Wonderful stay! They have thought of details that make the stay easy and enjoyable, like: a Welcome box with snacks and water, labeled light switches, and shampoo/conditioner. Kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/cooking essentials, plus a Keurig, a regular coffee maker, and a tea pot. The hot tub was nice and warm. Kids liked the small air hockey table. WIFI was strong. Comfy beds and clean. Will stay again next time we come to visit!

I absolutely loved this place. Beautiful home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Private yard and property.

I really enjoyed myself relaxing in this house. Spacious, comfortable beds and furniture. The screened in porch was perfect since it rained a few days. I would recommend this place.

Clean, quiet, and well-maintained

This was an excellent starting point for central Florida excursions. The home was immaculate and the grounds provided a great park-like setting for secluded book reading. Great communication with the owner. As a plus, the entire home is extremely accessible and was easy to for my 96 year old father to navigate when he visited. Definitely a place worth considering near, but not in, The Villages.

Good location close to shopping, restaurants, and major highways.

Needs a deep and thorough cleaning. Sheets and towels need to be upgraded with better quality. Hot tub is not well maintained. The host was very responsive when we made them aware of our concerns.

Great Value Beautiful Home

We go to FL every year at the same time in January for my father's birthday, this was his 83rd. We typically stay in the Placida/Englewood area, further south but his home was completely destroyed in the hurricane, so he is in temporary housing in this area this year. This area was new to all of us. We found some nice restaurants nearby as well as on Lake Weir which is very close. The home is spacious, clean and priced well. The host was very responsive when I communicated with her, much appreciated. If we are ever needed to be in this area again, I would stay here again.

Family gathering

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious enough for our family. My husband uses a power wheelchair and the house worked very well for him. The only issue was that the fitted sheet in the master bedroom would not stay on. Even after putting it back on the corners it continued to come off each night. (That was a minor issue but I thought you might want to be aware of that). The stay was great and we really enjoyed the large kitchen and great room.

Perfect stay

The property was beautiful and housed my family perfectly for the weekend. Was close to all that was important on our trip. A nice home away from home.

Great Central Florida Location

Overall, good experience, it rained a great deal the week we spent in the house, but all the TVs worked along with the WiFi. Owners were also responsive to all of my questions. We spent an evening at the villages eating dinner and enjoying the live band at the square with the kids who enjoyed the music and the ice cream shop.

A fine home close to the villages and well maintained

Everything went well, the property was as advertised. It was obviously well maintained and spotless upon check in. It's in a neighborhood but it's one of the few properties with heavy foliage around it such that you have a great sense of privacy. It was convenient to the village's outdoor dining and some of the more popular Springs in central Florida over all I would recommend it

Everyone who has stayed here has really enjoyed it. The Home was built for the original owners parents with a lot of love. That feeling is in the home. Wider areas and lots of room in the kitchen. Lovely Plush yard to enjoy nature. Front porch for Morning coffee. Hot tub off the kitchen in the back yard. Fireplace to enjoy. BBQ grill by hot tub. Outside eating area.
