La experiencia de Puerto Vallarta a través de nuestro impresionante 2,300 pies cuadrados con vista al mar condominio solo unos pasos de la playa! Punta Esmeralda es un nuevo complejo parquizado,, residencial ubicado a las afueras de la diversión, auténtica ciudad mexicana de Bucerias, a 25 minutos del animado centro de Puerto Vallarta ya 15 minutos la otra dirección para los grandes de playa y surf ciudades de Sayulita y Punta Mita. Nuestro condominio está ubicado en su propio paraíso privado!

Disfrute de todas las zonas de los alrededores tienen que ofrecer o simplemente quedarnos en este relajante, hermoso resort frente a la playa y disfrutar de todas las comodidades, incluyendo 8 relajantes piscinas de inmersión, con su propia playa privada, Palapa Bar & Restaurant, pistas de tenis, gimnasio y servicios de spa con masajes terapeuta en el lugar. El complejo también ofrece seguridad 24 horas puerta delantera y acceso a Internet WiFi gratuito en el Bar Palapa con vista al mar y una biblioteca al aire libre.

Nuestro condominio cuenta con una decoración muy elegante y nuevo con un gran balcón que proporcionan todos los increíbles e interminables vistas de la Bahía de Banderas y de hermosas vistas de las montañas de la Sierra Madre en el otro lado.

Otras características incluyen una pantalla plana, TV de alta definición con reproductor de DVD, garaje cubierto privado, 2 dormitorios con camas king size y un dormitorio con 2 camas de tamaño completo con cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño privado, sofá-cama en el foso ( cocina capaz de dormir 4 personas adicionales), junto con su propio baño privado, totalmente equipada w / electrodomésticos GE de acero inoxidable, sistema de filtración de agua purificada en la cocina proporciona agua potable y limpia y el hielo, suelos de mármol, encimeras de granito, lavadora / secadora, A / C, ropa de cama, se proporcionan toallas de baño y playa. Servicio de limpieza semanal. Unidad para no fumadores.

PV Trip

I brought my friends to this place a month ago and we had an amazing time. The place was really clean and the service around the resort was awesome. I would definitely recommend this place for families since it's really safe and quiet.

Girls Trip To Mexico!!

The condo was beautiful!! The open layout, the multiple bedrooms, and great patio was a perfect combination for an amazing trip to Mexico!! Had a great time and would highly recommend this area!! The staff of the resort were awesome and very helpful! The access to the pools was great and they were beautiful as well!

Punta Esmeralda Condo

The house and resort was beautiful that we stayed in. We were there 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The owners were easy to work with and all of our questions were answered before and during our vacation. I would recommend staying here, it is easy accessible to the water with a lovely view of the ocean. There are numerous pools throughout the resort so finding a lounge chair was never a problem. All of the employees at the main restaurant were so friendly and fun which made our stay even more enjoyable!

Dream Vacation

With the 8 beautiful pools, proximity to the ocean, and peaceful atmosphere you couldn't ask for a better vacation. The condo is nothing short of amazing with it views of the ocean, sunrise, and sunsets! Bucerias is a wondeful little town with great restaurants, shopping, and some great local bars. It is a short bus or taxi ride to Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, Punta Demita, and Nuevo Vallarta. We took an all day fishing trip with Eddie's Fishing and had an absolute blast. Couldn't ask for a better vacation and we definitely plan to return!

Amazing

We celebrated my 30th Birthday here with my family who flew in from Canada and us from Denver! It was a great place to stay, very roomy, kid friendly and lots of fun! We took the bus everywhere which was alot of fun or walked down the beach. You can catch the bus right ourside the complex and it will take you pretty much anywhere for not much money at all. It comes every 7-10 minutes whch was great and it was 1/20th the price of a taxi. The bus was safe and fun, I would reccomend that over taxi's any day!!! Great experience, would go back tomorrow!

Dorado Fever!

This condo was breath-taking from the moment you walked in! A wonderful view of the ocean and all the needed amenities plus some! The photos and description accurately reflected the location and the property was in great shape...including the infinity pools!! I would recommend this location to anyone I know and hope to return sooner rather than later! One thing to note, you are able to set your trash outside the room everyday and they will pick it up for you so you don't have to stock-pile it in the corner all week...oops :) Also, you must try the deep sea fishing in the area...the Dorado (Mahi-Mahi) were so much fun to catch!

This place was so relaxing and enjoyable! I was very happy the condo was clean and spacious for our friends. Whether you have a family function or a business get together, this place has a perfect layout for whatever. I would definately go back.

BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL! BEAUTIFUL!

This was the best most relaxing vacation I have ever taken! We had such a a fun time, I cant begin to tell you how beautiful, clean, and relaxing this Condo was. Picture this you wake up in a beautiful exotic location, you roll over and the first thing you see the the spectacular ocean, breath taking!!! The Condo is in the perfect location for short drives to the best/funnest beaches in Mexico. There are so many little day trips you can take that are right at your back door. I have to say though my favorite part was picking which pool I wanted to go to within the resort, ordering a drink, and relaxing. Speaking of relaxing did I mention they have an amazing day spa with great massages! To sum it up you can't afford NOT to stay at this Condo.... I'm already planning my next vacation back here!

Amazing Punta Esmeralda Mexican family getaway!

We just returned from a week's vacation at this condo with our family. It's amazing. If you are looking for a relaxing, clean, comfortable and accessible beach/pool vacation this is the place. The open feel of the condo with constant breeze flowing, dramatic ocean views and privacy make this unit really unique. Plus, everything is right there. There's a full kitchen with everything one could need, it's comfortably furnished throughout with a big open family room/dining area plus great beds and all rooms have their own bathroom. Add that to the walking access to all the pools and the beach - it's just very easy to be here. We enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets from the balcony each day and sitting outside every night once the kids were in bed! Oh, and there is one pool with a Palapas Bar for food and drink overlooking the ocean. The food was great AND when the boys went fishing they cooked the fish up and served a full dinner for us right there at the open-air restaurant, it was great. For excursions - Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita, San Francisco, Bucerias are all close-by and fun to visit. We highly recommend this condo for your next Mexican vacation!

Home Away From Home

Punta Esmeralda is ideally situated between the towns of Bucerias and La Cruz. Both have excellent restaurants and unique shopping opportunities. Puerto Vallarta is a half hour drive south. The complex itself is safe and well maintained. The condo has two balconies, one facing beautiful Banduras Bay, the other, the awesome Sierra Madres. The condo is spacious and wheelchair friendly. The owners and property manager are helpful and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Our three month stay went too fast and we look forward to returning for another three months next year. Beautiful view and location!

The location was great! The amentities were awesome and the property was clean and very well maintained. Very private feel. The owner was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to enjoy beautiful Punta Esmeralda and the surrounding areas. I do recommend this property to friends and family! Sayulita was a blast and downtown Puerta Vallarta was a must see as well. If you get a chance to deep sea fish and happen to catch a yummy fish, bring it back to the Pallapa Bar and Restaurant and have them cook it up for you while you enjoy the beautiful infinity pool right on the beach. Don't hesitate to stay at this beautiful condo. I know you will love it!
