A solo 40 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Salt Lake City, Park City combina una excelente recreación durante todo el año y excelentes restaurantes en una vibrante e histórica ciudad minera. Great stay in the perfect location

This is our second stay at this property and we will be back again. Everything is well communicated and as described. Well stocked too which is an added bonus! The location is great if you want to enjoy Main Street as well as for activities at either Deer Valley or Park City. We had a few questions before and during our trip and had quick responses from the owner. Overall a great experience!

Clean modern and relaxing place

We stayed here while skiing at park city, and getting to the mountain from this place was very quick and easy. The place is clean modern and a relaxing place to stay. Host was responsive and polite.

Clean and Modern

Just finished our stay, the condo is very nice with every attention to detail. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked better than many places I have stayed in the past which was great. Location was easy to get in and out of Park City ( we also skied other places) and I highly recommend this beautiful condominium!

An ideal condo

Location, and overall condition of this condo made it ideal for us! The condo have been renovated and everything has been tastefully placed- art, furnishings, kitchen. The view is spectacular and it was fun to go out the vac door to snowshoe and build a snowman! The city bus is a very short and easy walk.Bedding was comfy. Nice to have a garage and extra storage for skis and boards. Easy to communicate with owner.

Amazing Property and Location

This property was everything we hoped for. The location was amazing to the rec center and very easy to access the bus system throughout town. The property was spotless and included anything we needed. It felt as though it was a home away from home. The layout of the house was awesome and let all of our group have an amazing vacation. Would definitely come back in the future.

Great for a family

We enjoyed our stay and the townhome was great. I wish I had brought my snowshoes to enjoy the wide open space. Our only issues were that the hot tub at the Rec Center was being repaired and the shuttle bus seemed painfully slow during our visit. Otherwise, the home was clean and had great spaces. Thanks!

Not 3 bedrooms as listed

The listing is very misleading. It was supposed to be three bedrooms, but in fact, it’s only two bedrooms. The second bedroom has a tall set of stairs up to a loft area that has bunkbeds! Bunkbeds were not described in the listing. It was supposed to be a twin and a full, again very misleading. There are no walls between the sleeping area of the second bedroom and the loft area meaning no privacy for anyone in of those areas. You can see and hear everything in one area if you are in the other. Also, it was advertised as being on the bus route which is misleading. It’s close (across the parking lot and then down the street) so if the day is really nice and there’s no snow on the road and you don’t have to carry skis, it would be ok, but if any of those are not true, it’s an unpleasant trek. The heat didn’t reach up the stairs and upstairs was very cold and the loft area being even higher up was very cold. If we turned the heat up, the lower level became too hot, so it was just difficult to get a comfortable temperature in the whole place. The kitchen was nice as pictured, but the misleading description should not be allowed on Vrbo.

The group of five adults booked our unit in Park City, Utah, Jan. 25-Feb. 1, 2025. Twelve days after checkout the renter posted a malicious and bogus review. She subsequently filed a fraudulent chargeback. The false character of the review and attempt to swindle a chargeback is obvious from the information/description/photos of the listing and communication on this website. There was no communication or complaints during the group’s stay. The booking was accepted 7/19/24. An email to her indicating the booking was accepted – on the VRBO website – 7/19/24 includes the statement...” the third bedroom is our loft which is open to the bedroom below.” The property description and photos on the website indicate this. The listing also indicates the distance to the free city bus service – 150 yards. The guests left the unit a mess requiring an additional cleaning fee of $100 which was deducted from the security deposit.

Surprise charges and poor communication

Really disappointed in how our stay at this property ended. After checking out we received a notice stating "Our maintenance person and house keeper both appraised us of some damage with photos after your checkout. Specifically, the drywall and paint on the corner between the front bench and the pantry was damaged. The damage amount is a quote from the maintenance person for repair assuming we have the correct paint". We asked for photos and an actual estimate or receipts and got no response from this owner. I spent an hour on the phone with VRBO to investigate and ultimately got charged $200 for "damages" that weren't obvious or intentional with no documentation and and arbitrary assessment of repair costs! I have no problems paying for dings and scratches with documentation and a valid estimate, but this was very shady and I just feel ripped off. Don't list your property if you can't deal with normal wear and tear in the entryway of a ski condo and expect it to be treated like a shrine.

We hope you enjoyed your vacation in Park City. The skiing conditions have been exceptional. Physical damage to paint and drywall is not normal wear and tear regardless of location, usage or cause. Your review reflects distain for personal accountablility and the VRBO process. The damages required repair and are not disputed. You were provided photographic documentation within 24 hours of request. All owners expect their property will be returned in the condition the guest received it.

Lovely place to enjoy a Park City visit. Easy access to public transit or space to park a car, but off the beaten path enough to enjoy some peace away from central PC. Nice accommodation including 3 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. Communicative host. The only thing to be aware of is the third bedroom is in fact a loft space that can only be accessed through the secondary bedroom. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful property

We stayed at the property and skied at PC. The location was excellent and only a short drive to the hill. But the condition of the condo is worth highlighting. It appeared that the condo has been newly remodeled. The kitchen appliances were top quality and the other appointments such as silverware, pots, pans, seemed to be brand new! There was plenty of room for all of us and the layout comfortable.
