Apartamento de lujo de dos habitaciones con baños en suite, más un medio baño adicional. Lujo absoluto. Amplia cocina totalmente equipada, área de comedor, sala de estar, patio cubierto con sombra que da a los hermosos jardines tropicales y una gran vista del océano. Privado y seguro. Camas tamaño king en las dos habitaciones, pero una habitación se puede cambiar a dos camas individuales si se desea. Cerca de la playa (cuatro cuadras) y el paseo marítimo, muchos restaurantes elegantes y excelentes tiendas. No hay necesidad de alquilar un coche, todo está a poca distancia. Hay una piscina climatizada en el techo y muchos asientos cómodos con una magnífica vista panorámica del océano y la bahía.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location is perfect, just a few blocks from the end of the Malecón, making it easy to enjoy the waterfront, restaurants, and shops while still feeling peaceful and relaxed.The host lives on site and was fantastic: always available to answer questions and quick to resolve anything that came up. It made the stay feel effortless.The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you need to cook, unwind, or simply enjoy the space. The lounging area is incredible, with lovely views that we never got tired of.The dipping pool was one of our favorite features. It was perfect for cooling off after a long day and even became our go‑to spot for whale watching. We almost saw them nearly every day either from the pool or the lounging area!The neighborhood felt very safe, and overall the whole experience exceeded our expectations. Five stars and we would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing rental

Enjoyed 10 fabulous days. The pictures do not do this place justice. Perfect views, great top floor lounging area for morning coffee or a sunset cocktail. We definitely enjoyed the pool at some point every day. Thanks for a great time!

Amazing stay in PV

Rick’s place was perfect! Great location, close to local beaches, amazing view on the rooftop terrace, fully equipped and no need for a car. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit PV!

Great condo with all the amenities you might want.

First time in PV, traveling with our daughter and son-in-law. Had a week scheduled in Nuevo Vallarta but managed to get down a bit earlier than expected and stayed here. Very nice host and accommodation. Great location near the north end of the Malecon. Only negative is quite a steep walk down and back up for shopping..

Perfection in 5D

From the moment I contacted Rick through our final day in PV, Rick and Laura were the perfect hosts and their home is immaculate! I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying here! Watching sunsets or rainstorms from the pool or observation level were a highlight, but only slightly beat out the living quarters. High end touches abound. Spacious bedrooms. A terrific, open concept kitchen/living room. An elevator to whisk you between levels if you’re feeling lazy or enjoyed one too many margaritas while watching the sunsets. Thank you, Rick!

Perfect 10/10

We had a lovely stay. 20 minute Uber from airport. Rick met us and provided tour and easy instructions for house rules. Two bedrooms with private bathrooms, spacious closets, ceiling fans and A/C were very comfy. Kitchen has everything you need and complementary coffee, beer/wine and water/ice is safe to drink. Smart TV and fast WiFi. Balconies offer wading pool, BBQ and seating to enjoy fabulous ocean view sunsets. Location was great (steep short climb/decent) to different areas, beach, shopping, dining, grocery all within walking distance. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Rick!

Great stay!

This is a wonderful property and a Rick is a great host. He is attentive to every need of his guests and the condo is stocked with everything needed for a fabulous stay. The condo is comfortable and clean and the rooftop lounge and swimming pool area is fabulous. I highly recommend this rental condo. This is my 2nd winter here and I will be back! Thank you Rick!

Absolutely Beautiful Rental Property!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks and felt like we were living in our own private palace! The apartment is gorgeous. It is fully equipped, spacious, clean, comfortable and decorated so beautifully. The pool and upper lounge levels have breathtaking views. Communication with the owner, Rick, was excellent and helpful. We are grateful to have experienced such an extraordinary vacation property. Thank you, Rick!

A Good Find in Puerto Vallarta

A spacious home, in a traditional style, with all of the modern conveniences that one could want, including an elevator. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like to cook. The property is located in a fine neighborhood close to, but not in, the very busy center of the Zona Romantica. The view from the top floor of the building is spectacular.

Better Than Advertised

Yes, the property looked good on Vrbo, but it was even better in person. The rooftop pool area offered a magnificent unobstructed view of the ocean. In addition, there was a full kitchen and barbecue area. The two bedrooms were both suites with plenty of space and on opposite sides of the apartment. The quality of the materials in the unit was top notch. I would highly recommend this place for two couples or someone with one or two children who don’t mind sleeping together.

Great place to stay in PV

Our host is a super host! Ricky helped with anything and everything. From giving us suggestions as to where to eat to replacing our refrigerator in a moments notice. It’s a very special, beautiful apartment (for lack of a better word) elegant marble floors, and countertops. The kitchen has everything you can imagine. The view from upstairs is magnificent. A pool level to enjoy and a peaceful lounging level to watch the sunset. Our neighbors, Ed & Tammy and Rick were amazing. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

A great place to enjoy Puerto Vallarta

The host, Rickie, was very accommodating. We had contacted him prior to our arrival and because there wasn’t a conflict with someone leaving on our arrival date it worked out for us to check in early. The apartment is awesome, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked for those who wish to cook, and the appliances were great. The top 2 floors of the building are common areas with great views of the city below and the ocean. It is a very relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating, a heated infinity pool and if you like to grill there is an outdoor kitchen in the pool area. The building has an elevator, so the stairs are optional.The apartment is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops, and it is located on a street that has very little traffic. There is a bit of a hill to walk to and from downtown but it’s not bad. Great place with plenty of room for 2 couples.

Fantastic Property with a great view

We would love to thank Rick for a wonderful stay. The property is stunning with a fantastic view overlooking the downtown and ocean from the infinity pool ! The property has 6 levels which the top 2 levels are a common area for the guests on floor 1 and 3. The property is VERY clean and well taken care of, the beds were 10/10 comfortable! Rick is the owner and is so accommodating and willing to help make your trip most enjoyable. Oh... Did I mention the stunning 5th floor with the infinity pool and outdoor kitchen? If you think the online pictures look good, wait until you see it in person! Thank you to Rick and his family , we will definitely be back again! Ken & Heather

Absolutely Amazing.

We have rented VRBO properties for years in numerous locations. This was easily the best place we have ever stayed, and likely Will ever stay in. The unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the Malecon, and a 5 minute walk from a great grocery store, 2 minutes from a coffee shop, restaurants everything everyone would need. It’s a 5 min walk to a great beach too where you can quickly rent chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is legit Mexico, located in the “5th of December” area, so if you like the Four Seasons or Secrets, know that you are coming to a real living neighborhood. Personally we LOVE THAT. Church bells to start and end the day, but otherwise it was completely quiet. The area was an absolute joy. The Unit - OMG the Unit. We loved it. It’s better than my house. Perfectly appointed with fantastic appliances, superbly comfortable and outfitted with absolutely everything. Couldn’t ask for more. Cried when we left. The property also has shared areas that were truly spectacular. Great gym in the basement. The 5th floor is a stunning infinity pool where we relaxed after long days sightseeing and we saw whales most days from there. There’s an outdoor kitchen and bbq we didn’t use, but gosh I wish we had…. Then the 6th floor comfy relaxing area with stunning view… if one wanted to just sit and read for a few hours, I’m not sure there’s a better setting. Staff was outstanding, attentive and the entire property was spotless. Fabulous trip and fantastic hosts…. Can’t wait to go back!!! Truly best vacation yet.

We had a great stay. The location is central which makes getting around easy. We walked almost everywhere we went. There is a hill involved which we were a bit concerned about at first but you get accustomed to it quickly. The host Rick and his family are wonderful and friendly people. The condo it’s self is spacious and beautiful. The upper shared covered deck was our Favorite part. We sat up there most nights. The sunsets were spectacular! Thanks Rick, Laura and Andrea.

Excelente!!

Great two bedroom, three bath pad! Very well decorated, clean and pretty much everything is there that you can imagine you may need - let's just say it feels like home!! Ocean views are great, the pool is a very nice way to end the day and watch the sunset with your favorite companion and drink. The viewing deck is great for relaxing and to enjoying the wonderful view of the bay and weather of course. Very quiet location too! There is lots of shopping, a great LEY EL GRECO grocery store minutes away and fish market right across the street from LEY- we had a HUGE shrimp feast at the pad - over 2 KG of fresh shrimp at prices you won't believe. Very good food and drink nearby for sure. At Pool Vallarta, they make the best mojitos and expresso and very reasonably priced. Just a short walk down the hill and you are at the start of the Malecon PV. We used UBER allot to get around. - very easy to use and most the time cheaper than taxi. If they are busy, just wait a minute and rebook and you will get a lower fair. IN ALL we would give Rickey's place 10 stars! We would definitely book to stay here again - maybe even for many weeks! You will NOT be disappointed!!

Gorgeous Private Clean

We had a fabulous stay here. Highly recommend. It was very clean, quiet, bed was sooooo comfortable and the views from the top two floors were stunning. I would definitely book this place if you’re in Vallarta. 10/10! Thanks Rickey!

I first came to live in a Puerto Vallarta in 2003 and bought a townhouse in the Marina area, where I lived for a few years. Shortly thereafter, I realized that I wanted to be in the heart of everything so I sold the townhouse and bought this house. I am so happy with my decision.

Oh my Goodness, the question has to be why not!!!! You can do everything from this location, or you can nothing at all. The suite is beyond comfortable, extremely clean and well maintained. It is private and because I live onsite, everything will be taken care of.

I, as the owner, will be here to check you in and out. If there is something you need, I can help you obtain it. If there is a problem, it will be resolved quickly. Use of the pool and upper levels of the house is included.
