Encantadora y renovada cabaña de tres habitaciones con vista al lago!

AH # 23 tiene 1,200 pies cuadrados de placer, donde puede relajar sus preocupaciones en el entorno prístino y privado del lago Aspen. Observe las abundantes aves acuáticas en el lago y los venados y otros animales salvajes que vienen a beber a través de las ventanas de la sala de estar del piso al techo o desde las ventanas grandes o deslizadores del rey o la reina. Si desea disfrutar del aire fresco de la montaña del Rancho, descanse en la amplia área de la terraza o siéntese en el banco junto al lago.

El salón / comedor está abierto a la cocina de la cocina. La sala de estar es cómoda con un nuevo sofá seccional y una cómoda silla mecedora. Un gran televisor de pantalla plana y una chimenea de leña de río de piedra completan la sala de estar, junto con el acceso a la cubierta a través de una puerta de vidrio corrediza. Esta es la sala perfecta para ver una película, leer un buen libro o simplemente reflexionar sobre la belleza de sus alrededores con las vistas del piso al techo.

Una nueva mesa de comedor con capacidad para 6 personas está al lado de la cocina y hay estantes de paso que facilitan el servicio de comidas. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable, nuevas encimeras y gabinetes, y aunque pequeña, esta cocina tiene todas las comodidades del hogar.

El dormitorio principal está fuera de la entrada y al lado del baño completo, recientemente remodelado, que se comparte con la habitación contigua con literas. El dormitorio del rey es encantador y tiene acceso a la cubierta a través de un control deslizante. La habitación con literas tiene dos cómodas literas de madera con una silla futón también disponible en esa habitación para un niño. Hay una nueva lavadora / secadora apiladas para la comodidad de los huéspedes en el pasillo.

El dormitorio del segundo piso es encantador y tiene una cama doble con un baño de 3/4. ¡Acuéstate en la cama y disfruta de la hermosa vista del lago Aspen!

Great property and location

Our very favorite place to stay in Black Butte! The property is always pristine and the location and views can’t be beat. Comfortable furnishings and has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Might suggest adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen supplies, otherwise we’ll appointed!

One of the nicest places I have stayed via VRBO. Well appointed, well stocked kitchen. Clean as a whistle. Cozy, with well thought out appointments for a visitor. Would rent again.

Incredibly clean, wonderful stay

Like others have said, this is one of the cleanest rental houses we've ever stayed at. The house had everything you could possibly want/need, including a rack for bikes outside, beach towels to borrow, chairs on the back porch, games and cards, even an ice cream scoop. We loved the central location, looking out over Aspen Lake, and sitting on the back deck smelling the Ponderosas. Was just an awesome stay at a really wonderful house.

Lovely home!

This house has everything you'll need and it's spotless! You can tell the house has recently been updated with new stainless appliances in the kitchen. There's a lovely view from the house of a small lake. Deer wander around and the ducks are entertaining, too. Would highly recommend this home.

Would definitely stay here again

Great location. Clean. Kitchen well stocked. We spent so much time enjoying all the wildlife at the pond, taking in the peaceful view, and biking on the path that runs in front of the house.

We loved watching the deer walk by the large living room window as we drank our morning coffee snuggled up in the Pendleton blankets. The sunny deck outside was the perfect spot to play all kinds of games with an afternoon cocktail. We absolutely loved how charming this cabin was.

So, when my two sisters and brother decided to get together, I suggested a sibling retreat to Black Butte. We found a way to sleep four adults, but that was a bit of a stretch with my brother on a bunk bead and my one sister and I sharing a bed. It was totally worth it as the beautiful setting, well equipped kitchen and wonderful fireplace were perfect, We made the most of the trails for walking on the property and had a wonderful breakfast at the Lakeside Bistro. Such a peaceful and comfortable place to spend time. ❤️
