Big Star Lake Beach Time! Cabaña recientemente remodelada para la diversión de verano frente al lago!

Disfruta de todos los deportes Big Star Lake desde una vista de cubierta de acantilado o una hermosa playa de arena ... Remar / pescar / sentarse / observar aves en la tranquilidad de las horas de la mañana sin despertar (hasta las 11:00 a.m.) ... luego traiga su bote y explore los dedos de este lago de 912 acres.
Habitación en el piso principal: 1 cama queen (sin TV), control individual de AC / Heat.
Dormitorio del segundo piso: 1 completo, 1 litera (2 gemelas), 1 cuna (doble), TV con DVD y controles individuales de aire acondicionado / calefacción.
Planta principal: sala de TV con pantalla plana de 55 "con servicios de transmisión conectados. Sala de estar / comedor / cocina plano de planta abierto amplias vistas del lago en lo alto de un pequeño acantilado. Disfrute de comidas familiares en la gran mesa de comedor o disfrute de los juegos de mesa por la noche. (DW, estufa, microondas, refrigerador, carbón y parrilla de gas)
Hermosas vistas desde la terraza ... o sacar las tumbonas en la playa de arena. Por la noche, enciende un fuego en el hoyo junto a la playa.

Tabla de paddle y kayak disponibles para su uso.

Con suficiente antelación, el elevador de 3000 lb se puede usar con su propio bote (lo que permite el tamaño apropiado). O simplemente ancle el bote fuera del muelle.

Cerca de excelentes senderos para vehículos todo terreno, excelentes caminatas, carreras fluviales, ciclismo ... todo al aire libre. Cerca de gran pesca en el muelle Marquette. A la vuelta de la esquina de uno de mis lugares favoritos para helados (Jones Ice Cream). Al final de la calle del Sr. Bibs (helados y pizza), y a poca distancia de la Capilla Big Star (va desde el Memorial hasta el Día del Trabajo).

Beautiful!

We had a great stay here. Clean, well stocked with linens, dishes, and games! Brett was accessible and prompt with communication. Will stay here again!

Great little Lake House

Very nice lake house right on the water. We have rented many houses and this by far was the cleanest one. The owner was responsive to all our questions. I would recommend upgrading the bed/mattress in the main bedroom. But don’t let that stop you from renting this gem.

Family vacation

We had such an enjoyable week and the weather was perfect. We had our 4 adult kids come thru the week with their family’s and had lots of room to spread out. The cottage is fully stocked and I definitely overpacked thinking I would need everything,but they had it all😊 If you drink a lot of coffee ,our family does, I would recommend bringing a bigger pot. Other then that it was perfect. Can’t wait to go again. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Absolutely great stay! Perfect cottage.

I’ll start out by saying we have been coming to Big Star for several years now and rented different cottages each year. This was by far the best one yet! We had an amazing time and the cottage was very nice and clean and had literally everything we needed. The kayaks and paddle board were used daily as well as the floating raft. Our kids had so much fun and the sleeping situation with the bunk room was awesome. The kitchen provided everything needed too and the seating was all comfortable and cozy which made for nice evenings relaxing with a good book. Thanks for everything!

Fun in the sun!

Property was exactly as depicted. Super clean. Good sleeping conditions. Great location with a sandy beach. Enjoyed kayaking during “no wake” hours on the lake. Saw lots of deer on our daily walks. We had anticipated (and would have had) a great time with our grandkids, but circumstances threw a monkey wrench at us. Hopefully we can fit it into everyone’s agenda next summer. We would very much like to return. Thank you Brett, for a very nice week at your place!

Stay at the lake

Welcoming cottage with wonderful lake view and deck. Many steps to the beach but no problem for our group. We enjoyed the fire pit, floats, kayaking, and the beach area perfect for littles with many sand toys provided. Loft bedroom is nice but would recommend room darkening shades. Way to light this time of year trying to get young ones to sleep. Some of current shades broken. We did also have to clean grill some and replace some grill parts (which were there) to use but it worked well. Main living area perfectly set up. Internet is not strong but really not needed for a lake stay.

Wonderful getaway for my mom and I

This place was great! Beautiful inside and out. My mom and I spent most of our time on the deck, floating in the water or around the fire pit. The inside is beautifully decorated and has everything you need for your stay. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms have ceiling fans which was GREAT! The only bad thing was we were unable to use the grill. We weren't able to get get it started, and it was dirty. The cleaning tool provided was caked with dirt from previously cleaning and wasn't usable. We didn't let that spoil our fun though, we ended up using the fire pit to cook some of our food and the kitchen for the rest :) Would definitely stay here again!

Great property, great beach and beautiful cabin.

The cabin was remodeled inside and beautiful. The kids loved the loft. Beach was fantastic. It was relaxing to have a fire on the beach and the kids love playing on it. The owner had great communication.

Pretty relaxing!

Very nice, clean rental. Beach area filled with many toys to use. Rental very well stocked with everything you need. Use of dock for our boat was a plus as well. Beautiful lake and area.

Great Lake, Great Views

2nd year staying at this gem of a true lakeside cottage. You can see the perfectly from kitchen having coffee, living room while reading or lofty deck having a drink in the sun. Only had a 3td person stay 2 nights that needed to make use of large loft bedroom area, but easily could have 4=5 children bunk there. Owner keeps whole place super tidy and stocked.

Summer Getaway

The property was exactly as described. No complaints. The house was really nice. The lake was really pretty, besides the algae but not much you can do about that. The bees were a little bit of a pain but didn't bother us too much. The paddle board was a huge hit. We had a great girls weekend. Would definatley come back! :)

Perfect place to wrap up the summer

We absolutely loved the green house! It’s adorable inside and all the windows were so nice to have. The neighbors were nice and Brett was quick to respond if we had any questions. My boys used the kayaks to go fishing in the bayou and would be out for hours. Paddle board and kayaks were used every morning to enjoy the peaceful mornings. Very happy we chose a place with those toys to use it was a huge hit. The floating foam pad was a blast and lots of wrestling each other off. We took it in the deep for that reason :) The beds and linens were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed. Would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants a laid back week enjoying time with family.

A perfect cozy cottage for 2 or a large family.

It’s all about the view, the awesome lake and the loft if you have kids on the trip. You will see Loons just off the dock, and docile deer having a nice grazing in the woods. Can’t change weather, winds off the Lake were rough all week, but no complaints on features and comforts. A true Northern Michigan getaway Cabin feel.

Beautiful Cottage on the Lake

The cottage was so beautiful and airy. Beautiful view of Big Star Lake. Quiet area during the week,only weekends were crowded and a lot of traffic on the lake. We enjoyed every minute we were there.

Lovely updated cottage

This cottage is beautiful and just the right size for a family. The kitchen has everything you need, just bring the food. Bunk room upstairs was great for our two kids and the convenience of just walking down the stairs to the lake was exactly what we wanted. Our only complaint was the mattress in the main floor bedroom being uncomfortable. Although we stayed 6 nights with no boat, the lake was still enjoyable. We just used the two kayaks and paddle board, it would have been great to see more of the lake from a boat though. Boat traffic was busy on the weekends but slowed during the week and the morning/evening no wake hours were a nice time to paddle or go for a long swim.

Great Family Vacation Spot!

The vacation rental was very nice, clean and nicely updated. Our family had a great week of fun on Big Star. It has a great beach and place for our boat. We loved the no wake from 7:30pm to 11am. We went in the 2 kayaks every with a cup of coffee every morning and the lake was so peaceful. Great memories on Big Star Lake.
