Unidad privada sobre W Miami. Este condominio recién decorado (de diciembre de 2018 a enero de 2019) domina Brickell Ave, el río Miami, el centro de Miami y la bahía de Biscayne. Incluye un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar y está excepcionalmente bien equipado, incluyendo su cocina y vestidor, muebles y complementos refinados, dos televisores, un televisor HD Smart LED (ver más de 200 canales, incluidos HBO y Showtime como así como Netflix, Prime, Hulu ...), Wi-Fi realmente rápido y gratuito (50 MB), lavadora / secadora estándar, gabinetes italianos, electrodomésticos premium de Wolf & Subzero y Bosch, así como mostradores de granito negro sólido. It was wonderful. The only real complaint was the shower. It was very hard to get in and out of the tub. But enjoyed the stay and would have loved to stay even longer.

Good location property a bit old

It’s not the first time I stay at Icon, and I choose it mainly because of the great location. This time, I picked this unit specifically because it was on the 48th floor. The view was definitely nice, but the unit itself didn’t meet my expectations. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the sofa made noise, and the building overall is starting to feel dated and in need of maintenance. It felt overpriced, probably due to the season.

Excellent location

Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return if in Brickell again. Liked the condo and the property. The view was good and enjoyed watching boat traffic. The location was excellent and walked most places or used metromover since traffic is nuts.The process for passes to amenities seemed to be more difficult than necessary. Also tried to use hot tub one day at 445 and was told could not since closed at 5, although it said pool closes at 6 . They did direct us to the spa hot tub and that was nice.The only negatives about the condo were no dish towels were provided, which we learned from other reviewers, and brought our own. Dad not see a cutting board for slicing a lime so used plate.The shower can be challenging to enter due to the height and width of tub and tile surround. I am 5’5” and quite limber for over 50 but not sure a shorter person could enter shower easily. The bed was comfortable and liked bathrobes were provided. There were also a few pods for washing machine, dishwasher, and extra toilet tissue.

Great location & beautiful condo view!

My stay at this condo was absolutely exceptional. The unit was impeccably clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more. Having a washer and dryer was especially convenient. The staff was incredibly helpful and had everything perfectly prepared for our arrival. Debra, in particular, stood out with her professionalism and positive attitude. We were attending an event and needed to check in quickly to get ready, and she ensured the process was seamless, with virtually no wait time. The location was unbeatable, offering easy access to upscale restaurants, boutique shops, and captivating art galleries—all just steps away. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and am confident you’ll love it as much as I did!”

Missing Simple Things & Wheelchair

I double checked prior to booking this spot that there was a wheelchair because I was using this stay to recover from surgery. The morning after surgery while I was outside in the ambulance waking up from general, my husband messaged the onsite property manager requesting the wheelchair. He was told “I don’t think we have one.” Long story short, instead of helping whatsoever my husband went to the W and got security and then went to the Icon Residences and got the wheelchair. It was only 20 extra mins but super unprofessional. There was no toilet paper or paper towels left and maybe one dishwasher pod and laundry packet. We ordered from Costco and stocked the condo and when we messaged the property manager about it they replied with “we aim to have supplies.” Overall it wasn’t worth the 3k per week price tag because of service issues.

UofMiami parent trip

It was fun to stay in Brickell and other than having to wait for the elevator, the place was great. I loved having access to the gym, spa and big pool and great dining options.

This is our second stay at the icon. It is like being at a resort in the middle of the city. The pools are wonderful, the spa (unlimited free use) is beautiful, the fitness center is excellent and offers a wide range of classes which are included with your stay. The unit itself could use a little bit updating but still very nice and the view, especially at night, is spectacular. Communication with the hosts was always swift and helpful. We would, without hesitation, recommend staying here.

Nice view. Unit was clean. Overall an ok place to stay. The complaints we have are minor. Unit is a bit dated, 70s, 80s. Disappointed they don't supply enough TP for duration of a stay. Coffee maker is an espresso machine. Pretty difficult to make a proper cup of coffee. With two elevators out of order wait time were longer during busy periods.

Great stay, great location, great view

This unit in the same building as the W Hotel is on a high floor with a great view over the pool and the bay. Everything was exactly as promised as it was easy to take advantage of the amenities, including the great pool, spa, and fitness center of the W Hotel and Icon Residences. There are many restaurants within a short walk. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay wasn’t perfect, there were very loud neighbors, playing music all night. Building security didn’t care to come up and investigate until I sent them the exact room number of the source. But beyond that I didn’t have any problem. It’s not the owners fault, but just know that this is a building with a lot of short-term rentals and random guests like that happen to stay there… The apartment itself is fantastic, has all the amenities necessary for a stay, and has a breathtaking view of the Miami river and bay.

Great views and modern, crisp decor

The space, decor, and views in this unit are great and the managers are very good communicators. The bed/pillows could be a tad better and there is vague elevator noise because o the position of the unit.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company.
