and Walmart close by.Overall, we loved staying here and would have no hesitation recommending it.

Another wonderful stay at Falcon's Glen

We enjoy coming to this property and it always is so nice as this is now our 4th time. The neighborhood is wonderful and the house right on the golf course with pool and hot tub is so relaxing. Thanks again for a great stay

A Week in Lely!

Have stayed at this home in the past. GREAT Home. But I must add I had a minor issue with pool/Tv. I contacted the caretaker for the house who lives a very short distance away. His name is Peter and went above and beyond to help me figure out the minor issues. It was Great knowing he was close by to assist with any issues.

Wonderful vacation time in Naples

My family did not want to leave at the end of our 2 week stay. Home was perfect, clean well decorated. Property manager was outstanding on a Sunday when we had a small issue with the pool filter. We would definitely return for another stay. We highly recommend this property. The Naples, Marco area is always a joy to visit.

Simply the best

Of all of the property rentals I've stayed in, this was by far the best (and my entire family agrees). The house was beautiful and well appointed - it didn't feel like a short term rental - it felt like home. It was absolutely spotless. The pool was well maintained and my children adored it. Communication with Katy as well as the local manager Peter was always quick and they were super accommodating and helpful. I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful house, beautifully presented with exceptional amenities

My husband and I have stayed in Naples many times. This was by far the best accommodation we have had. The house was beautifully presented and oozes calm and charm. There was a room which I was able to use as an office, set up with a printer, which was a huge boon given I had an unexpected work crisis. Everything was so relaxed with the property manager anxious to emphasise that we were not to fuss about cleaning up before we left - that was his job! And as a special bonus we arrived to find the kitchen already stocked with staples like teas/coffees, basic condiments etc so that saved us a lot of hassle too. Just a gorgeous place and we would highly recommend it.

Fantastic holiday home in wider Naples

This is a lovely property and exactly how it is described in the listing. We loved all the touches that made it feel like a home. It comes equipped with everything we needed for our stay, including bikes and beach equipment. The communication with both the host before our stay and the property manager on site was fantastic. We had a small problem with the pool on arrival, which was sorted quickly and easily with good communication. As a family visiting from outside the USA, the property really was a home from home and we had a fantastic holiday.

Another wonderful stay

We returned to Katy’s house for a second time and did not regret it. Everything was as we remembered, with the addition of a new kitchen. It is very well furnished and the bed and bedding is spotlessly clean and of good quality. Katy supplies copious amounts of kitchen and bathroom products. The check out time is 10am, similar to equivalent rentals but Katy designed the check out procedure to suit the renter rather than the cleaning company. No need for crack of dawn stripping of beds and numerous wash loads before 10am. With a long journey ahead home to Scotland, that was much appreciated. We had an unfortunate problem with the pool but that was quickly attended to by the very conscientious property manager Peter, who did everything possible to resolve the matter and ensure that we enjoyed our stay. We certainly did.

Fabulous!

The house is lovely and neighborhood so quiet and friendly. We’ve never stayed in a rental that provides so much! I always bring my own paper products, laundry products etc. but it was all provided for us as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner! We had 2 small issues but they had more to do with our lack of knowledge than an actual problem. The property manager, Peter, came over quickly both times and showed us how to work things. Thank you for offering this wonderful vacation home as a rental. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic Stay!

Our 3 week stay at this property in November 2023 was great. House is well equipped with everything you need. Loved the salt water pool and the 4 TV sets with full cable access. It's a great location that is 5 minutes away from restaurants, a Publix grocery store and other retail stores. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great place!

This is a lovely home. A new kitchen, which was great to work in. Her towels are the thickest we've ever seen! Decor is tasteful. Many, many extras, which are too numerous to go through. In the future we will always check if this property is available.

Maryland natives, living in Central Virginia; we are empty nesters. We love to visit Naples for a couple of weeks in the winter and found it almost impossible to find a house that wasn't rented out for the whole winter season, so we bought one!

When I saw this property online, I knew I wanted it. My husband...not so much. He's always more conservative than I am. It wasn't being offered furnished, but it looked so nice with the leather furniture and the colors, that I wanted it all. My husband, grudgingly agreed, to go along with it. We put in the offer; it was accepted; and we were on our way! That was in 2019; since then the hubby has come around and loves the house as much as I do!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I'm really picky about the way the back of my house faces. After owning a house that faced due west in the back, I thought...never again! It was always too hot to enjoy eating dinner on our deck or grilling. Since that house, years ago, I've always gone for a southeast facing deck or patio. The sun is behind the house in the late afternoon, so we can enjoy dining alfresco. The southern slant gives more light during the winter months.
