Plano de planta inverso: el piso superior tiene toneladas de ventanas con excelentes vistas, una cocina totalmente equipada, un gran comedor con capacidad para al menos 10, sala de estar, solárium, excelentes terrazas con vistas al océano y al sonido, y un baño completo con una ducha.

Un televisor de alta definición de pantalla plana de 37 "con TV por cable, DVD, sistema WII con juegos, juegos de mesa y cartas, y libros están disponibles para su entretenimiento. ¡También se proporciona acceso inalámbrico a Internet!

Great stay

We had a great view from the multiple balconys the property has to offer. It was very spacious and clean. Beach access is right across the street. If you want to eat in, there is a full kitchen with all cooking materials need, just need to stop at store for the food. The owner has great communication lets you know everything you need to know and is very responsive! Will for sure book again ,Thank you for a great stay!

Prime Location

This property was clean and very spacious! It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. Prime location as it was right across from the beach and close driving distance to shopping and restaurants. Mark was very attentive and helpful throughout our entire stay.

A Mermaid’s Dream

We had an amazing vacation in North Topsail. A Mermaid’s Dream was an incredible beach house. It was extremely well kept and organized. The owner of the home was so great to work with and communicated with us throughout the booking process, weeks before our vacation began, and during our stay. He let us know everything we needed to know about the home and was extremely accommodating to our family. We will be staying here again. Great beach access, family friendly, and very enjoyable.

Mark was beyond great to work with and quick to respond to questions. The home was clean, sheets and towels that were delivered per request were perfect, home stocked with necessities, location was easy to get to, beach access is right there, it is a bonus that we could see the sound from one side and the ocean from the other side, and watching the sunset from the deck over the sound each evening was spectacular. We did not want to leave and we will be back!

A Mermaid's Dream

The house was more than I expected, it is comfortable and homey. The views from all the decks are fabulous. We didn't want to leave. We had everything we needed there and the owner was great and so helpful.

Ocean and sound views

We really enjoyed being able to see the ocean and the sound side from the balconies. We were able to see some beautiful sunsets. Quick walk to the beach thanks to the cart provided in the storage room. Comfortable space and accommodating for everyone. Would visit again!

Wedding week

We came for a destination wedding-our son married his bride right in the beach. We hosted the wedding dinner after the ceremony and house was equipped with all the dishes, flatware and glasses we needed. All was the perfect setting, comfortable rooms and easy access to the beach.

GREAT Stay

One of the best places we have stayed while visiting North Topsail! The house has everything you could possibly want or need! Also, very clean and absolutely love the decor. Having a grill to use was awesome and it was so clean! Mark is great, very helpful and always answers in a timely manner. Access to the beach was so easy. Will definitely rent again! We wanted for nothing!

Clean, comfortable and excellently equipped. We felt instantly at home here. The closet is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas and even toys for the beach! Mark was a pleasure to deal with and we were sad to leave!

Fantastic Vacation Spot

This property was perfect. Plenty of room. Mark was so kind and flexible and great to work with. Access to the beach items and the wagon was wonderful! We found some good restaurants. We cooked in. The pier is fun to explore. The turtle sanctuary in Surf City was great. We had everything we needed. The beach was fantastic! I hope to be back!

Beautiful Home, Wonderful Spot

This is a beautiful home located in an area that is not heavily traveled. The beach access is directly across the road. Bonus... baby turtles hatching right there. Three generations, everyone loved it.

Wonderful Stay, awesome house and owner

We needed a getaway to decompress and this was PERFECT. Mark is a wonderful owner and the communication couldn’t have been better. The house is tucked away across from the beach and was nice and quiet. The walk to the beach was very easy. Anyone thinking the walk to the beach is an issue, I can assure you that it is nothing. The best part of this area is that the beach is not crowded and very much worth the short walk. The whole experience was great and we will be back. Thanks again to Mark for a wonderful time. We needed the break and this fit the bill.

This Place Should Be Named a Mermaids Reality.

We fell in live with this property in summer 2018 and were very excited to return for 2019. With the amenities, proximity to the beach, the spaciousness of the house, you cannot find anything in the comparable price range in the OBX. Mark is one of the best hosts I have encountered. I recommend him and this home a million times over. I cannot thank him enough for his communication and preparedness. We look forward to returning to a Mermaids Dream next year!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

A Mermaid’s Dream is hands down the best beach house we’ve ever stayed at! The house is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need from beach towels to extra blankets and pillows to a very nice beach cart and plenty of beach chairs and toys. The layout of the house was great with all the bedrooms on the second floor and the living spaces and kitchen on the top floor with beautiful views of both the ocean and the sound from the balconies. The location is also perfect with a very short walk to the beach which was never over crowded! We even got to see a sea turtle nest hatch during our stay which was amazing! An added bonus is the house is within the Sneads Ferry Foodlion’s delivery radius so we were able to have our groceries delivered to the house the day we arrived to make life easier! We would absolutely recommend staying here if you have the option, you won’t regret it!

Our Family Vacation 2020

Due to pandemic restrictions we needed to get out of our house and get a change of scenery! We have two 15 year old boys, 13 year old boy and 10 year old girl, they found the wii on the first night and were so excited to rekindle their love for those games together, this was a great activity for several mornings when we had some rain. We played lots of games, cooked in daily- kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the beach A LOT. We weathered tropical storm Isaias, had two power outages but loads of fun. We learned to find shark’s teeth and made friends on the beach. The walk over was a breeze, the storage had lot of extras including a great umbrella! Owner was wonderful with communication, which was helpful for the 24 hours of the storm. Wonderful experience! Thank you for sharing your home!

This place was a dream- all the beds were comfortable, there were labels everywhere to help you easily find which light or cupboard to use, a very well stocked kitchen, beautiful views from every porch, a closet full of all the beach chairs and toys you could want- including a wonderful cart to pull them all in, an outdoor shower to help with sandy bodies at the end of the day, the beach is just across the street and down a bit- an easy walk even with 6 small kids in tow. Our family had a fabulous time here! The owner was very accessible and available for any issues- and check in and check out was a breeze.
